适温离子交换掺铒铌酸锂薄膜的制备研究

本文通过制备KNO_(3)和Er(NO_(3))_(3)熔融混合物,将其与铌酸锂薄膜在高温管式炉中混合进行适温热扩散,并结合退火工艺,发明了一种直接在铌酸锂薄膜上掺杂Er^(3+)的方法。通过不断变换热扩散温度、掺杂试剂浓度比例和晶体切向等参数,用控制变量法探究了不同参数对适温离子交换法掺杂Er^(3+)效果的影响,在热扩散和退火温度360℃及KNO_(3)和Er(NO_(3))_(3)质量比25∶1的参数设置下获得了表面形貌较佳的Z切掺铒铌酸锂薄膜。通过飞行时间二次离子质谱仪并利用已知掺杂浓度的薄膜进行定标,检测了所获得的掺铒铌酸锂薄膜中的Er^(3+)浓度情况,对所采用适温离子交换法的有效性进行了验证。这一方法大幅简化了铌酸锂薄膜掺杂的工艺,同时节约了成本,有助于后续在铌酸锂薄膜平台上实现分区掺杂的工作,为未来定制化铌酸锂光子集成平台的搭建提供参考。

癌相关成纤维细胞(CAF)是肿瘤微环境(TME)中主要成分之一。在TME中,肿瘤细胞与非肿瘤细胞之间或非肿瘤细胞与非肿瘤细胞之间的相互作用能促进肿瘤发生发展。CAF可与多种免疫细胞之间产生相互作用,通过抑制适应性免疫细胞功能,重塑TME中免疫微环境促进肿瘤的发生发展。其中CAF与巨噬细胞相互作用,并诱导巨噬细胞向M2型极化在促进肿瘤发生发展中起到重要作用。

In this paper,we demonstrate efficient spontaneous quasi-phase matched(SQPM)second harmonic generation(SHG)in a microracetrack resonator on X-cut thin film lithium *** approach does not involve poling,but exploits the anisotropy of the crystals to allow the phase-matching condition to be fulfilled spontaneously as the TE-polarized light circulates in a specifically designed racetrack *** experiment,normalized on-chip conversion efficiencies of 1.01×10-4/W and 0.43×10-4/W are achieved by 37th-order and 111th-order SQPM,*** configurable SQPM will benefit the application of nonlinear frequency conversion and quantum source generation in chip-scale integrated photonics compatible with standard CMOS fabrication processes.

Cyber physical systems（CPS） recently emerge as a new technology which can provide promising approaches to demand side management（DSM）, an important capability in industrial power systems. Meanwhile, the manufacturing center is a typical industrial power subsystem with dozens of high energy consumption devices which have complex physical dynamics. DSM, integrated with CPS, is an effective methodology for solving energy optimization problems in manufacturing center. This paper presents a prediction-based manufacturing center self-adaptive energy optimization method for demand side management in cyber physical systems. To gain prior knowledge of DSM operating results, a sparse Bayesian learning based componential forecasting method is introduced to predict 24-hour electric load levels for specific industrial areas in China. From this data, a pricing strategy is designed based on short-term load forecasting results. To minimize total energy costs while guaranteeing manufacturing center service quality, an adaptive demand side energy optimization algorithm is presented. The proposed scheme is tested in a machining center energy optimization experiment. An AMI sensing system is then used to measure the demand side energy consumption of the manufacturing center. Based on the data collected from the sensing system, the load prediction-based energy optimization scheme is implemented. By employing both the PSO and the CPSO method, the problem of DSM in the manufac^ring center is solved. The results of the experiment show the self-adaptive CPSO energy optimization method enhances optimization by 5% compared with the traditional PSO optimization method.

Mesoproterozoic magma events in the Bayan Obo rift belt have remained poorly constrained and as a result, the Late Paleoproterozoic–Mesoproterozoic tectonic evolution of the rift belt has remained unclear. By a multiple-facetted regional geological investigation of this belt, we have resolved the stratigraphic sequence and geochronology of the Bayan Obo Group and made new discoveries including a three-stage mantle-derived magmatic sequence. Zircon and baddeleyite dating of Xiaonanshan hornblende pyroxenite emplaced into the Bayan Obo Group yields 207Pb/206Pb ages of ca. 1.34 and 1.33 Ga. The geochronological, geochemistry, Hf isotopic analyses place an important constraint on ages of the Late Paleoproterozoic–Mesoproterozoic strata and the evolution of the rift belt. Our field observations and U-Pb dating results suggest that mineralization is genetically related to Mesoproterozoic magmatism in North China Craton, i.e., 1.33–1.34 Ga. The δ34SV-CDT values of sulphide from the ore-bearing ultra-/mafic samples are about 6.2‰, whereas the 206Pb/204Pb, 207Pb/204Pb, and 208Pb/204Pb values vary in the ranges of 17.598–18.115, 15.496–15.501, and 37.478–37.952, respectively. The Late Paleozoic mafic gabbro and acidic granite porphyry intrusions are possible to bimodal magmatic event related to the extensional tectonic setting of the Central Asia in this period.

The compact and reliable ultraviolet[UV]source has attracted remarkable attention for its potential use in optical measurement systems,high-density optical storage,and biomedical *** demonstrate ultraviolet generation by frequency doubling in a lithium-tantalate-on-insulator[LTOI]microdisk via modal phase *** 50-μm-diameter microdisk was milled by a focused ion beam[FIB]and followed by chemo-mechanical polishing[CMP]to smooth the disk surface and edge,and the Q-factor reaches 2.74×10~5in the visible ***-chip UV coherent light with a wavelength of384.3 nm was achieved,which shows great promise for using LTOIs in integrated ultraviolet source platforms.

在过去的几十年中,患儿围术期疼痛研究进展迅速。然而由于疼痛评估和镇痛治疗的不足,患儿围术期疼痛常常得不到充分的镇痛。尤其对新生儿的镇痛不足时,可影响未来发育的感觉运动、认知发展、行为情绪、疼痛反应、药物需求和青少年时期的健康状况等[1]。一项美国儿童医院的调查报告中指出,接受外科治疗的患儿中,中重度疼痛发生率达44%[2]。目前我国依然缺乏住院患儿围术期疼痛的统计报告,然而一项对我国儿童医院中住院患儿的医疗程序性疼痛调查表明,大多数患儿(尤其年龄<4岁)在住院期间经历了中度或重度疼痛,却没有接受适当的干预[3]。
