An investigation on the link between driver demographic characteristics and distracted driving by using the SHRP 2 naturalistic driving data

Purpose–The purpose of this paper is to investigate the inﬂuence of driver demographic characteristics on the driving safety involving cell phone ***/methodology/approach–A total of 1,432 crashes and 19,714 baselines were collected for the Strategic Highway Research Program 2 naturalistic driving *** authors used a case-control approach to estimate the prevalence and the population attributable risk *** mixed logistic regression model is used to evaluate the correlation between different driver demographic characteristics(age,driving experience or their combination)and the crash risk regarding cell phone engagements,as well as the correlation among the likelihood of the cell phone engagement during the driving,multiple driver demographic characteristics(gender,age and driving experience)and environment ***–Senior drivers face an extremely high crash risk when distracted by cell phone during driving,but they are not involved in crashes at a large *** the contrary,cell phone usages account for a far larger percentage of total crashes for young ***,experienced drivers and experienced-middle-aged drivers seem less likely to be impacted by the cell phone while driving,and cell phone engagements are attributed to a lower percentage of total crashes for ***,experienced,senior or male drivers are less likely to engage in cell phone-related secondary tasks while ***/value–The results provide support to guide countermeasures and vehicle design.

The Triassic strata in the Turpan-Hami Basin potentially chronicled the missing sedimentary record of Indosinian tectonic evolution in the Eastern *** this study,we conducted detrital zircon U-Pb geochronological analyses on subsurface Triassic samples collected from the Turpan-Hami Basin to unravel sedimentary response of Indosinian tectonic reactivation and its *** detrital zircon age spectra of the Triassic samples are quite different,reflecting significant provenance *** zircon grains in the Lower Triassic sample were mainly from the Central Tianshan,while the Jueluotag acted as a minor *** contrast,the Late Paleozoic rocks in Jueluotag act as the main provenance for the Middle-Upper Triassic samples,while the Central Tianshan acted as a minor ***,zircon grains in the Middle Triassic sample were mainly from the Permian rocks in Jueluotag,while Indosinian strike-slipdriven rapid exhumation brought deeper Carboniferous rocks of Jueluotag as an important age population for the Upper Triassic *** inter-sample variability of age spectra of the Triassic samples provides sedimentary evidence for Indosinian tectonic reactivation in the Eastern Tianshan and its periphery,which could be attributed to differential exhumation of different sources driven by coeval strike-slip tectonics along deep *** Indosinian tectonic behavior in the Eastern Tianshan,which is characterized by partial melting of the pre-thickened crust and strike-slip deformation,acted as a far-field respond to the coeval continental accretion occurring along the southern Eurasian ***,our new detrital zircon data,together with previously published data in the Turpan-Hami Basin,demonstrate that there are significant changes in source-to-sink system from the Permian to the Triassic,suggesting that the Permian-Triassic unconformity in the Eastern Tianshan and its periphery was generated by Late Permian-Early Triassic tec

目的探讨西格列他钠联合二甲双胍恩格列净对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的疗效。方法选取2022年6月—2023年3月解放军第970医院(威海院区)收治的82例首诊糖化血红蛋白>7.5%或单药口服降糖效果不佳的T2DM合并NAFLD患者为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,各41例。两组均给予常规控制饮食、结合运动措施,对照组采用二甲双胍恩格列净复方制剂治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合西格列他钠治疗。比较两组治疗前后胰岛素抵抗指数(homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)、体重指数、血糖(糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)、血脂(甘油三酯、总胆固醇)、肝功能指标(谷丙转移酶、谷草转移酶)及不良反应(胃肠道反应、低血糖)发生情况。结果治疗16周后,观察组血糖、血脂、肝功能指标、HOMA-IR水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论西格列他钠具有减轻胰岛素抵抗、改善糖脂代谢及治疗脂肪肝的作用,无明显低血糖、体重增加的不良反应,联合二甲双胍恩格列净治疗T2DM合并NAFLD的疗效较好。

Petrology, Geochemistry and Zircon U-Pb Geochronology of the Xiangshan Group in the Eastern Hexi Corridor Belt: Implications for Provenance and Tectonic Evolution

The eastern Hexi Corridor Belt（HCB） is located in the transitional belt among the Alxa Block,the Qilian Orogenic Belt and the North China Block. Because of its unique tectonic location, the tectonic setting, provenance, and even the age of the sedimentary strata in the eastern HCB during the Early Paleozoic remain controversial. This study analyzes the provenance of the poorly studied Xiangshan Group, discusses its age of development and tectonic setting in the eastern HCB using a combination of petrological, geochemical and LA-ICP-MS U-Pb zircon dating methods. Based on the youngest age peaks and the fossil evidence, we suggest that the Xiangshan Group is Middle Cambrian to Late Ordovician in age. The complexity of the geochemical characteristics and associated diagrams suggests that the early stage of the Xiangshan Group developed in a passive continental margin environment, late in the backarc basin of the eastern HCB. Based on the sandstone detrital composition, whole-rock geochemistry and detrital zircon ages, we conclude that the Xiangshan Group had an early provenance that was mainly from the Qilian Block and a late provenance from the Qilian Block and the western Alxa Block. The eastern HCB and its northern and southern blocks have similar palaeontology, lithology and basement age characteristics to the South China Block. This indicates that the eastern HCB might not have formed in the intra-continental aulacogen of the North China Block during the Early Paleozoic but has a close affinity to eastern Gondwana.

Genetic causes of oil-rich and oil-poor reservoirs: Implications from two Cenozoic basins in the eastern North China Craton

The Bohai Bay and Hehuai(southern North China) rift basins in the eastern part of the North China Craton are southnorth-adjacent. They have shown synchronous evolutionary processes, and possess generally identical superficial and shallow structural characteristics as well as similar basin areas. However, there is a large difference in the richness of oil resources between the two basins. The Bohai Bay Basin has extremely abundant oil reserves, while commercial oil reserves have not been found in the Hehuai Basin. The deep tectonic structures, magmatic activities, and modern and paleo-geothermal fields of the two basins are significantly different. Compared with the Hehuai Basin, the Bohai Bay Basin has a thinner crust and more complex structure with multiple low-velocity layers. It is also characterized by intense magmatic activity, high modern and paleogeothermal fields, frequent seismic activity, and active deep interactions, small effective elastic thickness of the isotropic lithosphere, and shorter balanced transformation wavelength of the lithosphere with a high likelihood of local compensation. The Hehuai Basin has a simple deep structure and homogeneous crustal composition, with a high likelihood of regional compensation. The characteristics of the deep structures mentioned above are generally similar to those of the southern part of the stable Ordos Basin, except for the smaller crust thickness. This indicates the presence of differences in Mesozoic destruction between the southern and northern zones in the eastern part of the North China Craton. The northern zone was subjected to significant destruction, while the southern zone was subjected to modifications, primarily in the form of local changes in the structures and/or properties of the crust or lithospheric mantle, with the overall structure and stability of the craton kept intact. 目的基于腰椎磁共振观察椎旁肌肉治疗前后的横截面积的变化,观察并探讨雷火灸配合水中运动疗法治疗非特异性下腰痛(nonspecific low back pain,NLBP)的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法将120例NLBP患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。试验组采用雷火灸配合水中运动疗法治疗,对照组采用单纯水中运动疗法治疗。观察两组治疗前后Roland-Morris功能障碍问卷表(Roland-Morris dysfunction questionnaire,RMDQ)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)评分及各项椎旁肌肉(竖脊肌、多裂肌、腰大肌)横截面积与椎体面积比值的变化情况,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后RMDQ评分和ODI评分均较同组治疗前显著下降,各项椎旁肌肉横截面积与椎体面积比值均显著升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后RMDQ评分和ODI评分均明显低于对照组,各项椎旁肌肉横截面积与椎体面积比值均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为91.2%,明显高于对照组的80.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸配合水中运动疗法治疗NLBP疗效确切,能增加患者竖脊肌、多裂肌、腰大肌横截面积,改善椎旁肌肉萎缩程度,减轻疼痛,并提高生活质量。

Tectonic evolution of the Changling fault basin and its relationship to oil and gas accumulation

The Changling fault depression passed through three stages of evolution: a period of faulting, a period of subsidence, and an inversion period. The fault lifted the whole area and the formation was eroded during the late Yingcheng formation, the late Nenjiang formation, and the late Mingshui formation. The denudation quantity of eight wells located in the study area is estimated by the interval transit time method and by the formation trend extension method using seismic and drilling data. Inversion back stripping technology with de-compaction correction was used to restore the original sedimentary thickness step by step and to recover the burial history at a single well. Two profiles were selected for the recovery and study of the tectonic evolution. The study confirmed that the primary major gas bearing structure formed due to thermal shrinkage lifting during the late Yingcheng formation. Successive development in a pattern during the late Mingshui formation led to the formation of the primary gas pool. Vertical differential uplift during the late Nenjiang formation formed the Fulongquan structure during the late Paleogene. At this same time a secondary gas pool formed. A large scale reverse developed late in the Mingshui formation that provided the impetus for formation of a secondary gas pool. It is thought that the migration and accumulation of oil and gas was controlled by lithologic character, fracture, and structure. The local uplift in the vicinity of the hydrocarbon recession is most conducive to the collection of hydrocarbon gas.

围绕鄂尔多斯盆地东南部中晚三叠世延长组物源演化,以盆地东南部韩城薛峰川地区延长组剖面为研究对象,运用碎屑锆石U-Pb年代学探讨了韩城地区延长期的物源特征。结果表明,韩城薛峰川地区延长组自下而上不同层段碎屑锆石U-Pb年龄谱峰特征基本一致,峰值段主要集中在晚古生代晚期(250~263 Ma)、古元古宙晚期(1 689~1 774 Ma, 1 867~1 885 Ma)和古元古宙早期(2 490~2 560 Ma),太古宙年龄仅零星分布,而中新元古宙和早古生代年龄均缺失。综合物源对比认为,韩城地区延长期盆地物源主要来自于其东北部的华北克拉通内部及阴山造山带地区,而华北板块南缘及秦岭地区的南部物源特征不明显。这种物源特征与盆地西南部延长期物源复杂多变的特点形成了鲜明对比,表明鄂尔多斯盆地东南部延长期具有稳定的东北物源特征,推测其南地区在延长期仍存在分隔南部物源的深湖相沉积,该认识对探讨延长期湖盆演化具有重要意义。

Understanding the synergetic interaction within α-MoC/β-Mo2C heterostructured electrocatalyst

Constructing heterostructure is an important strategy to design efficient electrocatalysts. The synergetic interaction between dissimilar materials has been considered as the origin of the activity enhancement,however, the interfacial interaction is challenging to probe, thus, the underlying mechanism remains obscure. Here, we reported a heterostructured α-MoC/β-Mo2 C electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution in alkaline media, which shows a significant electrocatalytic activity improvement as compared to the single component. Based on extensive characterizations including high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS) spectroscopy, together with density functional theory, we unraveled the synergetic interaction between α-MoC and β-Mo2 C, implying that α-Mo C sites are beneficial for water dissociation and hydrogen prefers to release on β-Mo2 C sites.
