The traditional von Neumann computing architecture has relatively-low information processing speed and high power consumption,making it difficult to meet the computing needs of artificial intelligence(AI).Neuromorphic computing systems,with massively parallel computing capability and low power consumption,have been considered as an ideal option for data storage and AI computing in the ***,as the fourth basic electronic component besides resistance,capacitance and inductance,is one of the most competitive candidates for neuromorphic computing systems benefiting from the simple structure,continuously adjustable conductivity state,ultra-low power consumption,high switching speed and compatibility with existing CMOS *** memristors with applying MXene-based hybrids have attracted significant attention in recent ***,we introduce the latest progress in the synthesis of MXene-based hybrids and summarize their potential applications in memristor devices and neuromorphological *** explore the development trend of memristors constructed by combining MXenes with other functional materials and emphatically discuss the potential mechanism of MXenes-based memristor ***,the future prospects and directions of MXene-based memristors are briefly described.

Facile active control of a pulsed erbium-doped fiber laser using modulation depth tunable carbon nanotubes

Short pulsed fiber lasers have been widely made using single-walled carbon nanotubes as a saturable absorber(SA). However, most of the currently used devices can only operate in one determined operation state with an unchangeable modulation SA depth in the cavity, which significantly limits their application in photonic *** this paper, well-aligned carbon nanotube arrays are synthesized using zeolite AlPO_4-5 as a template, which features anisotropic optical absorption. The linear optical absorption of the as-synthesized carbon nanotube arrays can easily be tuned by adjusting a polarization controller, thus providing a tunable modulation depth for the carbon nanotube SA. By exploiting this SA in an erbium-doped fiber laser cavity, both Q-switched and modelocked pulsed lasers are achieved by simply adjusting a polarization controller under a fixed pump power of 330 mW. In addition, the repetition rate of the Q-switching and pulse duration of the mode-locking can be tuned according to the variation of modulation depth. Moreover, soliton molecules can be obtained when the modulation depth of the SA is 4.5%.

Carbon nanodots(C-dots) with a uniform size of about 2 nm are synthesized via in situ pyrolysis of n-propylamine that is confined in the nanochannels of zeolite Linde Type A(LTA). The as-synthesized C-dots@LTA composite shows nonlinear optical saturable absorption properties in a broad wavelength band and can be used as saturable absorber(SA) to generate ultrafast pulsed fiber lasers. By inserting a zeolite LTA single crystal hosting C-dots into the fiber laser cavity, mode-locked fiber lasers with long-term operation stability at 1.5 μm and 1 μm are achieved. These results show that the C-dots@LTA are a promising SA material for ultrafast pulsed fiber laser generation in a broad wavelength band. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first demonstration of a C-dots@LTA-based mode-locked fiber laser.

Transparent ceramics have potential applications in various areas,including aerospace,relativistic optics industries,medical cares and ***,they can be used as laser gain media,armor windows,IR domes,solid-state phosphors,scintillators and electro-optical *** crystal structure point of view,transparent ceramic materials should have high crystallographic symmetries(cubic,tetragonal and hexagonal),which have minimal birefringent ***,transparent ceramics are dominantly based on oxide materials,although there are also nonoxides,such as fluorides and nitrides(oxynitrides).Transparent ceramics with pyrochlore and fluorite structures have attracted much attention in recent years,whereas fluorides are not well described in the open ***,this paper is aimed to deliver an overview on the progress of the two categories of transparent ceramics,from material processing and characterization point of view.

分析了泡生法生长大尺寸、光学质量蓝宝石单晶工艺,探讨了影响蓝宝石晶体生长的9大因素:1温场的轴向和径向温度梯度大小对晶体生长的影响;2氧化锆层对晶体质量的影响;3原料对晶体生长的影响;4籽晶的质量和晶向对晶体生长的影响;5引晶对晶体中残余应力、位错和晶界的影响;6放肩角度对晶体的影响;7等径生长速度对晶体的影响;8收尾拉脱与否对晶体质量的影响;9退火时间长短对晶体的影响.通过分析各影响因素,改进生长工艺,成功生长出70 kg蓝宝石单晶.对其进行表征发现,在晶体气泡、晶体方向和应力等方面均达到发光二极管芯片衬底要求.

为了在被测物体部分被遮挡的情况下,仍能完整地测量出物体的表面形貌,提出了一种基于霍夫变换的多线结构光标记的光场3维成像系统。通过提取亚像素的条纹中心坐标进行投票,分析霍夫参数空间中的投票分布,设计了自适应范围投票和自适应窗口策略,无需对条纹级次编码也能够准确地确定对极平面图像中多根直线的参数。结果表明,该系统拟合平面的平均偏差为0.0096 mm,标准偏差为0.0074 mm,并利用光场成像中不同视角下物体的遮挡关系不一致,准确地恢复了被遮挡物体的完整表面形貌。这一结果对于解决3维测量过程中遮挡问题是有帮助的,该研究为获取完整和高效3维数据的测量方法提供了参考。

将经过高能球磨后得到的Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(LAS)玻璃细粉与ZrO_(2)混匀并且烧结后制得ZrO_(2)/LAS微晶玻璃复合材料,并研究了ZrO_(2)含量和烧结温度对复合材料相组成、宏/微观形貌、热膨胀性能、体积密度和硬度的影响。结果表明,影响ZrO_(2)/LAS微晶玻璃复合材料相组成的主要因素是温度,而ZrO_(2)的加入对LAS微晶玻璃复合材料的致密性、热膨胀性能及力学性能具有重要影响。当烧结温度为1100℃、ZrO_(2)含量为30 wt.%时,复合材料试样的致密性较高,并且在800℃时达到了较低的线性收缩率(3.55×10^(-5))。当ZrO_(2)含量为10 wt.%~30 wt.%时,复合材料在30℃~300℃的平均热膨胀系数均为负值且接近零,显示了复合材料良好的热稳定性。复合材料的维氏硬度随着ZrO_(2)含量的增加而基本呈线性增长,说明ZrO_(2)的加入有利于提高复合材料的力学性能。这种通过外加法将ZrO_(2)引入到LAS微晶玻璃体系的方法,为具有低热膨胀系数和高机械性能的微晶玻璃复合材料的制备提供了有效参考。

研究了高径比分别为1.36和1.50的两组坩埚在炉体内的轴向、径向温度梯度和液流情况.在两组坩埚中进行晶体生长实验,将生长出来的晶体进行掏棒和切片,并对晶棒进行应力和气泡检测,对晶片进行位错和双晶摇摆曲线检测.对比理论计算和实验结果表明,当纵横温度变化近似一次函数,且纵横温度梯度作用下的固液面的夹角在45°~60°时,可以有效降低应力,减少开裂几率;当熔体内部只有一个涡旋的时候,可有效减少晶体气泡;坩埚高径比为1.36时,能有效降低位错密度,提高结晶性.
