In this paper,we study a stochastic Newton method for nonlinear equations,whose exact function information is difficult to obtain while only stochastic approximations are available.At each iteration of the proposed algorithm,an inexact Newton step is first computed based on stochastic zeroth-and first-order oracles.To encourage the possible reduction of the optimality error,we then take the unit step size if it is acceptable by an inexact Armijo line search condition.Otherwise,a small step size will be taken to help induce desired good properties.Then we investigate convergence properties of the proposed algorithm and obtain the almost sure global convergence under certain conditions.We also explore the computational complexities to find an approximate solution in terms of calls to stochastic zeroth-and first-order oracles,when the proposed algorithm returns a randomly chosen output.Furthermore,we analyze the local convergence properties of the algorithm and establish the local convergence rate in high probability.At last we present preliminary numerical tests and the results demonstrate the promising performances of the proposed algorithm.

Over the past 2 decades,there has been an extraordinary progress in the regimens developed for the treatment of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive breast cancer.Trastuzumab,pertuzumab,lapatinib,and ado-trastuzumab emtansine(T-DM1)are commonly recommended anti-HER2 target agents by the U.S.Food and Drug Administration.This review summarizes the most significant and updated research on clinical scenarios related to HER2-positive breast cancer management in order to revise the guidelines of everyday clinical practices.In this article,we present the data on anti-HER2 clinical research of neoadjuvant,adjuvant,and metastatic studies from the past 2 decades.We also highlight some of the promising strategies that should be critically considered.Lastly,this review lists some of the ongoing clinical trials,findings of which may soon be available.

背景:多种金属离子因具有良好的血管生成活性,并参与成骨中血管新生等生理过程,在骨组织工程领域的研究和应用正日益深入。目的:系统性阐释铜(Cu2+)、镁(Mg2+)、锶(Sr2+)、锌(Zn2+)、钴(Co2+)离子的促血管生成机制及其在骨组织工程的应用现状和主要治疗的疾病类型。方法:2位作者利用Pub Med和中国知网数据库检索2017-2022年间发表的文献,中文检索词为“铜离子,镁离子,锶离子,锌离子,钴离子,骨,血管生成”;英文检索词为“copper,cuprum,Cu,magnesium,Mg,strontium,Sr,zinc,Zn,cobalt,Co,metal ion,angiogenesis,bone”。通过阅读标题、摘要对所得文献进行初筛,排除不相关文献后,最终纳入114篇文献进行综述。结果与结论:(1)金属离子可以通过作用于血管内皮生长因子、缺氧诱导因子、血管生成相关基因、内皮细胞以及对巨噬细胞进行免疫调节等途径调控血管生成。(2)铜、镁、锶、锌、钴等金属离子因具有显著的血管生成效应,常用于组织工程支架的性能改善,其中水凝胶、生物陶瓷和合成聚合物材料目前应用较为广泛,镁及其合金也因其优良的承重能力颇具优势,但这些材料均存在一些缺陷,目前暂时没有一种理想的骨替代材料。(3)不同的离子作用特点如下:铜具有抗菌、成血管和成骨等性能,主要用于感染及肿瘤等引起的骨缺损;镁、锌具有较强的生物降解性,需要对降解速率进行控制;镁具有腐蚀性,主要以合金形式应用;锌的成血管机制涉及较少;镁、锶用于治疗骨质疏松性骨缺损效果显著。(4)以上5种金属离子(铜、镁、锶、锌、钴)具有显著的促血管生成作用,也通过成血管来促进成骨,个别离子如铜离子具有杀菌作用,这些金属离子可以作为治疗肿瘤、骨质疏松症、感染和创伤等引起的骨缺损的新策略,但是目前的临床试验和产品的应用性研究相对不足。

Assessment of tree-ring mercury radial translocation and age effect in Masson pine:Implications for historical atmospheric mercury reconstruction

The tree ring has been regarded as an emerging archive to reconstruct historical atmospheric mercury(Hg)trends,but with the large knowledge gaps in the reliability.In this study,we comprehensively evaluated the Hg source,radial translocation and age effect of Masson pine(Pinus massoniana)tree ring at Mt.Jinyun in Chongqing,to assess the suitability of such tree ring as the archive of atmospheric Hg.Results showed that distinct variabilities among Masson pine tree-ring Hg concentration profiles.The Hg concentration significantly increased along with stem height(P<0.05),indicating the Hg in tree rings mainly derived from foliage uptake atmospheric Hg.We found a distinct age effect that the tree ring of young trees had the higher Hg concentration.Besides,we used the advection-diffusion model to demonstrate how Hg concentration shifted by the advection or/and diffusion in tree rings.The modeling results showed that the advection induced radial translocation during the young growth period of tree was a plausible mechanism to result in the tree-ring Hg record largely different from the trend of anthropogenic Hg emissions in Chongqing.We finally suggest that in further Hg dendrochemistry,better discarding the tree-ring Hg profile of the young growth period to reduce impacts of the radial translocation and age effect.

采用绿色环保的方法制备了MIL-100(Fe),通过双溶剂浸渍法将Pt纳米颗粒限域在MIL-100(Fe)的孔笼内部,经过盐酸质子化和甲醛还原制备出具有加氢中心及Lewis酸中心的双功能催化剂Pt/MIL-100(Fe).以肉桂醛选择性加氢为探针反应评价其催化性能,在60℃和1 MPa的最优条件下反应2 h,肉桂醛转化率为88.3%,肉桂醇选择性为84.9%.通过比较Cr,Al和Fe 3种金属中心的Pt/MIL-100催化肉桂醛加氢制肉桂醇及糠醛加氢制糠醇的反应性能发现,Fe中心有利于C=O加氢.重点研究了反应体系中水含量对肉桂醛选择性加氢反应的影响.表征和静态吸附实验结果表明,除去Pt/MIL-100(Fe)孔笼中的游离水有利于肉桂醛在孔道内直接富集,肉桂醛转化率提高;除去金属Fe簇上的络合水有利于肉桂醛C=O基团的吸附,肉桂醇选择性提高.在最优条件下,Pt/MIL-100(Fe)经过5次循环后,催化性能基本不变;X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)及低温氮气吸附结果表明反应后催化剂结构仍保持稳定.

民国时期,在相关政策与制度设计中,中华优秀传统文化内容是大学课程体系的重要组成部分。在大学入学考试及学生日常学业考评中,中华传统文化内容也是考核的重要方面,传统经典被列为教科书与参考书,传统文化底蕴深厚的教师潜移默化地影响着学生对传统文化的认知。民国时期大学对中华优秀传统文化的传承与发展体现在教学考核、教科书编选以及课堂教学等方方面面,贯穿教学活动全过程。在西方文化强力东渐、传统文化遭受冲击之时,民国时期的大学没有摒弃本土立场,而是根据时代变化和需求,对中华优秀传统文化持续坚守且推动其发展,彰显出珍贵的文化自省和自信。
