Coseismic Coulomb stress changes induced by a 2020-2021 M_(W)>7.0 Alaska earthquake sequence in and around the Shumagin gap and its influence on the Alaska-Aleutian subduction interface

Three M_(W)>7.0 earthquakes in 2020-2021 occurred in the Shumagin seismic gap and its adjacent area of the Alaska-Aleutian subduction zone,including the Mw7.8 Simeonof thrust earthquake on July 22,2020,the M_(W)7.6 Sand Point strike-slip earthquake on October 19,2020,and the M_(W)8.2 Chignik thrust earthquake on July 29,*** spatial and temporal proximity of these three earthquakes prompts us to probe stress-triggering effects among *** we examine the coseismic Coulomb stress change imparted by the three earthquakes and their influence on the subduction *** results show that:(1)The Simeonof earthquake has strong loading effects on the subsequent Sand Point and Chignik earthquakes,with the Coulomb stress changes of 3.95 bars and 2.89 bars,*** Coulomb stress change caused by the Sand Point earthquake at the hypocenter of the Chignik earthquake is merely around 0.01 bars,suggesting the negligible triggering effect on the latter earthquake;(2)The triggering effects of the Simeonof,Sand Point,and Chignik earthquakes on aftershocks within three months are not well pronounced because of the triggering rates of 38%,14%,and 43%*** factors may have played an important role in promoting the occurrence of these aftershocks,such as the roughness of the subduction interface,the complicated velocity structure of the lithosphere,and the heterogeneous prestress therein;(3)The three earthquakes caused remarkable coseismic Coulomb stress changes at the subduction interface nearby these mainshocks,with an average Coulomb stress change of 3.2 bars in the shallow region directly inwards the trench.

Regulation effects of water and nitrogen on yield,water,and nitrogen use efficiency of wolfberry

Wolfberry(Lycium barbarum L.)is important for health care and ecological ***,it faces problems of low productivity and resource utilization during *** reasonable models for water and nitrogen management is important for solving these *** on field trials in 2021 and 2022,this study analyzed the effects of controlling soil water and nitrogen application levels on wolfberry height,stem diameter,crown width,yield,and water(WUE)and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE).The upper and lower limits of soil water were controlled by the percentage of soil water content to field water capacity(θ_(f)),and four water levels,i.e.,adequate irrigation(W0,75%-85%θ_(f)),mild water deficit(W1,65%-75%θ_(f)),moderate water deficit(W2,55%-65%θ_(f)),and severe water deficit(W3,45%-55%θ_(f))were used,and three nitrogen application levels,i.e.,no nitrogen(N0,0 kg/hm^(2)),low nitrogen(N1,150 kg/hm^(2)),medium nitrogen(N2,300 kg/hm^(2)),and high nitrogen(N3,450 kg/hm^(2))were *** results showed that irrigation and nitrogen application significantly affected plant height,stem diameter,and crown width of wolfberry at different growth stages(P<0.01),and their maximum values were observed in W1N2,W0N2,and W1N3 *** weight per plant and yield of wolfberry first increased and then decreased with increasing nitrogen application under the same water *** weight per hundred grains and dry weight percentage increased with increasing nitrogen application under W0 ***,under other water treatments,the values first increased and then decreased with increasing nitrogen *** and its component of wolfberry first increased and then decreased as water deficit increased under the same nitrogen *** water use efficiency(IWUE,8.46 kg/(hm^(2)·mm)),WUE(6.83 kg/(hm^(2)·mm)),partial factor productivity of nitrogen(PFPN,2.56 kg/kg),and NUE(14.29 kg/kg)reached their highest values in W2N2,W1N2,W1N2,and W1N1 treatments.R

Flax(Linum usitatissimum L.)is a versatile crop and its seeds are a major source of unsaturated fatty ***-acyl carrier protein desaturase(SAD)is a dehydrogenase enzyme that plays a key role in oleic acid biosynthesis as well as responses to biotic and abiotic ***,the function of SAD orthologs from *** has not been ***,we found that two LuSAD genes,LuSAD1 and LuSAD2,are present in the genome of *** cultivar‘Longya 10’.Heterogeneous expression of either LuSAD1 or LuSAD2 in Arabidopsis thaliana resulted in higher contents of total fatty acids and oleic acid in the ***,ectopic expression of LuSAD2 in *** caused altered plant ***,the overexpression of either LuSAD1 or LuSAD2 in Brassica napus also resulted in increased contents of total fatty acids and oleic acid in the ***,we demonstrated that either LuSAD1 or LuSAD2 enhances seedling resistance to cold and drought stresses by improving antioxidant enzyme activity and nonenzymatic antioxidant levels,as well as reducing membrane *** findings not only broaden our knowledge of the LuSAD functions in plants,but also offer promising targets for improving the quantity and quality of oil,and the abiotic stress tolerance of oil-producing crops,through molecular manipulation.

Linkage between riverbed scouring or deposition and the evolution of central bars:Case study in the Yangzhong reach of the Yangtze River

Understanding the relationship between unbalanced riverbed scouring or deposition and the evolution of central bars in natural conditions and human activity is useful for river regime control and waterway improvement *** this end,we utilized the Yangzhong reach in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River as a case study and evaluated runoff,sediment content,and topographical data measured over the past 70 years(1951–2021).With the decrease in the amount of incoming sediment in the river basin,the Yangzhong reach exhibited a continuous state of *** cumulative riverbed scouring volumes of the low-water and flood channels from 1981 to 2021 were 3.97×10^(8)and 4.14×10^(8)m^(3),respectively,with the riverbed scouring volume of the low-water channel accounting for 95.9%of that of the flood *** quasi-natural runoff–sediment conditions,the evolution of the central bars in the Yangzhong reach was highly correlated with the amount of scouring or *** particular,the Luochengzhou reach could be characterized as a meandering river with scouring on concave riverbanks and deposition on convex *** the context of reduced incoming sediment,the beach area of the Yangzhong reach decreased by approximately 9.9%(from 2003 to 2021)and the central bars of the straight section areas ***,following operation of the Three Gorges Reservoir,both the Luocheng central bar and Jiangyin beach areas could be characterized as meandering rivers with convex riverbanks and *** the quasi-natural period before the implementation of the waterway improvement project,the trend of high scouring intensity and increased fluid diversion ratio in the right branch of the Luocheng central bar was in accordance with the law that the short branch of the length is in a developing state under the condition of decreasing river sediment *** the control of riverbank protection and the construction of waterway improvement projects in the Yangzhong

Transcriptional regulation is essential for balancing multiple metabolic pathways that influence oil accumulation in *** far,the transcriptional regulatory mechanisms that govern seed oil accumulation remain largely ***,we identified the transcriptional regulatory network composed of MADS-box transcription factors SEEDSTICK(STK)and SEPALLATA3(SEP3),which bridges several key genes to regulate oil accumulation in *** found that STK,highly expressed in the developing embryo,positively regulates seed oil accumulation in Arabidopsis(Arabidopsis thaliana).Furthermore,we discovered that SEP3 physically interacts with STK in vivo and in *** oil content is increased by the SEP3 mutation,while it is decreased by SEP3 *** chromatin immunoprecipitation,electrophoretic mobility shift assay,and transient dual-luciferase reporter assays showed that STK positively regulates seed oil accumulation by directly repressing the expression of MYB5,SEP3,and SEED FATTY ACID REDUCER 4(SFAR4).Moreover,genetic and molecular analyses demonstrated that STK and SEP3 antagonistically regulate seed oil production and that SEP3 weakens the binding ability of STK to MYB5,SEP3,and ***,we demonstrated that TRANSPARENT TESTA 8(TT8)and ACYL-ACYL CARRIER PROTEIN DESATURASE 3(AAD3)are direct targets of MYB5 during seed oil accumulation in ***,our findings provide the transcriptional regulatory network antagonistically orchestrated by STK and SEP3,which fine tunes oil accumulation in seeds.

Molecular properties of dissolved organic matter across Earth systems: A meta-analysis

Dissolved organic matter （DOM） represents the largest pool of reactive carbon on the Earth and plays a crucial role in various biogeochemical processes and ecosystem functions. However， it is understudied for a global understanding of DOM molecular properties such as molecular weight， stoichiometry， and oxidation state， and the linkages among them across Earth systems. Here， a meta-analysis of 2，707 sites in 204 literatures was conducted by synthesizing four representative molecular properties of DOM， i.e.， mass， double bond equivalent （DBE）， modified aromaticity index (AImod)， and nominal oxidation state of carbon （NOSC）. By exploring H/C and O/C ratios， we examined the relationships among these DOM properties across waters and land systems， and their geographical patterns and environmental drivers. We found that， compared to land system， the mass， DBE， and AImodwere all significantly higher in water systems， with river sediments exhibiting the highest values. DOM oxidation state indicated by NOSC was greater on average in wastewater （NOSC = 0.226 ± 0.06） and marine water （NOSC = 0.133 ± 0.06） than in other habitats. Compared to waters， the mass in land system showed more strongly positive correlations with oxidation states such as NOSC and O/C， and the NOSC showed stronger relations to bioavailability properties such as DBE， AImod， and H/C. Among all the properties， H/C and AImodcontributed to the most variations in global DOM properties. In waters， NOSC monotonically increased towards high latitudes， while DBE and AImodshowed significant hump-shaped patterns indicating peaked unsaturation and aromaticity at mid-latitudes of approximately absolute 30°-50°. The variations in DOM properties were significantly correlated with environmental factors such as annual mean temperature and pH. Collectively， we revealed the spatial distribution and environmental drivers of DOM molecular properties across Earth ecosystems， which could shed light on our comprehensive understan

以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能技术被誉为第二次信息革命,其强大的数据深入分析能力为企业智能化内部审计提供了新思路.针对现有审计风险预警中传统机器学习泛化能力提升有限以及特征分析维度不足等问题,提出一种基于ChatGPT技术内核的深度自编码网络方法,来对往来款项这一重要会计活动中的风险做出事前判别.首先,根据影响因素从业务匹配、期限结构、减值损失、关联交易、单体统计和文本信息多个角度筛选提取审计特征;随后,考虑到风险样本的不平衡性以及业财指标在经营周期下的前后时变特性,基于无监督和深度学习思想,构建了以添加注意力机制双向长短期记忆(Bi-LSTM)作为神经网络的深度自编码器(DAE)预训练模型,并借鉴多任务学习思想,利用融合模型迁移的集成框架量化审计风险概率以保证预警的稳定性;最后,通过大数据技术采集企业往来业务和财务的真实数据对上述方法进行了多方面对比验证.试验结果表明,该方法有助于不同预警时间窗口下审计特征的高效精准挖掘,相较常用的监督学习和迭代聚类法能显著提升审计风险预警的精度和鲁棒性,同时能识别出导致风险产生的关键因素以快速定位审计疑点,为企业改善内部审计的质量和效率提供智能化决策支持.

针对汽车动力电池风险预测中单一算法在非均衡数据集上性能欠佳,以及分析维度不足等问题,提出一种建立在多维特征之上的数据驱动多模型集成学习方法以实现电池故障预警。根据内外部因素从电池状态、行驶状况、历史信息和时间环境多方面提取特征,以还原真实应用场景;通过FilterWrapper法剔除冗余无效信息来进行特征筛选,以提高鲁棒性;在Bayes优化结合网格搜索法完成超参数调优的基础上,构建了以SVM、LightGBM和XGBoost为初级学习器、LR为次级学习器的异质集成Stacking模型。结果表明:考虑了外部特征后的融合模型在评估指标上综合表现最好,其中在中、高等级的故障预警上召回率分别达到了85.81%和88.92%,相较传统仅考虑电池内部特征的单一模型有着更好的预测精度和泛化能力。

对TP347钢管道焊接接头在经过1050℃固溶热处理和900℃稳定化热处理后不同区域显微组织的变化进行了研究。结果表明:在焊态下,热影响区晶粒长大,形成不同形态的铁素体,并有NbC和Cr的碳化物析出;在固溶处理后,观察到热影响区和焊缝区中铁素体含量明显减少,并且发现有分布更分散且尺寸更小的NbC;在先固溶处理再稳定化热处理后,观察到NbC在尺寸上进一步变小,表明这种热处理方法能够有效地分散NbC颗粒。研究结果表明,TP347钢经固溶热处理和稳定化热处理后铁素体转变、NbC形成以及降低焊接热循环引起的显微组织变化,可以有效提高材料的抗晶间腐蚀性能。

两极地区是未来重要的能源和资源基地。然而,极地长年低温多冰,极大限制了我国对两极地区的科学考察、商业航运和能源开发进程。因此,发展长效稳定的防覆冰技术是推进极地发展战略的关键。系统阐明了船舶在极地航行过程中面临的结冰困境,分析了船舶积冰的类型,总结了目前解决船舶覆冰问题的多种防除冰技术及发展现状,包括主动防除冰技术(机械除冰、超声导波除冰、加热除冰、化学熔融除冰等)和被动防覆冰涂层技术(气体润滑防覆冰涂层、液体润滑防覆冰涂层、“类液体”润滑防覆冰涂层、界面可控断裂防覆冰涂层等),同时对各技术在极地船舶防冰应用中的优缺点和可行性进行了深入分析。展望了船舶装备对特种防冰涂层的关键需求,提出主、被动协同除冰技术是实现极地船舶防覆冰的重要策略。
