心力衰竭是高血压、缺血性心脏病、瓣膜性心脏病、冠心病等各种心血管事件常见的终末期临床表现,病理特征以进行性心功能不全和心肌重塑为主。姜黄素可通过抗心肌肥大和纤维化,增强细胞自噬,降低氧化应激反应,减轻心肌炎性损伤,调节Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性,上调Dickkopf相关蛋白3的表达,多途径防治心力衰竭,进一步阻止心肌重塑,改善心功能。总结了姜黄素防治心力衰竭的研究情况,分析其作用机制,为姜黄素的临床运用提供支持。

Oxygen surface exchange and oxygen chemical diffusion coefficients of LaNi_(0.4)Fe_(0.6)O_(3-δ)ceramics are determined via conductivity relaxation method after stepwise change of temperature in the range of 700-950℃in air and Ar/O2 gas flow at oxygen partial pressures(p_(o2))of 4 Pa,18 Pa,37 Pa,47 Pa and 59 Pa.The highest conductivity(about 160 S·cm^(-1))is found at 950℃in air.No oxygen exchange(δ=0)below 700℃is observed in the investigated p_(o2) range.The oxygen exchange coefficients determined in reduction mode are higher than those determined in oxidation mode.This is explained by clusterization of oxygen vacancies on the surface of the sample investigated in oxidation mode.The opposite tendency is found for chemical diffusion coefficients.Unlike surface,the oxygen vacancies of the volume region are probably not clustered and have predetermined the higher oxygen diffusion mobility of the sample treated in oxidation mode.

目的以反刍思维和生活满意度量表测验工具为依托,调查非自杀性自伤行为青少年患者关于反刍思维与生活满意度的现状,为分析相关因素和制订积极的心理干预方案提供参考资料。方法采用积极和消极反刍思维量表(positive and negative rumination scale,PANRS)和青少年学生总体生活满意度量表(adolescent students’life satisfaction scale,ASLSS)作为评价工具,对2022年11月—2023年5月福州某三甲精神病院心理科住院的30例有非自杀性自伤行为的青少年患者(研究组)与无自杀性自伤行为正常在校学习的青少年作为对照组进行测评,对量表结果进行分析与探讨。结果研究组积极因子(享受快乐和积极应对)评分低于对照组,消极因子(抑制快乐、否定自我、消极归因)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总体生活满意度评分为(119.00±36.19)分,低于对照组的(156.00±34.66)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非自杀性自伤行为青少年患者存在明显的积极反刍思维缺陷,较强的消极反刍思维,严重影响青少年对生活满意的程度。可以通过制订提高积极的反刍思维的干预措施有利于提高青少年未来生活的积极性。

In recent years,biochar has attracted considerable attention for soil quality improvement and carbon sequestration due to its unique physicochemical properties.However,the mechanism by which biochar application negatively affects the growth of crop seedlings has not been fully investigated.In this study,a hydroponic experiment was conducted to evaluate the response of rice,wheat,and corn seedlings to biochar application(CK,0 g/L;BC1,0.5 g/L;and BC2,1.0 g/L).Compared with the CK treatment,the BC1 and BC2 treatments decreased the fresh shoot and root weights of rice and corn seedlings(P0.05).For the contents of nutrient elements in seedlings,both BC1 and BC2 treatments hindered the roots from absorbing Fe and Cu and increased the uptake of Ca and Mn.Compared with the CK treatment,the translocation factor(TF)values of Ca,Mn,and Zn were significantly decreased especially in rice seedlings(35.3%-36.8%,68.7%-76.5%,and 29.8%-22.0%,respectively)under the BC1 and BC2 treatments,while only Mn was significantly decreased in wheat and corn seedlings(P<0.05).Transmission electron microscope(TEM)analysis of root cross-sections showed that nano-sized biochar particles(10~23 nm)were found in the root cells under BC2 treatment conditions.Our findings reveal that a large amount of biochar application can reduce nutrient absorption and translocation,and hinder rice,wheat,and corn seedlings,particularly rice seedling,in hydroponic system.

Aero-structural design of joined-wing aircraft based on high-fidelity model

The joined-wing configuration reduces induced drag and structural weight by connecting the rear wing to the front wing.In addition,the rear wing can replace the role of the horizontal tail of a conventional aircraft,thus eliminating the aerodynamic drag and weight associated with the horizontal tail.This particular shape creates a highly coupled relationship between aerodynamics and structure,which must be fully considered during the overall design process to enhance aircraft performance.In this research,an aero-structural design model of the joined-wing aircraft is constructed based on high-fidelity computational fluid dynamics and structural finite element methods.The model is able to obtain accurate aerodynamic loads for the non-planar wing and to simulate the statically indeterminate structure of the closed wing configuration.The influence of the joined-wing shape parameters on the aerodynamic and structural disciplines,as well as the influence of geometric nonlinear characteristics,deformation constraints and buckling constraints on the structural weight are all taken into consideration.The model is applied to complete the aero-structural design optimization of a high-altitude long-endurance joined-wing aircraft,and wind tunnel tests are conducted.The test results verify the credibility of the design model proposed and the validity of the design environment.

Assessing the energy release characteristics during the middle detonation reaction stage of aluminized explosives

Afterburning behind the detonation front of an aluminized explosive releases energy on the millisecond timescale,which prolong the release of detonation energy and the energy release at different stages also shows significant differences.However,at present,there are few effective methods for evaluating the energy release characteristics of the middle reaction stage of such explosives,which can have a duration of tens to hundreds of microseconds.The present work demonstrates an approach to assessing the midstage of an aluminized explosive detonation based on a water push test employing a high degree of confinement.In this method,the explosive is contained in a steel cylinder having one end closed that is installed at the bottom of a transparent water tank.Upon detonation,the gaseous products expand in one direction while forcing water ahead of them.The resulting underwater shock wave and the interface between the gas phase products and the water are tracked using an ultra-high-speed framing and streak camera.The shock wave velocity in water and the expansion work performed by the gaseous detonation products were calculated to assess the energy release characteristics of aluminized explosives such as CL-20 and RDX in the middle stage of the detonation reaction.During the middle stage of the detonation process of these aluminized explosives,the aluminum reaction reduced the attenuation of shock waves and increased the work performed by gas phase products.A higher aluminum content increased the energy output while the presence of oxidants slowed the energy release rate.This work demonstrates an effective means of evaluating the performance of aluminized explosives.

Smart wearable devices are regarded to be the next prevailing technology product after smartphones and smart homes,and thus there has recently been rapid development in flexible electronic energy storage devices.Among them,flexible solid-state zinc-air batteries have received widespread attention because of their high energy density,good safety,and stability.Efficient bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts are the primary consideration in the development of flexible solid-state zinc-air batteries,and self-supported air cathodes are strong candidates because of their advantages including simplified fabrication process,reduced interfacial resistance,accelerated electron transfer,and good flexibility.This review outlines the research progress in the design and construction of nanoarray bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts.Starting from the configuration and basic principles of zinc-air batteries and the strategies for the design of bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts,a detailed discussion of self-supported air cathodes on carbon and metal substrates and their uses in flexible zinc-air batteries will follow.Finally,the challenges and opportunities in the development of flexible zinc-air batteries will be discussed.
