The positioning precision of the transmitting Chinese Area Positioning System(CAPS) is reduced due to the non-ideal distribution of the satellite *** and navigation enhancement methods are able to improve the reliability and accuracy of the positioning system,especially for users in special regions and special *** this paper,a positioning enhanced scheme based on ultra-wide band(UWB) pseudolite is proposed for *** is demonstrated that the link budget of UWB pseudolite satisfies the FCC's emission mask *** localization algorithm of the enhanced CAPS is *** simulations indicate that the positioning precision of the proposed enhanced scheme is improved greatly,and the feasibility of the enhanced scheme is thus proved.

High dielectric loss and poor temperature stability are the current barriers to the application of dielectric *** present work,we synthesized a system of acceptor Gd^(3+)and donor Ta^(5+)co-doped(Gd_(0.5)Ta_(0.5))_(x)Ti_(1-x)O_(2)(GTTOx,x=0,0.01,0.02,0.04,0.06)ceramics to enhance dielectric *** was found that a colossal permittivity(CP,2.65×10^(4)@1 kHz,2.37×10^(4)@1 MHz),a very low dielectric loss(tanδ,0.007@1 kHz,0.03@1 MHz),good stability of frequency(20–10^(6)Hz)and temperature(RT–250°C,Δε′(T)/ε′30<±15%,at 1 kHz)were achieved simultaneously in GTTO0.01 *** impedance spectroscopy,XPS,SEM,and Raman spectroscopy were used to investigate the reasons for the improved dielectric *** result indicated that the main reasons for CP and low dielectric loss are the synergistic effect of the electron pinning defect-dipole(EPDD)model,the internal blocking layer capacitance(IBLC)mechanism,and electrode *** work provides a promising approach for the design of defect-related high-performance giant dielectric ceramics.

An inverted asphalt pavement is created by reversing the sequence of the lower and middle layers in a conventional asphalt pavement. The lower layer is composed of material with larger particle size and lower asphalt content, which improves its ability to withstand deformation caused by rutting. On the other hand, the middle surface has a higher asphalt content, specifically designed to resist fatigue cracking. This paper examines the mechanical response of two pavement structures and investigates the potential of two measures, inverted asphalt pavement and asphalt mixture design by vertical vibration compaction method(VVCM), in reducing stresses and stress levels in asphalt pavements. Additionally, a large thickness rutting and fatigue test method was developed to study the rutting resistance and fatigue life of the pavement structures, and to construct rutting deformation and fatigue life prediction models. Finally, test sections were paved to verify the feasibility of the inverted pavement and VVCM materials. The findings show that inverted pavement and VVCM materials have a minimal impact on pavement stress, but can reduce pavement shear and tensile stress levels by up to 18%–25%.Furthermore, inverted pavement and VVCM materials have positive effects on improving the rutting resistance and fatigue life of asphalt pavements.

To investigate the deformation properties of remolded loess subgrade under long-term cyclic dynamic loading， remolded loess specimens compacted via vertical vibration compaction method were produced and some factors influencing elasticstrain and cumulative plastic strain， which include the number of vibration cycles， depth， and water content， have been investigated. A prediction model for cumulative plastic deformation was *** addition， the collapsible deformation properties of remolded loess were investigated. Results indicate that the elastic strain and plastic strain are decreased with increasing vibration cycles and depth and finally tend to be stable when the number of vibration cycles is more than 2000 and the depth exceeds 2.5 m. The elastic strain and cumulative plastic strain of compacted loess are increased by 7.2% and 13.0%， respectively， when the water content increases by 1%.The cumulative plastic deformation of remolded loess follows a logarithmic distribution. The elastic deformation and cumulative plastic deformation of loess subgrade are far less than the demands for elastic deformation and post-construction settlement of *** the compaction coefficient and water content are increased by 1%， the collapsibility coefficient of compacted loess is decreased by an average of 13.7% and 14.5%. Such investigations can prevent subgrade diseases and ensure the safety of subgrade filled with loess soils.

Pelagic cephalopods have evolved a series of fascinating traits,such as excellent visual acuity,high-speed agility,and photophores for adaptation to open pelagic ***,the genetic mechanisms underpinning these traits are not well ***,in this study,we obtained high-quality genomes of two purpleback flying squid species(Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis and Sthenoteuthis sp.),with sizes of 5450 Mb and 5651 Mb,*** genomic analyses revealed that the S-crystallin subfamily SL20-1 associated with visual acuity in the purpleback flying squid lineage was significantly expanded,and the evolution of high-speed agility for the species was accompanied by significant positive selection pressure on genes related to energy *** molecular signals might have contributed to the evolution of their adaptative predatory and anti-predatory *** addition,the transcriptomic analysis provided clear indications of the evolution of the photophores of purpleback flying squids,especially the recruitment of new genes and energy metabolism-related genes which may have played key functional roles in the process.

Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanisms of aspirin on the proliferation,migration and invasion of endometrial carcinoma HEC-1 A cell ***:HEC-1 Acells were cultured to the exponential phase and treated with different concentrations of aspirin(0.625 mmol/L,1.25 mmol/L,2.5 mmol/L,5 mmol/L and 10 mmol/L)for 24 to 120 *** proliferation was assessed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)*** migration and invasion of HEC-1 Acells were detected by transwell *** protein expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and ascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR-2)in HEC-1 Acells were determined by western ***:MTT results showed that aspirin inhibited the growth and proliferation of endometrial cancer cells in concentration and time-dependent *** had a significant inhibitory effect on the migration and invasion of HEC-1 Acells(P<0.05).In addition,aspirin obviously suppressed concentration-dependently the expression levels of VEGF and VEGFR-2(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin could inhibit the proliferation,migration and invasion of endometrial cancer *** anti-tumor mechanism of aspirin might be related to the inhibition of tumor angiogenesis via blocking the VEGF/VEGFR-2 signaling pathway.

With further recession and deterioration of offshore fishery resources and increasing living demands, construction of marine ranching becomes a focal point to improve marine biological resources and environment, while artificial reef is one of the important parts for marine ranching construction. The artificial reef technology develops slowly in China compared with developed countries, such as the United States and Japan, and there are still many issues urgently to be solved. When an artificial reef is released in water, there are various kinds of forces, and its forces and flow field-effect are closely related to surrounding conditions and its own performance. Currently, there are no mature conclusions on research of hydrodynamics of artificial reef. According to review of hydrodynamics of artificial reefs, we hope to give a full understanding on hydrodynamics performance of artificial reefs, and provide reference and theoretical basis for further research on design and structure of artificial reef in China.

Purpleback flying squid （Sthenoeuthis oualaniensis） is an important marine economic species, studying its biological characteristics is very important for the resource assessment and management. This paper summed up domestic and international information of squid biology, and showed some details on this subject. According to the squid life history ：egg, larvae, juveniles and adult fish stage, it summarized from the age of growth, population structure, migration, spawning, vertical distribution, habitat, and status of resources. There is little research on the squid larvae and the signs of juveniles period ended are not clear. Adult fish is divided into four main populations and two minor popular ons, the large group, medium-sized group, small group and mini-group, while medium-sized groups can be divided into medium uniaxial group and medium-sized biaxial according to the characteristics of the inner shell. The distribution of purpleback flying squid has the ＂island correlation＂, it usually ascend to the surface at night and drop to the deep-water during the daytime. Purpleback flying squid plays an important role in the ecosystem. It is the main food of many fish, and marine mammals ; also it is the predators of crustaceans and small fish. It has the self-feed characteristics. Purpleback flying squid widely distributes in the 38 °N to 40°S tropical and subtropical waters, especially in the South China Sea, the catchability is （130 -200）×10^4 tons in one year.
