The critical factors that limit the electrochemical performance of lithium-sulfur(Li-S) batteries are mainly the “shuttle effect” of polysulfides and the slow redox reaction between lithium polysulfides(LiPSs). Herein, a nano-sphere-type material selfassembled from tin disulfide nanosheets is designed and applied to the Li-S cell separator in this work. The SnS2@PP modified separator not only acts as a dual restriction for LiPSs by chemisorption and physical barrier. At the same time, it improves the catalytic activity of the redox reaction between LiPSs. The SnS2has extremely high electrochemical activity. There, a portion of the lithium ions can be inserted into SnS2to form LixSnS2and contribute to the capacity during the first discharge of the *** addition, LixSnS2possesses a high degree of stability, and it does not undergo further de-alloying reactions even at the high potential of the Li-S cell. The benefit is that the steady-state LixSnS2acts as a lithium-containing substance. It can form special Li+channels on the surface of the separator, thus greatly improving the efficiency of Li+transport. The results showed that the SnS2@PP-based cell exhibited extremely high initial discharge specific capacity(1477 mAh g-1at 0.1 C) and excellent rate performance(631 mAh g-1at 5 C). Even after 1000 cycles at 2 C, the cell exhibited a low decay rate of 0.06% per cycle on average. In addition, the superior electrochemical performance was obtained even with a high sulfur loading of 5.1 mg cm-2and low electrolyte of E/S = 8 μL mg-1.

OBJECTIVE: The quality and quantity of published research papers are important in both scientific and technology fields. Although there are several bibliometric studies based on citation analysis, very few have focused on research related to Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. METHODS: The bibliometric method used in this study included the following focuses: publication outputs for each year, paper type, language of publication, distribution of internationally collaborative countries, sources of funding, authorization number, distribution of institutes regarding collaborative publications, research fields, distribution of out-puts in journals, citation data, and h-index. RESULTS: A total of 3809 papers published from 1995 to 2012 were extracted from the science citation index(SCI). The cumulative number of papers from all six universities is constantly increasing. The United States attained the dominant position regarding complementary and alternative medicine research. The Chinese Academy of Sciences was the greatest participator in collaborative efforts. Research field analysis showed that the research mainly focused on pharmacology pharmacy, chemistry, integrative complementary medicine, plant sciences, and biochemistry molecular biology. The Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine had the most citations. CONCLUSION: In recent years, in terms of SCI papers, the six Traditional Chinese Medicine universities studied here have made great advances in scientific research.

Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis is a commensal bacterium that predominates in the infant gut， playing a critical role in both preventing foreign infections and facilitating immune development. This study aimed to explore the effects of B. longum subsp. infantis supplementation on interferon-beta (IFN-β) secretion and intestinal barrier improvement in growing mice. Female and male mice were orally administered either saline or B. longum subsp. infantis CCFM1269 or I5TI (1 × 109CFU/mice per day， n = 8) from 1-week-age until 3-， 4-， and 5-week-age. RNA sequencing analysis revealed that CCFM1269 exhibited potential antiviral capacity through increasing 2’-5’ oligoadenylate synthetase (OAS). Additionally， CCFM1269 supplementation significantly increased colonic IFN-β levels which combined with OAS in 3-week-old female and male mice by activating the TLR4-TRIF-dependent signaling pathway. However， this effect was not observed in 4- and 5-week-old mice. Furthermore， both CCFM1269 were found to modulate the gut microbiota composition and enhance the intestinal barrier function in 3-， 4-， and 5-week-old mice. In summary， the results of this study suggested that B. longum subsp. infantis CCFM1269 promoting intestinal barrier and releasing IFN-β in growing mice was in a strain-specific and time-dependent manner.

This study endeavors to investigate the effects of Bifidobacterium breve CCFM1078 on bone formation and resorption balance in growing BALB/c mice. Newborn BALB/c mice were assigned to the control group (administration saline) and the CCFM1078 group (administration B. breve CCFM1078， 3 × 109CFU/day) in 3-， 4-， and 5-week tests. All the groups have male and female distinctions. Our findings demonstrate that B. breve CCFM1078 exerts on the dynamic equilibrium between bone formation and resorption during the critical period of growth in mice by modulating the composition of gut microbiota and metabolites (hexadecanamide， linoleoyl ethanolamide， and palmitoyl ethanolamide)， the genes and proteins expression related to the GH/IGF-1 axis and Gs/PKA/CREB signaling pathways， as well as downstream osteogenic and osteoclastic differentiation factors. The effects of B. breve CCFM1078 were different with age and gender dependent. This finding suggests B. breve CCFM1078 may have potential applications in regulating bone metabolism in the growth period population.

Heparin， a glycosaminoglycan， is a stable source of carbon that supports the growth of microorganisms in the human intestine. It is also a commonly used anticoagulant drug in clinical practice， with significant therapeutic effects. Low molecular weight heparin （LMWH） is a highly active low molecular weight fragment obtained via enzymatic reaction or the chemical degradation of heparin. LMWH has been applied globally in the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism in thrombosis patients. Simultaneously， as a potential prebiotic， because of its low molecular weight， LMWH can be well degraded by the gut microbiota to maintain intestinal balance. Enzymatic heparin degradation has recently emerged as a viable disposal method for LMWH preparation; however， only very few benchmark enzymes have been thoroughly described and subjected to protein engineering to improve their properties over the past few years. The commercialization of enzymes will require the development of robustly engineered enzymes that meet the demands of industrial processes. Herein， we report a rational protein engineering strategy that includes molecular dynamic simulations of flexible amino acid mutations and disulfide bond screening. Several Bt-HepI mutants were obtained and screened for high thermal stability. We obtained the Bt-HepID204C/K208C/H189W/Q198Rvariant， which features a stabilized protein surface structure， with a 1.3-fold increase in kcat/Km， a 2.44-fold increase in thermal stability at 50℃， and a 1.8-fold decrease in the average molecular weight of LMWH produced at 40℃ compared with that seen with Bt-HepIWT. Our study establishes a strategy to engineer thermostable HepI to underpin its industrial applications.

Extracranial metastasis(ECM) of glioma is a rare condition that occurs in the internal nervous axis. A 23-year-old woman presented with anaplastic oligoastrocytoma(WHO III) in a left temporal tumor. The patient received chemoradiotherapy after surgery in our center. Three years after treatment, the patient experienced multiple ECMs in the right lung, left iliac bone, and multiple swollen subcutaneous nodules including the right clavicle, back of the neck, left forearm, right upper arm, and right clavicle. The patient died of cerebral herniation at the age of 27 due to recurrent intracranial glioma. Treatment of ECM of glioma remains very challenging, and further investigations are needed.

Bifidobacterium adolescentis CCFM8630 Exerts Anti-Obesity Effects by Modulating Gut Microbiota-Related Tryptophan Metabolism

Obesity is a major focus of researchers due to its increasing prevalence and relationship with other diseases， such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Probiotics are active microorganisms and have been proven to alleviate obesity by modulating the microbiota. In this study， we found that oral administration of Bifidobacterium adolescentis CCFM8630 to obese mice inhibited high-fat-diet (HFD)-induced changes in body weight and adipose tissue and alleviated hepatic oxidative stress. Furthermore， B. adolescentis CCFM8630 treatment primarily affected the relative abundances of the phyla Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria， and thereby decreased the production of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and the occurrence of LPS-related diseases. A high fiber intake increased the abundance of Lactobacillus and the concentrations of short-chain fatty acids in obese mice， but these changes were reversed by B. adolescentis CCFM8630 treatment. In addition， targeted metabolomic analysis and microbiota relationship analysis revealed that B. adolescentis CCFM8630 treatment modified the microbiota of obese mice by promoting the conversion of tryptophan (Trp) to xanthurenic acid， kynurenic acid， tryptamine， indole-3-acetic acid， and indole-3-carboxaldehyde; facilitated the expression of interleukin-17A and the aryl hydrocarbon receptor to generate interleukin-22 in the colon; and upregulated the expression of tight junction proteins， thereby strengthening intestinal barriers. In summary， our findings suggest that the intake of B. adolescentis CCFM8630 may alleviate obesity by modulating the gut microbiota and related Trp metabolism.

新燃料组件运输容器上的加速度计是用于监测燃料组件运输过程中的异常冲击。加速度计的跳离表示在运输过程中可能存在对燃料组件产生损坏的载荷。近年来,国内核电站发生多起新燃料组件运输容器的加速度计跳离事件。发生运输容器的加速度计跳离事件后,需对事发燃料组件的机械完整性以及可用性进行评估,并判断其是否可入堆使用。本文在对加速度计的作用原理及加速度计跳离过程进行深入分析基础上,提出了一种新燃料组件运输容器加速度计跳离事件的通用处理方法。利用该通用处理方法对某核电站近年来发生的新燃料组件运输容器加速度计跳离事件进行了处理,处理结果得到了业主的采纳。本文中提出的加速度计跳离事件通用处理方法,可为国内核电站后续加速度计跳离事件的处理提供重要的参考和依据。

Hybridization and polyploidization have made great contributions to speciation,heterosis,and agricultural production within plants,but there is still limited understanding and utilization in *** structure and expression reorganization and cooperation post hybridization and polyploidization are essential for speciation and allopolyploid ***,the mechanisms have not yet been comprehensively assessed in ***,we produced a high-fidelity reference genome sequence for common carp,a typical allotetraploid fish species cultured *** genome enabled in-depth analysis of the evolution of subgenome architecture and expression *** genes were expressed with subgenome biases,with a trend of transition from the expression of subgenome A during the early stages to that of subgenome B during the late stages of embryonic *** subgenome A evolved more rapidly,subgenome B contributed to a greater level of expression during development and under stressful *** dominant patterns for homoeologous gene pairs both during development and under thermal stress suggest a potential fixed heterosis in the allotetraploid *** expressing either copy of a homoeologous gene at higher levels to confer development and response to stress indicates the dominant effect of *** plasticity of subgenomes and their shifting of dominant expression during early development,and in response to stressful conditions,provide novel insights into the molecular basis of the successful speciation,evolution,and heterosis of the allotetraploid common carp.
