＜正＞ Manufacturing enterprises in the future will have to survive and develop in the network economy with the development of information and network communication technology, the globalization of economy, and the interaction of these two factors. Nowadays the business environments which manufacturing enterprises are facing are very complicated and volatile. The traditional coordinating relationships between operation models of manufacturing enterprises and their business environment have already been changed as a result of globalization, informatization and personalization of customers’ needs. New coordinating relationships are in the process of *** operations management in manufacturing enterprise, traditional management theories and methods only confined to the solving of problems within the boundaries of individual enterprise. The introduction of supply chain management makes people considering enterprise problems in a larger context, but most researchers in this field pay more attention to tactic issues. Typical solutions are methods such as postponed manufacturing, information sharing and interests sharing. The systematic and strategic analysis of the supply chain is *** analysis approach is adopted in this paper. We start our work from the analysis of environment, objective, and structure of supply chain system. Porter’s value chain model is then studied and its limitations under new circumstances are pointed out. On the basis of the work described above, we analyze the features of network economy and explore the new value chain model for manufacturing enterprise in the network economy. Finally an empirical case study is conducted.

The rapid development of 5G/6G and AI enables an environment of Internet of Everything(IoE)which can support millions of connected mobile devices and applications to operate smoothly at high speed and low ***,these massive devices will lead to explosive traffic growth,which in turn cause great burden for the data transmission and content *** challenge can be eased by sinking some critical content from cloud to *** this case,how to determine the critical content,where to sink and how to access the content correctly and efficiently become new *** work focuses on establishing a highly efficient content delivery framework in the IoE *** particular,the IoE environment is re-constructed as an end-edge-cloud collaborative system,in which the concept of digital twin is applied to promote the *** on the digital asset obtained by digital twin from end users,a content popularity prediction scheme is firstly proposed to decide the critical content by using the Temporal Pattern Attention(TPA)enabled Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)***,the prediction results are input for the proposed caching scheme to decide where to sink the critical content by using the Reinforce Learning(RL)***,a collaborative routing scheme is proposed to determine the way to access the content with the objective of minimizing *** experimental results indicate that the proposed schemes outperform the state-of-the-art benchmarks in terms of the caching hit rate,the average throughput,the successful content delivery rate and the average routing overhead.

High-yield production of porous carbon spheres derived from enzymatic hydrolysis lignin for zinc ion hybrid capacitors

The widespread implementation of supercapacitors is hindered by the limited energy density and the pricey porous carbon electrode *** cost of porous carbon is a significant factor in the overall cost of supercapacitors,therefore a high carbon yield could effectively mitigate the production cost of porous *** study proposes a method to produce porous carbon spheres through a spray drying technique combined with a carbonization process,utilizing renewable enzymatic hydrolysis lignin as the carbon source and KOH as the activation *** purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the quantity of activation agent and the development of morphology,pore structure,and specific surface area of the obtained porous carbon *** demonstrate that this approach significantly enhances the carbon yield of porous carbon,achieving a yield of 22%in contrast to the conventional carbonization-activation method(9%).The samples acquired through this method were found to contain a substantial amount of mesopores,with an average pore size of 1.59 to 1.85 nm and a mesopore ratio of 25.6%.Additionally,these samples showed high specific surface areas,ranging from 1051 to 1831 m2·g^(−1).Zinc ion hybrid capacitors with lignin-derived porous carbon cathode exhibited a high capacitance of 279 F·g^(−1) at 0.1 A·g^(−1) and an energy density of 99.1 Wh·kg^(−1) when the power density was 80 kW·kg^(−1).This research presents a novel approach for producing porous carbons with high yield through the utilization of a spray drying approach.

Constructing a stable interface on Ni-rich LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) cathode via lactic acid-assisted engineering strategy

Ni-rich layered oxides are potential cathode materials for next-generation high energy density Li-ion batteries due to their high capacity and low ***,the inherently unstable surface properties,including high levels of residual Li compounds,dissolution of transition metal cations,and parasitic side reactions,have not been effectively addressed,leading to significant degradation in their electrochemical *** this study,we propose a simple and effective lactic acid-assisted interface engineering strategy to regulate the surface chemistry and properties of Ni-rich LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mr_(0.1)O_(2) *** novel surface treatment method successfully eliminates surface residual Li compounds,inhibits structural collapse,and mitigates cathode-electrolyte interface film *** a result,the lactic acidtreated LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) achieved a remarkable capacity retention of 91.7% after 100 cycles at 0.5 C(25℃) and outstanding rate capability of 149.5 mA h g^(-1) at 10 C,significantly outperforming the pristine ***,a pouch-type full cell incorporating the modified LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) cathode demonstrates impressive long-term cycle life,retaining 81.5% of its capacity after 500 cycles at 1 *** importantly,the thermal stability of the modified cathode is also dramatically *** study offers a valuable surface modification strategy for enhancing the overall performance of Ni-rich cathode materials.

Blood glucose-lowering activity of protocatechuic acid is mediated by inhibiting a-glucosidase

α-Glucosidase inhibitors are effective in controlling postprandial hyperglycemia,which play crucial roles in the management of type 2 *** acid(PCA)is one of phenolic acids existing not only in various plant foods but also as a major microbial metabolite of dietary anthocyanins in the large *** present study investigated the inhibitory mechanism of PCA on a-glucosidase in vitro and examined its effect on postprandial blood glucose levels in *** from in vitro experiments demonstrated that PCA was a mix-type inhibitor of *** by hydrogen bonds and van der Waals interactions,PCA reversibly bound withα-glucosidase to form a stable a-glucosidase-PCA complex in a spontaneous *** computational simulation found that PCA could insert into the active cavity of a-glucosidase and establish hydrogen bonds with catalytic amino acid *** binding aroused the steric hindrance for substrates to enter active sites and caused the structural changes of interacted catalytic amino acid *** also exhibited postprandial hypoglycemic capacity in diabetic *** study may provide the theoretical basis for the application of PCA as an active ingredient of functional foods in dietary management of diabetes.

A hybrid memory architecture supporting fine-grained data migration

Hybrid memory systems composed of dynamic random access memory(DRAM)and Non-volatile memory(NVM)often exploit page migration technologies to fully take the advantages of different memory *** previous proposals usually migrate data at a granularity of 4 KB pages,and thus waste memory bandwidth and DRAM *** this paper,we propose Mocha,a non-hierarchical architecture that organizes DRAM and NVM in a flat address space physically,but manages them in a cache/memory *** the commercial NVM device-Intel Optane DC Persistent Memory Modules(DCPMM)actually access the physical media at a granularity of 256 bytes(an Optane block),we manage the DRAM cache at the 256-byte size to adapt to this feature of *** design not only enables fine-grained data migration and management for the DRAM cache,but also avoids write amplification for Intel Optane *** also create an Indirect Address Cache(IAC)in Hybrid Memory Controller(HMC)and propose a reverse address mapping table in the DRAM to speed up address translation and cache ***,we exploit a utility-based caching mechanism to filter cold blocks in the NVM,and further improve the efficiency of the DRAM *** implement Mocha in an architectural *** results show that Mocha can improve application performance by 8.2%on average(up to 24.6%),reduce 6.9%energy consumption and 25.9%data migration traffic on average,compared with a typical hybrid memory architecture-HSCC.

Impact resistance performance and optimization of the sand-EPE composite cushion in rock sheds

Rock sheds are widely used to prevent rockfall disasters along roads in mountainous *** improve the capacity of rock sheds for resisting rockfall impact,a sand and expandable polyethylene(EPE)composite cushion was proposed.A series of model experiments of rockfall impact on rock sheds were conducted,and the buried depth of the EPE foam board in the sand layer was *** impact load and dynamic response of the rock shed were *** results show that the maximum impact load and dynamic response of the rock shed roof are all significantly less than those of the sand ***,as the distance between the EPE foam board and rock shed roof decreases,the maximum rockfall impact force and impact pressure gradually decrease,and the maximum displacement,acceleration and strain of the rock shed first decrease and then change *** addition,the vibration acceleration and vertical displacement of the rock shed roof decrease from the centre to the edge and decrease faster along the longitudinal direction than that along the transverse *** conclusion,the buffering effect of the sand-EPE composite cushion is better than that of the pure sand cushion,and the EPE foam board at a depth of 1/3 the thickness of the sand layer is appropriate.

Influence of the penetration of adjacent X-section cast-in-place concrete(XCC)pile on the existing XCC pile in sand

A series of small-scale 1g X-section cast-in-place concrete(XCC)pile-penetration model tests were conducted to study the effects of soil density and pile geometry on the lateral responses of an existing pile and the variations in surrounding soil *** results showed that the bending patterns of existing XCC piles varied with penetration *** lateral response of the existing pile was sensitive to the change in relative density and pile *** example,the bending moment of the existing pile increased along with these *** development of the radial stressσ′r/σ′v0 of the soil around an existing pile showed different trends at various depths during the penetration of the adjacent ***,the change in radial stress during the penetration of the XCC pile did not exhibit the“h/R effect”that was observed in the free-field soil,due to the shielding effect of the existing *** peak value of radial stressσ′r_max/σ′v0 decreased exponentially as the radial distance r/R *** attenuation ofσ′r_max/σ′v0 with r/R in the loose sand was faster than in the medium-dense or dense ***σ′r_max/σ′v0 at the same soil location increased with the cross-section geometry parameter.

Synchronous deprotonation–protonation for mechanically robust chitin/aramid nanofibers conductive aerogel with excellent pressure sensing, thermal management, and electromagnetic interference shielding

Aerogels with regularly porous structure and uniformly distributed conductive networks have received extensive attention in wearable electronic sensors,electromagnetic shielding,and so ***,the poor mechanical properties of the emerging nanofibers-based aerogels are limited in practical *** this work,we developed a synchronous deprotonation–protonation method in the KOH/dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)system at room temperature for achieving chitin cross-linked aramid nanofibers(CANFs)rather than chitin nanofibers(ChNFs)and aramid nanofibers(ANFs)separately by using chitin and aramid pulp as raw *** freeze-drying process,the cross-linked chitin/aramid nanofibers(CA)aerogel exhibited the synergetic properties of ChNF and ANF by the dual-nanofiber compensation *** mechanical stress of CA aerogel was 170 kPa at 80%compressive strain,increased by 750%compared with pure ChNF ***,the compressibility of CA aerogel was somewhat improved compared to ANF *** enhancement verified that the crosslinking reaction between ANF and ChNF during the synchronous deprotonation process was ***,the conductive aerogels with uniform porous structure(CA-M)were successfully obtained by vacuum impregnating CA aerogels in Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene solution,displaying low thermal conductivity(0.01 W/(m·K)),high electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding effectiveness(SE)(75 dB),flame retardant,and heat ***,the as-obtained CA-M aerogels were also applied as a pressure sensor with excellent compression cycle stability and superior human motion monitoring *** a result,the dual-nanofiber based conductive aerogels have great potentials in flexible/wearable electronics,EMI shielding,flame retardant,and heat insulation.
