Background: Despite the adverse effects of ambient fine particulate matter (PM_(2.5) ) on type 2 diabetes and the beneficial role of physical activity (PA), the influence of PM_(2.5) on the relationship between PA and type 2 diabetes remains ***: In this prospective study with 71,689 participants, PA was assessed by a questionnaire and was categorized into quartiles for volume and three groups for intensity. Long-term PM_(2.5) exposure was calculated using 1-km resolution satellite-based PM_(2.5) estimates. PM_(2.5) exposure and PA's effect on type 2 diabetes were assessed by cohort-stratified Cox proportional hazards models, individually and in ***: In 488,166 person-years of follow-up, 5487 incident type 2 diabetes cases were observed. The association between PA and type 2 diabetes was modified by PM_(2.5) . Compared with the lowest quartile of PA volume, the highest quartile was associated with reduced type 2 diabetes risk in low PM_(2.5) stratification (≤65.02 μg/m^(3)) other than in high PM_(2.5) stratification (>65.02 μg/m^(3)), with the hazard ratio (HR) of 0.75 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.66-0.85) and 1.10 (95% CI: 0.99-1.22), respectively. Similar results were observed for PA intensity. High PM_(2.5) exposure combined with the highest PA levels increased the risk of type 2 diabetes the most (HR= 1.79, 95% CI: 1.59-2.01 for PA volume;HR = 1.82, 95% CI: 1.64-2.02 for PA intensity).Conclusion: PA could reduce type 2 diabetes risk in low-pollution areas, but high PM_(2.5) exposure may weaken or even reverse the protective effects of PA. Safety and health benefits of PA should be thoroughly assessed for long-term polluted residents.

目前我国正处于社会转型、经济转轨、文化转化的重要时期,流通业作为我国经济的基础性产业呈现出智慧化转型的新特点,并且已在与当前工业化和信息化的深度融合下实现了自身的转型。但随着新一轮工业化浪潮的到来,电商平台的发展,为流通业转型提出了新的要求。为实现流通业的智慧转型和升级,本文结合当前信息时代大背景,对经济转型期流通业智慧化转型困境及实现路径进行研究。首先从流通业的增长态势、流通业电商平台交易模式、流通业范围发展以及流通业智慧转型的步伐等方面分析流通业发展成效,再分析智慧转型存在的问题,可知其主要包括:流通业的智慧转型尚未完全形成互联网与商贸流通产业融合发展的理念体系,缺乏健全的政策支撑体系、商业流通行业转型升级过程中信息支持系统不完善和商贸流通业供给体制过于传统等,为解决以上问题,本文通过加强政策顶层设计、致力推动互联网与商贸流通业深度融合、全面深化行业改革以及积极创新经营模式等方式,给出了数字经济驱动流通业智慧转型的途径,以期为推动流通业的智慧转型与升级提供一定帮助。

Measurement and comparison of NaNO3 powder concealed in opaque and semi-transparent plastic bottles are carried out through conventional Raman spectroscopy and spatially offset Raman spectroscopy individually. The action mechanism why the spatially offset Raman spectroscopy can effectively detect the medium concealed in the non-transparent bottle is analyzed. The spatially offset Raman spectroscopy breaks through the detection neck of the conventional Raman spectroscopy (the detection depth is small and cannot detect the ingredient of the subsurface under non-transparent medium), and the measurement and identification of the substance concealed in the non-transparent medium (opaque/semi-transparent plastic) bottle have been realized.

Characterization and Antioxidant Properties of OJP2, a Polysaccharide Isolated from <i>Ophiopogon japonicus</i>

A water-soluble polysaccharide (OJP2) obtained from the roots of Ophiopogon japonicas, was precipitated with 95% ethanol and purified by DEAE-52 cellulose anion-exchange and Sephadex G-100 gel filtration chromatography. The characteristics of OJP2 were determined by chemical analysis, high performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC), and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that the average molecular weight (Mw) of OJP2 was 35.2 kDa, and five kinds of monosaccharides including rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, glucose and galactose in a molar ratio of 0.5:5:4:1:10. Furthermore, the antioxidant activity of OJP2 was evaluated in H2O2-treated HaCaT cells and glucose-treated LO2 cells. The results show that OJP2 can increase the activity of SOD and NO production, and decrease the level of MDA in these two kinds of injury cells. OJP2 should be explored as a novel and potential natural antioxidant agent for use in functional foods or medicine.

pp-GalNAc-T6(GALNT6) one of the large enzyme family of UDP-N-acetylgalactosamine:polypeptide N-acetylgalactosam inyltransferases(ppGalNAc-Ts), which catalyzes the initial step in the biosynthesis of mucin-type O-glycan by transferring GalNAc from UDP-GalNAc to the Ser and Thr residue of polypeptide acceptors. It has been reported to be involved in breast tumor, but the role of GALNT6 in the biological characters of breast cancer is not well understood. In this study, we found the lower expression of GALNT6 in MCF-7 cells decreased cell proliferation and migration, whereas over expression GALNT6 increased them. And the expression of Mucin protein 1(MUC1), matrix metall oproteinases-2(MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9), is positively correlated with the expression ofGALNT6. The expression of E-cadherin was increased in the lower expression of GALNT6 inMCF-7 cells. These results suggest that the effects of GALNT6 on proliferation, invasion and migration of MCF-7 may be through affecting the MMPs and E-cadherin. Taken together,our findings indicate that GALNT6 plays a role in cell proliferation, migration and invasion in breast cancer, and provide molecular evidence of a new adjuvant strategy for therapy of breast cancer.

针对聚酯(PET)装置负荷提升后,聚酯产品色泽指标b值波动很大的现象,统计跟踪分析了PET装置原料精对苯二甲酸(PTA)、辅料催化剂、添加剂及工艺操作的变化,讨论了PET产品中b值的影响因素。结果表明:对羟基苯甲醛(4-CBA)是影响PET产品的b值的主要因素;PET切片的b值升高与原料PTA中4-CBA含量变化趋势相近;PET装置负荷大幅提升后,当PET b值上升超过1.5时,生产上要及时控制4-CBA含量;PET装置平稳运行时,PTA中4-CBA含量小于40μg/g,可满足生产要求。
