Frequency-Domain Full-Waveform Inversion Based on tunnel Space Seismic Data

tunnel seismic detection methods are effective for obtaining the geological structure around the tunnel face,which is critical for safe construction and disaster mitigation in tunnel ***,there is often a lack of accuracy in the acquired geological information and physical properties ahead of the tunnel face in the current tunnel seismic detection ***,we apply a frequency-domain acoustic full-waveform inversion(FWI)method to obtain high-resolution results for the tunnel *** discuss the influence of the frequency group selection strategy and the tunnel observation system settings regarding the inversion results and determine the structural imaging and physical property parameter inversion of abnormal geological bodies ahead of the tunnel *** on the conventional strategies of frequency-domain acoustic FWI,we propose a frequency group selection strategy that combines a low-frequency selection covering the vertical wavenumber and a high-frequency selection of *** strategy can effectively obtain the spatial structure and physical parameters of the geology ahead of the tunnel face and improve the inversion *** addition,by linearly increasing the side length of the tunnel observation system,we share the influence of the length of the two sides of the observation systems of different tunnels on the inversion *** found out that the inversion results are the best when the side length is approximately five times the width of the tunnel face,and the influence of increasing the side observation length beyond this range on the inversion results can be ***,based on this approach,we invert for the complex multi-stratum model,and an accurate structure and physical property parameters of the complex stratum ahead of the tunnel face are obtained,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.

We suggest that a family of Ni-based compounds, which contain [Ni_2M_2O]~2à(M = chalcogen) layers with an antiperovskite structure constructed by mixed-anion Ni complexes, Ni M_4O_2, can be potential high temperature superconductors(high-Tc) upon doping or applying pressure. The layer structures have been formed in many other transitional metal compounds such as La_2B_2Se_2O_3(B = Mn, Fe, Co). For the Ni-based compounds, we predict that the parental compounds host collinear antiferromagnetic states similar to those in iron-based high temperature superconductors. The electronic physics near Fermi energy is controlled by two egd-orbitals with completely independent in-plane kinematics. We predict that the superconductivity in this family is characterized by strong competition between extended s-wave and d-wave pairing symmetries.

The node-place model has been widely used to classify and evaluate transit stations,which sheds light on individuals’travel behaviors and supports urban planning through effectively integrating land use and transportation *** study adapts this model to investigate whether and how node,place,and mobility would be associated with the transmission risks and presences of the local COVID-19 cases in a ***,the unique metric drawn from detailed visit history of the infected,i.e.,the COVID-19 footprints,is proposed and *** study then empirically uses the adapted model to examine the station-level factors affecting the local COVID-19 *** model accounts for traditional measures of the node and place as well as actual human mobility patterns associated with the node and *** finds that stations with high node,place,and human mobility indices normally have more COVID-19 footprints in proximity.A multivariate regression is fitted to see whether and to what degree different indices and indicators can predict the COVID-19 *** results indicate that many of the place,node,and human mobility indicators significantly impact the concentration of COVID-19 *** are useful for policy-makers to predict and monitor hotspots for COVID-19 and other pandemics’transmission.

Characterization of dissolved organic matter in urban sewage using excitation emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy and parallel factor analysis

Wastewater dissolved organic matter （DOM） from different processing stages of a sewage treatment plant in Xiamen was characterized using fluorescence and absorption spectroscopy. Parallel factor analysis modeling of excitation-emission matrix spectra revealed five fluorescent components occurring in sewage DOM： one protein-like （C1）, three humic-like （C2, C4 and C5） and one xenobiotic-like （C3） components. During the aerated grit chamber and primary sedimentation tank stage, there was only a slight decrease in fluorescence intensity and the absorption coefficient at 350 nm （a 350 ）. During the second aeration stage, high concentration of protein-like and short-wavelength-excited humic-like components were significantly degraded accompanied by significant loss of DOC （80%） and a 350 （30%）, indicating that C1 and C2 were the dominant constituents of sewage DOM. As a result, long-wavelength- excited C4 and C5 became the dominant humic-like components and the DOM molecular size inferred from the variation of spectral slope S （300–650 nm） and specific absorption （a 280 /DOC） increased. Combination use of F max of C1 and the ratio of C1/C5, or a 350 may provide a quantitative indication for the relative amount of raw or treated sewage in aquatic environment.

The reproductive behaviors of birds are mainly controlled by the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad *** studies have shown that reproductive hormones are tightly linked to the breeding ***,only a few studies have examined the temporal trend of hormone levels among different reproductive stages in multiple brooded *** investigated the changes in plasma luteinizing hormone(LH)and prolactin(PRL)concentrations during different reproductive stages of the facultative double-brooded Great Tit(Parus major).We found that the concentrations of LH and PRL in females were significantly higher than those in *** had significantly higher LH and lower PRL concentrations in the pre-breeding period than in the first/second brooding periods,and there were no significant changes between the first and second brooding *** concentrations of LH and PRL in males had no significant difference between the pre-breeding period and the first brooding periods,while LH and PRL concentrations in the second brooding period were significantly higher than those in the first brooding *** conclude that there are sex-based differences between LH and PRL at different stages of *** changes in LH and PRL in both males and females should be related to their physiological *** for males,individuals with higher levels of LH and PRL are more likely to maintain second clutches.

The purpose of this study was to characterize Ta14 S homoeologs and assess their functions in wheat seed *** genomic and c DNA sequences of three Ta14 S homoeologous genes encoding 14-3-3 proteins were *** analysis revealed that the three homoeologs consisted of five exons and four introns and were very highly conserved in the coding regions and in exon/intron structure,whereas the c DNA sequences were variable in the 5′ and 3′-*** three genes,designated as Ta14S-2A,Ta14S-2B and Ta14S-2D,were located in homoeologous group 2 *** polypeptide chains of the three Ta14 S genes were highly *** genes were most homologous to Hv14 A from ***-time quantitative PCR indicated that the three Ta14 S genes were differentially expressed in different organs at different developmental stages and all exhibited greater expression in primary roots of 1-day-old germlings than in other *** of the expression patterns of the three homoeologous genes at different times after pollination also revealed that their expression was developmentally *** transcription of Ta14S-2B was clearly higher during seed germination,whereas expressions of Ta14S-2A and Ta14S-2D were up-regulated at the beginning of seed imbibition(0–12 h),but declined *** results suggested that the three Ta14 S homoeologous genes have regulatory roles in seed development and germination.

Cardiovascular disease is a significant cause of death in humans. Various models are necessary for the study ofcardiovascular diseases, but once cellular and animal models have some defects, such as insufficient fidelity. As anew technology, organoid has certain advantages and has been used in many applications in the study of cardiovasculardiseases. This article aims to summarize the application of organoid platforms in cardiovasculardiseases, including organoid construction schemes, modeling, and application of cardiovascular organoids. Advancesin cardiovascular organoid research have provided many models for different cardiovascular diseases in avariety of areas, including myocardium, blood vessels, and valves. Physiological and pathological models ofdifferent diseases, drug research models, and methods for evaluating and promoting the maturation of differentkinds of organ tissues are provided for various cardiovascular diseases, including cardiomyopathy, myocardialinfarction, and atherosclerosis. This article provides a comprehensive overview of the latest research progress incardiovascular organ tissues, including construction protocols for cardiovascular organoid tissues and theirevaluation system, different types of disease models, and applications of cardiovascular organoid models invarious studies. The problems and possible solutions in organoid development are summarized.

We investigate superconductivity that may exist in the doped BaCoSO, a multi-orbital Mott insulator with a strong antiferromagnetie ground state. The superconductivity is studied in both t-J type and Hubbard type multi-orbital models by mean field approach and random phase approximation （RPA） analysis. Even if there is no C4 rotational symmetry, it is found that the system still carries a d-wave like pairing symmetry state with gapless nodes and sign changed superconducting order parameters on Fermi surfaces. The results are largely doping insensitive. In this superconducting state, the three t2g orbitals have very different superconducting form factors in momentum space. In particular, the intra-orbital pairing of the dx2-y2 orbital has an s-wave like pairing form factor. The two methods also predict very different pairing strength on different parts of Fermi surfaces. These results suggest that BaCoSO and related materials can be a new ground to test and establish fundamental principles for unconventional high temperature superconductivity.
