Heterocyclic fused porphyrins have attracted a great deal of attention due to their potential applications in a variety of fields including optoelectronic, biomimetic catalysts et *** of porphyrin-2,3-diones with aromatic amines could be served as the traditional route to afford these compounds, although it usually with *** other hand, the construction of C-N bond is of significant importance as it opens avenues for introduction of nitrogen in organic *** we hope to develop transition-metal catalyzed strategy to obtain heterocyclic fused porphyrins *** work focuses on the preparation and characterization of diverse β,β’-heterocyclic fused porphyrins via C-N coupling reactions of brominated porphyrins with aromatic amines by palladium-catalyzed, as well as construction of seven-membered heterocyclic fused porphyrins by Pictet-Spengler cyclization(Fig.1).

Nitrogen heterocyclic-fused porphyrins were highly π-extended aromatic molecules that exhibiteda variety of biological,optical andelectrochemical *** work focuses on syntheses of nitrogen heterocyclic-fused *** shown in Fig.1,1 Niwaspreparedby Pictet-Spengler cyclization,and its structure was unambiguously confirmedby X-ray diffraction *** addition,2Niwas constructed though Suzuki-Miyauracross coupling followed by oxidation,which could be transformed into correspondingreduction *** were all characterized on the basis ofUV-vis absorption *** results show that nitrogen heterocyclic-fused porphyrins displayed broadened Soret bond and red-shifted Q band due toπ-extended electron *** investigation on the synthesis of more elaborate π-extended nitrogen heterocyclic-fused porphyrinsis underway in our laboratory.

Porphyrins are a group of aromatic molecules with various *** are partly due to their electron-rich core and therefore the ease of giving electrons in HOMO *** the other hand,both-SPh and-SR are well-known electron-donating functional *** make porphyrins owning higher electron density and thus stronger electron donors,we synthesized porphyrins bearing multiphenylthio *** from Chen and Zhang’s methods,we developed a very simple transition metal-free strategy for multiphenylthio porphyrins.β,β-,β,meso-,and β,meso,β-multiphenylthio porphyrins were achieved with excellent selectivity and good *** structures were characterized by H NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction(Fig.1).

Azaporphyrins have large delocalized π electron system similar to porphyrin and phthalocyanine *** compounds have been attracting considerable attention because of their potential applications such as solar cells,dyes,organic semiconductors and magnetic chemistry.β-β directly linked porphyrinazaporphyrin hybrid arrays [1] obtained by Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction could be oxidized by DDQ and FeCl [2,3] to afford fused porphyrin-azaporphyrin *** photo-physical and electro-chemical properties of new compounds were examined by UV-visible spectroscopy and cyclic *** results reveal their triply linked tapes were different from those chain hybrids,such as broader Soret bands and Q-bands,its absorption to near infrared region and smaller HOMO-LUMO gap,which demonstrate that triply linked porphyrin-azaporphyrin arrays have larger π conjugate *** investigation on the synthesis of more elaborate π-extended porphyrin-azaporphyrin hybrid tapes is underway in our laboratory.

The electronic spectra of reported earring porphyrins exhibit near-infrared（NIR） absorptions,but the absorptions are weak [1].Herein we report the synthesis of aromatic rings fused earring *** have been synthesized through Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction [2] and oxidation coupling reaction [3] The structure of the selected porphyrin has been confirmed by 1 HNMR and X-ray diffraction *** earring porphyrin exhibits near-infrared（NIR） absorptions and π *** work will provide a new class of molecular modules for development of new near-infrared *** study is underway to explore the earring porphyrins fused with other rings.

Expanded porphyrins,synthetic analogues of porphyrins that contain more than 18 π electrons in the conjugated way have attracted tremendous attention because of their unique features such as anion binding or transport that are not present in ***,the pentapyrrolic 22 π-electron conjugated macrocycles,were discovered in ***,the chemistry of smaragdyrins was not well established due to their instability and the lack of proper synthetic *** far only a few stable core-modified smaragdyrins have been *** designed and synthesized the first mono-BF2 complex of smaragdyrin and its *** complexes are stable and characterized by 1 H NMR,HR-MS and X-ray single crystal diffraction（Fig.1）.These expanded porphyrins exhibit relatively novel and interesting photo-electric *** of their metal coordination and aromaticity/antiaromaticity are ongoing.

The modification of the porphyrin core has been extensively explored with the main motivation to control and tune its unique properties [1] Porphyrin-related macrocycle with the pyrrolenine and pyrrole units replaced by pyridine and carbazole moieties,respectively,has been reported so far [2,3].Recently,we synthesized the carbazole-based porphyrinoid 1 H which exhibits nonaromatic and strong fluorescence,but its neutral metal complexes 1 M exhibits distinct *** structure of the 1 Pd has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis which shows almost symmetric planar *** photophysical properties of the molecule have been examined by UV/vis absorption spectrum and fluorescent emission spectrum（Fig.1）.Exploration of larger porphyrinoids and their metal complexes are currently underway in our laboratory.

Recently, cyclic BODIPY oligomer have received much attention in light of their great importance that display artificial light harvesting antenna models, host-guest chemistry and unique size-dependent photophysical ***, we report that o-phenylenediamine bridged BODIPY dimer(1)/m-phenylenediamin bridged BODIPY trimer(2) prepared through Buchwald-Hartwig amination of dibrominated BODIPY with o-phenylenediamine/m-phenylenediamine, *** nanorings were characterized by H NMR, UV/Vis absorption spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction *** exploration of their metal coordination, anion recognition, photophysical properties and aromaticity are ongoing in our laboratory.

农业是受气候变化影响的脆弱生产系统。研究农业对气候变化的适应与治理问题,解析农业脆弱性的生成机制、探索降低脆弱性的制度化途径、提升应对气候变化风险的能力是气候变化领域的重要议题。气候变化对农业的影响问题涉及多学科交叉问题,是自然科学与社会科学相互交织的系统。对农业气候脆弱性治理的研究经过了从单一自然科学领域的直观评价到自然科学和社会科学领域融合互补研究的过程。农业脆弱性的治理除了政府实施直接激励政策或约束机制外,转变政府主导的治理模式、调动农村微观主体和社区组织资源的模式成为必然的选择。
