Terrestrial vegetation is a crucial component of the Earth system,and its changes not only represent one of the most distinct aspects of climate change but also exert significant feedback within the climate system by exchanging energy,moisture,and carbon *** quantitatively and mechanistically study climate-vegetation feedback,numerical vegetation models have been developed on the theory of ecophysiological constraints on plant functional *** models eventually can simulate vegetation distribution and succession across different spatial and temporal scales,and associated terrestrial carbon cycle processes by categorizing vegetation into biomes according different plant functional types and their associated environmental *** we review the developing history of vegetation models and provide recent advances and future *** 21st century,static vegetation models,as developed statistical models,can only simulate equilibrated characteristics of vegetation *** last several decades,Dynamic Global Vegetation Models(DGVMs)have been developed to simulate instantaneous responses of vegetation to climate change and associated dynamics,and can be coupled with Earth system models to investigate interactions among atmosphere,ocean,and *** are also widely applied to investigate the dynamics accounting for changes in the geographic distribution patterns of land surface vegetation at different spatial and temporal scales and to assess the impacts of terrestrial carbon and water fluxes and land use *** suggest that future vegetation modeling could integrate with machine learning,and explore vegetation transient response and feedback as well as impacts of process hierarchies and human activities on climate and ecosystem.

Nasal drug delivery efficiency is highly dependent on the position in which the drug is deposited in the nasal ***,no reliable method is currently available to assess its impact on delivery *** this study,a biomimetic nasal model based on three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction and three-dimensional printing(3DP)technology was developed for visualizing the deposition of drug powders in the nasal *** results showed significant differences in cavity area and volume and powder distribution in the anterior part of the biomimetic nasal model of Chinese males and *** nasal cavity model was modified with dimethicone and validated to be suitable for the deposition *** experimental device produced the most satisfactory results with five spray ***,particle sizes and spray angles were found to significantly affect the experimental device’s performance and alter drug distribution,***,mometasone furoate(MF)nasal spray(NS)distribution patterns were investigated in a goat nasal cavity model and three male goat noses,confirming the in vitro and in vivo *** conclusion,the developed human nasal structure biomimetic device has the potential to be a valuable tool for assessing nasal drug delivery system deposition and distribution.

文章针对新能源汽车充电桩检测问题进行分析,首先介绍智能感应技术和充电桩检测装置原理,然后在智能感应基础上,分别阐述智能感应技术在交流、直流充电桩、充电桩异物检测、充电设施现场检测中的应用方法,最后开展模拟测试,检测充电桩检测技术的实际应用状态。根据结果可知,通过智能感应模块的应用,可确定充电桩内是否有车充电,并通过单片机和通信模式传输信号,对充电桩异物实时检测,及时发现异常状态,并妥善处理。

目的:探讨神经内镜联合颅底显微神经外科手术(cranial base micro neurosurgery,CBM)对脑肿瘤患者的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年12月灵山县人民医院收治的60例脑肿瘤患者。根据单双号将其平分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施CBM治疗,试验组实施神经内镜联合CBM治疗。比较两组肿瘤切除情况及围手术期指标,术前、术后神经功能及日常生活能力、相关指标,并发症及治愈率。结果:试验组完全切除率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,试验组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分低于对照组,日常生活能力量表(activities of daily living,ADL)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,试验组白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、S-100β蛋白(S-lfln protein 100β,S100β)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经内镜联合CBM可以提高脑肿瘤无全切除率,改善其神经功能及生活能力,降低炎症因子水平,治愈率高,并发症少,住院时间短,预后好,安全性高。

Based on the Complex Empirical Orthogonal Functions(CEOFs)of bandpass-filtered daily streamfunction fields,a quantitative method of detecting transient(synoptic)Rossby wave phase speed(RWPhS)is *** transient RWPhS can be objectively calculated by the distance between a high(or low)center in the real part of a CEOF mode and its counterpart in the imaginary part of the same CEOF mode divided by the time span between two adjacent peaks(or bottoms)of two principal component curves for the real and imaginary parts of that CEOF *** new detection method may partly reveal the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of Rossby wave *** the mean westerly jet at 200 hPa doubles the speed of its counterpart at 500 hPa,the estimated RWPhS at both levels are around 1000 km d^(–1)and quantitatively consistent with the quasigeostrophic-theory-based RWPhS,confirming that the meridional potential vorticity gradient induced by the barotropic and baroclinic shears of mean flow,together with theβeffect,play an essential role in Rossby wave *** observations over the past four decades and a 150-year historical simulation suggest no evidence for slowing wintertime transient Rossby waves in the Northern Hemisphere,but possible regional changes are not *** emphasize that not only the mean flow speed,but also the barotropic and baroclinic shears of the mean flow,and their associated contributions to the meridional potential vorticity(PV)gradient,should be considered in investigating the possible change of Rossby waves with global warming.

Rapid progress has been made in quantum secure direct communication in recent *** practical application,it is important to improve the performances,such as the secure information rate and the communication *** this paper,we report an elaborate physical system design and protocol with much enhanced *** design increased the secrecy capacity greatly by achieving an ultra-low quantum bit error rate of<0.1%,one order of magnitude smaller than that of existing *** to previous systems,the proposed scheme uses photonic time-bin and phase states,operating at 50 MHz of repetition rate,which can be easily upgraded to over 1 GHz using current on-the-shelf *** results of our experimentation demonstrate that the proposed system can tolerate more channel loss,from 5.1 dB,which is about 28.3 km in fiber in the previous scheme,to 18.4 dB,which corresponds to fiber length of 102.2 ***,the experiment shows that intercity quantum secure direct communication through fiber is feasible with present-day technology.

2017年,生态环境部印发《关于做好环境影响评价制度与排污许可制衔接相关工作的通知》,要求各地做好建设项目环境影响评价制度与排污许可制有机衔接相关工作,进一步提出了环境影响评价与排污许可之间衔接的重要性。部分企业,特别是在1990年之前建厂的老企业,会面临环境影响评价、排污许可和实际排污情况之间的不一致性[1]。因此,本文分析了原因,提出了解决策略,以保证这三者之间的一致性。这些措施有助于企业遵守环保法规,避免出现环境影响评价与排污许可脱节问题,从而确保依法排污、按证排污的要求。
