This study employed the bibliometric software CiteSpace 6.1.R6 to analyze the correlation between thermal infrared,spectral remote sensing technology,and the estimation of economic forest water *** aimed to review the development and current status of this field,as well as to identify future research trends.A search was conducted on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database using the keyword“water stress”for relevant studies from 2003 to *** visual analysis function of CNKI was used to generate the distribution of annual publication volume,and CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was utilized to create network maps illustrating collaboration among authors and *** study also analyzed the hotspots and frontiers of economic forest water *** a result,a total of 6664 academic journal articles related to water stress were *** collaboration networks were observed among scholars and institutions,with a focus on using crown temperature monitoring to diagnose crop water *** on the research findings,it was evident that the primary research trend involved the use of thermal infrared and spectral remote sensing technology for estimating water stress,making it a future research hotspot.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the analgesic effects of total flavonoids of Longxuejie(Resina Dracaenae Cochinchinensis)(TFDB) and explore the possible analgesic mechanism associated with transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1).METHODS: Whole-cell patch clamp technique was used to observe the effects of TFDB on capsaicin-induced TRPV1 currents. Rat experiments in vivo were used to observe the analgesic effects of TFDB. Western blot and immunofluorescence experiments were used to test the change of TRPV1 expression in DRG neurons induced by ***: Results showed that TFDB inhibited capsaicin-induced TRPV1 receptor currents in acutely isolated dorsal root ganglion(DRG) neurons of rats and the half inhibitory concentration was(16.7 ± 1.6) mg/***(2-20 mg/kg) showed analgesic activity in the phase Ⅱ of formalin test and(0.02-2 mg per paw)reduced capsaicin-induced licking times of rats. TFDB(20 mg/kg) was fully efficacious on complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA)-induced inflammatory thermal hyperalgesia and capsaicin could weaken the analgesic effects. The level of TRPV1 expressions of DRG neurons was also decreased in TFDB-treated CFA-inflammatory pain ***: All these results indicated that the analgesic effect of TFDB may contribute to their modulations on both function and expression of TRPV1 channels in DRG neurons.

Resistant starch (RS) has attracted much researchers’ attention because of its health-beneficial effects. Gut microbiota obviously shapes human health， but the effects of RS supplementation on the changes of human gut microbiota remain unclear. This observational meta-analysis aimed to reveal the effects of RS intake on alpha diversity and composition of gut microbiota through meta-analysis. Two independent authors systematically searched articles from inception until February 2023 on four electronic databases. Twenty-four highly relevant trials were included conforming to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analysis protocol， and a total of 816 individuals were included. Significant heterogeneity analyses revealed that RS intake notably decreased Shannon index (WMD: –0.11; 95% CI: –0.21， –0.01)， and stimulated the composition of health promoting bacteria genera， including Bifidobacterium (WMD: 1.75; 95% CI: 0.39， 3.11; WMD: 0.36; 95% CI: 0.04， 0.69)， Faecalibacterium (WMD: 0.70; 95% CI: 0.20， 1.20; ES: 0.91; 95% CI: 0.60， 1.23)， and Prevotella (WMD: 0.35; 95% CI: 0.01， 0.69). Taken together， the present study revealed that changes in the gut microbiota diversity and genera were correlated with RS supplementation， which may contribute to benefits in human health.

Artificial photosynthesis in carbon dioxide(CO_(2))conversion into value-added chemicals attracts considerable attention but suffers from the low activity induced by sluggish separation of photogenerated carriers and the kinetic bottleneck-induced unsatisfied ***,we prepare a new-style Bi/TiO_(2) catalyst formed by pinning bismuth clusters on TiO_(2) nanowires through being confined by pores,which exhibits high activity and selectivity towards photocatalytic production of CH_(4) from CO_(2).Boosted charge transfer from TiO_(2) through Bi to the reactants is revealed via in situ X-ray photon spectroscopy and time-resolved photoluminescence(PL).Further,in situ Fourier transform infrared results confirm that Bi/TiO_(2) not only overcomes the multi-electron kinetics challenge of CO_(2) to CH_(4) via boosting charge transfer,but also facilitates proton production and transfer as well as the intermediates*CHO and*CH_(3)O generation,ultimately achieving the tandem catalysis towards *** calculation also underlies that the more favorable reaction step from*CO to*CHO on Bi/TiO_(2) results in CH_(4) production with higher *** work brings new insights into rational design of photocatalysts with high performance and the formation mechanism of CO_(2) to CH_(4) for solar energy storage in future.

运用“结构—行动”二重性的分析框架,从主位角度分析了乡城流动老年人的社会适应性,结果显示:乡城流动老年人对城市社会适应问题的应对会通过对经济结构中的机会获取、关系结构中的规则调适与意义结构中的空间进退来予以能动调适,其能动适应的实现离不开多重结构的支撑;发展型城乡结构与城乡融合的实现也离不开个体家庭的能动实践,后者主要包含家庭经济的合作主义、家庭结构的弹性与家庭伦理的韧性调适几个层面。在结构与行动的能动互塑下,乡城流动老年人的社会适应与发展型城乡结构之间实现了有机的嵌合,因而为保障城乡融合发展的渐进式韧性实现,应在政策上尊重乡城流动老年人的自主意愿与为他们在城乡间有主体性的两栖穿梭提供保护。

在加快推进涉外法治制度建设的背景下,域外适用是我国劳动法典编纂论证中必须重点考虑的问题之一。结合立法与实践,我国事实上形成了两条劳动法的域外适用路径:一是直接适用劳动法;二是依据涉外民事关系法律适用法指引适用。然而,上述路径的相互关系和内在适用逻辑并不清晰。从立法技术层面考虑,在编纂劳动法典时应当明确域外适用范围的条款表述,且不宜纳入法律适用法规则。以是否存在统一的涉外劳动合同法律适用规则作为考察依据,不同国家劳动立法呈现出差异化的域外适用表述,但在司法实践中存在共性的立法管辖标准,即以“真实联系”为核心。故此,在设计劳动法典的域外适用条款时,可考虑在地域适用范围中融入真实联系原则,以完善域外适用的表述,同时协调劳动法典域外适用与法律适用法规则的内在逻辑,谨慎适用强制性规范,将域外适用范围作为最密切联系的情形,并允许当事人做出对劳动者更为有利保护的法律选择。

从《欧韩自由贸易协定》到《中欧全面投资协定》,欧盟将劳工条款纳入可持续发展章节,以相对软性机制促进缔约国对劳工标准的遵守,但该模式一直被批评实效甚微。为此,欧盟意欲加强条款的执行力度,发起了欧韩劳工条款争端案,并首次启动专家组程序。该案明确了国际劳工组织核心公约争议可纳入专家组受案范围,强化了核心劳工标准的义务性约束,并推动韩国修改国内立法和批准国际劳工组织相关核心公约。为了应对《中欧全面投资协定》生效后的劳工条款争端风险,中国应当加快修改立法和实践中与国际劳工组织核心公约明显不符之处,推动相关核心公约的批准进程,加大对国际劳工法律人才的选拔与培养,并重视发挥“法庭之友”的作用。

Objective:To investigate the interrelationship between cardiovascular health awareness,risk perception,behavioural intention,and INTERHEART risk stratification in a middle-aged adult population in ***:A cross-sectional survey with convenience sampling was conducted during November 2022 and January *** completed validated questionnaires assessing cardiovascular health awareness,risk perception of cardiovascular diseases,behavioural intention towards adopting healthy habits,and INTERHEART risk stratification score(IHRS)based on established risk factors.A total of 602 respondents were included in the final *** were analysed with independent t-test/one-way ANOVA or Mann-Whitney/Kruskal-Wallis to test the differences,Pearson correlation or linear regression test to analyze the association of independent and dependent ***:There was a significant positive correlation between medical knowledge related to cardiovascular disease(CVD)and knowledge related to CVD risk prevention,risk perception,behavioural intention and IHRS(P<0.05,Pearson correlation).Notably,individuals with higher IHRS tended to have lower knowledge related to CVD and CVD risk prevention,risk perception,and behavioural ***,laborers,active/former smokers,individuals with lower household income and educational levels,those involved in occupations not related to the healthcare sector,and those who did not receive the CVD health brochure or are unaware of health self-assessment tools are likely to have lower levels of knowledge,risk perception,and poorer behavioural intention regarding cardiovascular health(P<0.05,one-way ANOVA).While educational level,smoking status,awareness about CVD poster,self-assessment tools were repeatedly significantly associated with knowledge related to CVD and CVD risk prevention,risk perception,behavioral intention and/or IHRS(P<0.05,linear regression).Conclusions:These findings underscore the importance of promoting car
