The present study aims at improving the accuracy of weather forecast by providing useful information on the behavior and response of a sounding temperature sensor.A hybrid approach relying on Computational Fluid Dynamics and a genetic algorithm(GA)is used to simulate the system represented by the bead thermistor and the surrounding *** particular,the influence of different lead angles,sensor lead length,and lead number is *** results have shown that when the length of the lead wire of the bead thermistor is increased,the radiation temperature rise is reduced;when the number of lead wire is four and the angle between the lead wires is 180°,the solar radiation angle has a scarce influence on the radiation temperature rise of the sounding temperature sensor.

The point-to-point contact mechanism in all-solid-state Li-S batteries(ASSLSBs)is not as efficient as a liquid electrolyte which has superior mobility in the electrode,resulting in a slower reaction kinetics and inadequate ionic/electronic conduction network between the S(or Li_(2)S),conductive carbon,and solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)for achieving a swift(dis)charge ***,a series of hybrid ionic/electronic conduction triple-phase interfaces with transition metal and nitrogen co-doping were *** graphitic ordered mesoporous carbon frameworks(TM-N-OMCs;TM=Fe,Co,Ni,and Cu)serve as hosts for Li_(2)S and Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl(LPSC)and provide abundant reaction sites on the triple *** from both experimental and computational research display that the combination of Cu-N co-dopants can promote the Li-ion diffusion for rapid transformation of Li_(2)S with adequate ionic(6.73×10^(−4)S·cm^(−1))/electronic conductivities(1.77×10^(−2)S·cm^(−1))at 25℃.The as-acquired Li_(2)S/Cu-N-OMC/LPSC electrode exhibits a high reversible capacity(1147.7 mAh·g^(−1))at 0.1 C,excellent capacity retention(99.5%)after 500 cycles at 0.5 C,and high areal capacity(7.08 mAh·cm^(−2)).

Single-cell RNA sequencing(sc RNA-seq) is a revolutionary tool to explore cells. With an increasing number of sc RNA-seq data analysis tools that have been developed, it is challenging for users to choose and compare their performance. Here, we present an overview of the workflow for computational analysis of sc RNA-seq data. We detail the steps of a typical sc RNA-seq analysis, including experimental design, pre-processing and quality control, feature selection, dimensionality reduction, cell clustering and annotation, and downstream analysis including batch correction, trajectory inference and cell–cell communication. We provide guidelines according to our best practice. This review will be helpful for the experimentalists interested in analyzing their data, and will aid the users seeking to update their analysis pipelines.

Application of Multifocusing Method for an Irregular Topography Imaging

A stack of records becomes one of the main steps in modern seismic data processing. In the stack procedure, the crucial operation is time correction. Conventional methods, e.g. , normal moveout （NMO） and dip moveout （DMO） stacks require a sufficiently accurate macro-velocity model, whereas a multifocusing imaging method does not depend on a macro-velocity model. The multifocusing method proposed by Gelchinsky et al. belongs to a group of methods that can be characterized as macro-model-independent imaging methods. The multifocusing method represents a transformation of 2-D multicoverage reflection data into a simulated zero-offset stack profile. This transformation is based on a completely data-derived spatial stacking operator, and includes stacking large supergathers of seismic traces, each of which can span many CMP gathers. By extending the multifocusing moveout formula to explicitly account for non-zero elevations of the source and receiver, the multifocusing imaging method can yield appropriate results when seismic data are acquired over an irregular topography. In recent years, many applications of multifocusing imaging over an irregular topography have demonstrated its advantages in comparison with conventional CMP processing. This paper illustrates the corresponding formulas for a synthetic data example modeled by the wave equation finite difference method. The result of the synthetic example is very encouraging. By stacking large supergathers and applying multifocusing moveout correction, the reflectors are aligned very well and the S/N is greatly improved. We have also applied multifocusing imaging over an irregular topography to a real data example. The elevation of the data acquisition area varies considerably. Applying multifocusing imaging, a substantial improvement of the simulated section was achieved, compared with a conventional CMP stacked section.

A novel three-dimensional hierarchical WO_(3)photoelectrode was prepared by solvothermal method,and ZnO was deposited on its surface by electrochemical *** WO_(3)/ZnWO_(4)/ZnO multiphaseheterojunction photoelectrode was prepared by further annealing treatment to explore the photoinduced cathodic protection(CP)*** with WO_(3)and ZnO,the photoinduced CP and electron storage capacity performance of WO_(3)/ZnWO_(4)/ZnO is significantly improved in 3.5%NaCl solution without adding any hole *** electron storage capacity of the WO_(3)/ZnWO_(4)/ZnO heterojunction makes it possible to continuously protect metallic materials in the dark after switching off the light,which can realize long-term and effective photoinduced CP.

Weather Overview is regarded as one of the crucial meteorological services supporting the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games(hereafter as Beijing 2022).As generation of Weather Overview involves multipledata,large-scale weather conditions,and vulnerability to weather changes,there still exist quite some challenges in obtaining Weather *** present,knowledge graph(KG)is believed to be an effective way to describe information and ***,this study focuses on development of a framework to automatically generate Weather Overview using *** first present a three-layer KG model to generate accurate content of Weather Overview:(1)knowledge acquisition of entities and relationships to construct the specific corpora;(2)knowledge representation of the relationships between weather conditions and the events based on ontology;and(3)knowledge application of corpora,variables,and weather conditions to query and reason knowledge with ***,an XML Schema is used to achieve the standardized Weather Overview,which is formed by sentence-paragraph-text *** model is validated for a typical case at the Yanqing National Alpine Skiing Centre in Beijing *** to the manual method,the accuracy and standardization of Weather Overview can be maintained above 90%,and it can be automatically generated within *** method proposed in this study provides a helpful meteorological service solution to other large-scale sports events.
