Cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)imaging provides important biomarkers for the early diagnosis of many cardiovascular diseases and has been reported to reveal phenome-wide associations of cardiac/aortic structure and functionality in popula-tion studies.Nevertheless,due to the complexity of operation and variations among manufactural vendors,magnetic field strengths,coils,sequences,scan parameters,and image analysis approaches,CMR is rarely used in large cohort studies.Existing guidelines mainly focused on the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases,which did not aim to basic research.The purpose of this study was to propose a recommendation for CMR based phenotype measurements for cohort study.We classify the imaging sequences of CMR into three categories according to the importance and universality of correspond-ing measurable phenotypes.The acquisition time and repeatability of the phenotypic measurement were also taken into consideration during the categorization.Unlike other guidelines,this recommendation focused on quantitative measurement of large amount of phenotypes from CMR.

目的探究在颅内大血管急性闭塞患者中行静脉溶栓桥接动脉内取栓对神经功能、预后的影响。方法回顾性选取2021年6月—2023年6月莘县人民医院收治的94例颅内大血管急性闭塞患者的临床资料,按治疗方式不同分对照组(46例)、观察组(48例)。两组均进行静脉溶栓治疗,对照组接受单纯支架取栓治疗,观察组接受支架联合抽吸取栓治疗。比较两组血管再通情况、神经功能、血液指标、预后情况。结果观察组血管再通率(95.83%)高于对照组(80.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.390,P=0.020)。观察组治疗3个月后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、治疗48 h后的神经元特异性烯醇化酶、可溶性凋亡相关因子水平均低于对照组,脑源性神经营养因子水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组预后良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.398,P=0.036)。结论在颅内大血管急性闭塞患者中行静脉溶栓桥接动脉内取栓治疗可有效提高血管再通率,减轻神经损伤,改善神经功能及预后。

【目的】探究计划烧除及其时间间隔对云南松Pinus yunnanensis林土壤碳氮磷钾化学计量特征的影响。【方法】以滇中地区玉溪市新平彝族傣族自治县照壁山云南松林为研究对象,分别在未烧除样地(对照)、连续每年实施计划烧除后间隔1 a样地(T1)和间隔3 a样地(T2),分层采集0~10和10~20 cm土层土壤,测定土壤碳、氮、磷、钾4种养分元素质量分数,采用方差分析、Spearman相关分析和主成分分析(PCA)探究计划烧除后不同间隔时间对滇中云南松林土壤化学计量特征的影响。【结果】与对照样地相比,T1样地的2个土层土壤pH均无显著变化,T2样地的2个土层土壤pH均极显著增加(P<0.01);T1和T2样地2个土层的土壤总碳、有机碳、总氮、碱解氮质量分数均无显著差异,T2样地的0~10 cm土层土壤有效磷质量分数显著降低(P<0.05),2个土层的土壤速效钾质量分数均显著增加(P<0.05),土壤碳氮比仅在T2样地10~20 cm土层显著增加(P<0.05)。【结论】计划烧除对研究区土壤养分质量分数的影响受烧除间隔时间和土层深度等因素的共同影响,2种烧除后间隔时间均对研究区云南松林土壤碳氮质量分数无显著影响,但对土壤pH、碳氮比、有效磷和速效钾有显著影响。

针对宁夏某精细化工园区废水可生化性与生物抑制性进行了研究.结果发现,该园区内废水以化工、制药类废水为主,各排水单位BOD5/CODCr(B/C)值大多小于0.20,说明废水可生化性较差,生化处理能力相对较弱.部分废水对活性污泥中的微生物存在明显抑制作用,抑制率>90%,主要与该类废水毒性高、难降解有关;经现有臭氧催化氧化和生物滤池单元处理后,废水抑制率分别减少17%、10%,说明两种处理方法能够一定程度上去除工业废水中部分有毒物质,降低废水对污泥中微生物的抑制性.该园区内工业废水对市政污水处理厂活性污泥的抑制率为46%~96%,均存在抑制作用,经处理后仍含有有毒难降解物质.由于工业污泥与生活污泥菌群结构不同,从而导致了耗氧速率(OUR)的显著性差异.按照官能团分类,化工园区内经预处理后废水中主要毒性物质为卤代烃、苯系物、酚类和有机硫化合物等,这些物质分子量较大且在水环境中很难被生物降解,均对终端处理单位活性污泥中的微生物有抑制作用,进而影响整体工艺的处理效果.同时发现,废水的B/C与OUR呈正相关关系,相关系数为0.614(p<0.05),说明生物的抑制性冲击作用是制约处理出水水质改善的重要因素.本研究揭示了宁夏某精细化工园区废水处理系统中污水可生化性与生物抑制性,并提出了废水处理改进措施,为该类废水处理效能提升提供了科学支撑.

Molecule configurations modulate packing array and charge transfer in cocrystal engineering

As a sewage pretreatment unit,septic tank has played an important role in environmental pollution treatment.The quality of domestic sewage and the removal rate of various pollutant indices were analyzed after the treatment in the septic tank,through the investigation on the septic tanks of Chaohu City,located in Anhui Province,P R China.The results of the research indicated that the removal rates of COD,BOD5,SS and TN were 41.23%,32.86%,30.07% and 10.54% respectively;concentration of NH3-N and TP was increased.The removal rates of COD and BOD5 increased with the temperature rising,however,there was not significant change of removal rates in N and P.In addition,the biodegradability of the wastewater was depressed in septic tank.The results have provided the comprehensive evaluation of septic tank and the technical of the selection.

Organic cocrystal as an emerging assembly strategy has received increasing attention in constructing multiple functional materials,through continually screening suitable constituent monomers or changing their stoichiometry ratios.However,the role of molecule configuration in the cocrystal field is rarely explored despite the fascinating potential in regulating the packing mode.In this study,the N,N′-diphenyl-5,10-dihydrophenazine derivatives(DPPs) with the flexible scaffold and different methyl substitutions are selected as the donors bearing various molecular configurations.In a simple collaborative way,a series of cocrystals based on DPPs and OFN(octafluoronaphthalene) are fabricated,exhibiting two self-adaptive molecular stacking arrays.X-ray crystallographic analysis and theoretical calculation unveil their different π···π interactions and charge transfer characters,leading to the significant emission redshift up to 125 nm compared with individual DPPs.As a result,controllable molecule stacking structure,tunable emission,and charge transfer properties can be achieved.The study provides a new perspective to reveal the structure-property relationships at the molecular level by controlling the molecule configuration in cocrystal engineering,contributing to the development of cocrystal theoretical physics and organic functional materials.

Fossil reproductive structure from the Eocene of the Changchang Basin (Hainan Island,South China) is recognized as Chaneya hainanensis sp.nov.This new species is characterized by persistent corolla of five obovate petals with three subparallel primary venation linked by arching secondary veins,circular central disk bearing two orbicular ovaries or fruit bodies.This discovery confirms the presence of the extinct fruit genus Chaneya in low-latitude tropical area,providing significant fossil evidence for investigating the origin,migration,and phytogeography of this genus and discussing the Tertiary floristic exchanges among North America,eastern Asia,and Europe.Considering the distribution of this genus and its extant relatives and the climate changes during the Cenozoic,we hypothesize that Chaneya was a widespread tropical or subtropical taxon,but,with climate cooling,became extinct in northern latitudes and evolved into Picrasma (Simaroubaceae) and Rutaceae mainly in modern tropics and subtropics.
