Paleoenvironment controls on organic matter accumulation in transitional shales from the eastern Ordos Basin,China

To investigate the paleoenvironmental controls on organic matter accumulation of Upper Paleozoic shales in the eastern Ordos Basin,China,26 shale samples were collected from two wells drilled into the Shanxi and Taiyuan Formations.The total organic carbon(TOC)content,mineral compositions and elemental geochemistry of the samples were analyzed.Quartz(35.42%)and clay minerals(48.34%)are the dominant minerals and trace elements(Li,Cs,Cu,V,Co,and Cr)are commonly enriched in the shale samples compared to the Upper Continental Crust.C-values(ranging from 0.2 to 4.5),chemical indices of weathering(CIW)values(48.82 to 99.11),and Sr/Cu ratios(1.00 to 11.05)suggest that the paleoclimate was humid in the study area during the Late Paleozoic.Elemental redox indices(e.g.,Al_(2)O_(3)/(Al_(2)O_(3)+Fe_(2)O_(3)),V/Cr,Ni/Co,V/(V+Ni)and U/Th)indicate a dysoxic to oxic paleoenvironment characterized by transi-tional sedimentary deposits in a continental margin setting.In addition,chemical index of alteration(CIA,ranging from 77.92%to 98.36%)and CIW(89.19%to 99.11%)values suggest that there was intense chemical weathering in the study area,while the Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO^(*)+Na_(2)O-K_(2)O(A-CN-K)ternary diagram demonstrates that the shales were not subjected to potassium metasomatism during diagen-esis.Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)and TiO_(2)/Zr ratios,as well as REE characteristics suggest a felsic source rocks and discount seawater as an REE source.Ce anomalies indicate an oxic environment with terrigenous input during black shale deposition,and LREE enrichment with negative Eu anomalies suggests that both shale formations were affected by detrital input rather than hydrothermal fluids.The correlation of TOC(ranging from 1.10%to 6.39%,with an average of 2.77%)with trace elemental redox indices(Sr/Cu,Sr/Ba,V/Cr,and U/Th)indicates that a warm-humid,dysoxic to oxic environment preserved much of the organic matter.

Neural stem cells give rise to neurons through the process of neurogenesis, which includes neural stem cell proliferation, fate deter- mination of new neurons, as well as the new neuron＇s migration, maturation and integration. Currently, neurogenesis is divided into two phases： embryonic and adult phases. Embryonic neurogenesis occurs at high levels to form the central nervous system. Adult neurogenesis has been consistently identified only in restricted regions and occurs at low levels. As the basic process for embryonic neurodevelopment and adult brain maintenance, neurogenesis is tightly regulated by many factors and pathways. MicroRNA, short non-coding RNA that regulates gene expression at the post-transcriptional level, appears to be involved in multiple steps of neurogenesis. This review summarizes the emerging role of microRNAs in regulating embryonic and adult neurogenesis, with a particular emphasis on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells.

The mission success probability assessment of multi-state phased mission systems（MS-PMS） under complex mission were studied.A general simulation framework of the system under complex mission based on discrete event simulation is established.The Monte Carlo method is used to generate the sample of random events,and accelerated sampling methods such as forced transitions and failure biasing are added to improve the sampling efficiency of small probability events,and the sampling statistics are modified to ensure the unbiasedness of the estimates.Taking the warship navigation mission as an example,it is found that the accelerated sampling method can effectively improve the sampling probability of small probability events in the mission regardless of the mission time.The main reason for the failure of the mission can be found by this simulation method,which can provide a basis for improving the success probability of the mission.

With the fast development of artificial intelligence(AI),Internet of things(IOT),etc,there is an urgent need for the technology that can efficiently recognize,store and process a staggering amount of information.The AlScN material has unique advantages including immense remnant polarization,superior temperature stability and good latticematch to other III-nitrides,making it easy to integrate with the existing advanced III-nitrides material and device technologies.However,due to the large band-gap,strong coercive field,and low photo-generated carrier generation and separation efficiency,it is difficult for AlScN itself to accumulate enough photo-generated carriers at the surface/interface to induce polarization inversion,limiting its application in in-memory sensing and computing.In this work,an electro-optic duplex memristor on a GaN/AlScN hetero-structure based Schottky diode has been realized.This twoterminal memristor shows good electrical and opto-electrical nonvolatility and reconfigurability.For both electrical and opto-electrical modes,the current on/off ratio can reach the magnitude of 104,and the resistance states can be effectively reset,written and long-termly stored.Based on this device,the“IMP”truth table and the logic“False”can be successfully reproduced,indicating the huge potential of the device in the field of in-memory sensing and computing.

Developing universal CARs with improved flexible targeting and controllable activities is urgently needed.While several studies have suggested the potential of CD16a in tandem with monoclonal antibodies to construct universal CAR-T cells,the weak affinity between them is one of the limiting factors for efficacy.Herein,we systematically investigated the impact of Fcγreceptor(FcγR)affinity on CAR-T cells properties by constructing universal CARs using Fcγreceptors with different affinities for IgG1 antibodies,namely CD16a,CD32a,and CD64.We demonstrated that the activities of these universal CAR-T cells on tumor cells could be redirected and regulated by IgG1 antibodies.In xenografted mice,64CAR chimeric Jurkat cells with the highest affinity showed significant antitumor effects in combination with herceptin in the HER2 low expression U251 MG model.However,in the CD20 high expression Raji model,64CAR caused excessive activation of CAR-T cells,which resulted in cytokine release syndrome(CRS)and the decline of antitumor activity,and 32CAR with a moderate affinity brought the best efficacy.Our work extended the knowledge about FcγR-based universal CAR-T cells and suggested that only the FcγRCAR with an appropriate affinity can offer the optimal antitumor advantages of CAR-T cells.

目的比较尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶和氨甲环酸氯化钠在真实世界中用于住院患者围手术期止血的有效性。方法根据溯直医疗数据库(SuValue^(■))中2016年1月1日至2020年12月31日使用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶或氨甲环酸氯化钠的就诊记录构建研究型数据库。按不同干预措施将患者分别纳入研究组和对照组,进行1∶1倾向性评分匹配,比较两组的有效性差异。结果两组各纳入858例患者,两组患者的基线特征无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究结果显示,尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶组患者的住院时长、红细胞压积下降值、平均估计手术出血量、血红蛋白下降值均低于氨甲环酸氯化钠组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于当前真实世界证据,尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶在住院患者围手术期止血的有效性优于氨甲环酸氯化钠。

With great superiorities in energy density,rate capability and structural stability,Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(2) F_(3)(NVPF)has attracted much attentions as cathode of sodium ion battery(SIB),but it also faces challenges on its poor intrinsic electronic conductivity and the controversial de/sodiation mechanism.Herein,a series of Zr-doped NVPF coated by N-doped carbon layer(~5 nm in thickness,homogenously)materials are fabricated by a sol-gel method,and the optimized heteroatom-doping amounts of Zr and N doping improve intrinsic properties on enlarging lattice distance and enhancing electronic conductivity,respectively.Specifically,among all samples of Na_(3) V_(2-x)Zr_(x)(PO_(4))_(2) F_(3)/NC(NVPF-Zr-x/NC,x=0,0.01,0.02,0.05,and 0.1),the optimized electrode of NVPF-Zr-0.02/NC delivers high reversible capacities(119.2 mAh g^(-1) at0.5 C),superior rate capability(98.1 mA h g^(-1) at 20 C)and excellent cycling performance.The structural evolution of NVPF-Zr-0.02/NC electrode,in-situ monitored by X-ray diffractometer,follows a step-wise Na-extraction/intercalation mechanism with reversible multi-phase changes,not just a solid-solutionreaction one.Full cells of NVPF-Zr-0.02/NC//hard carbon demonstrate high capacity(99.8 mA h g^(-1) at 0.5 C),high out-put voltage(3.5 V)and good cycling stability.This work is favorable to accelerate the development of high-performance cathode materials and explore possible redox reaction mechanisms of SIBs.

In this study,we present first-principles investigations of the atomic structure of Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N and its influence on its piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties.The unbiased structure searching revealed that Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N with phase separation feature,where Al N and Sc N form a layered structure with different symmetries,is more stable than the corresponding wurtzite structure.The piezoelectric response of Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N is strongly dependent on the atomic arrangements;in particular,Al_(0.5)Sc_(0.5)N with a wurtzite structure exhibits a large positive e33of 4.79 C/m^(2),whereas Al_(0.5)Sc_(0.5)N with a phase separation structure exhibits a negative e33of-0.67 C/m^(2).Moreover,the ferroelectric switching of Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N demonstrated two distinct pathways for the wurtzite and phase separation structures,and the spontaneous polarization thus calculated exhibits entirely different values.Accordingly,we demonstrated that Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N with a phase separation structure exhibits a low polarization switching barrier of 0.15 e V/f.***.and a large spontaneous polarization of-0.77 C/m^(2);thus,it can serve as a novel Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N-based ferroelectric material.As the dipoles in Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N with a phase separation structure are localized in the AlN region,they are individually switchable at no domain wall energy cost and are stable against extrinsic effects.

Simple sequence repeats(SSRs) are important molecular markers for assessing genetic diversity in Arachis hypogaea L. and many other crops and constructing genetic linkage maps for important agricultural traits. In this study, 29,357 potential SSRs were identified in 22,806 unigenes assembled from A. hypogaea transcript sequences. Of these unigenes, 1883 and 4103 were annotated and assigned in Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes Orthology and Eukaryotic Orthologous Groups databases, respectively. Among the SSR motifs, mono-(19,065; 64.94%) and trinucleotide(5033; 17.14%) repeats were the most common, and the three most dominant motifs were A/T(18,358; 62.54%), AG/CT(2804;9.55%), and AAG/CTT(1396; 4.76%). Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) primer pairs were designed for 4340 novel SSR markers and 210 new SSRs were validated using 24 A. hypogaea varieties. Of the 210, 191(91%) yielded PCR products, with 37(18%) identifying polymorphisms. The 37 polymorphic SSR markers detected 146 alleles(2–10 alleles per locus), and the average polymorphic information content was 0.403(with a range of 0.077 to0.819). The new SSRs enrich the current marker resources for A. hypogaea and may also be useful for genetic diversity analysis, functional genomics research, and molecular breeding.
