Effects of maternal methyl donor intake during pregnancy on ileum methylation and function in an intrauterine growth restriction pig model

Background Intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR)affects intestinal growth,morphology,and function,which leads to poor growth performance and high *** present study explored whether maternal dietary methyl donor(MET)supplementation alleviates IUGR and enhances offspring’s growth performance by improving intestinal growth,function,and DNA methylation of the ileum in a porcine IUGR *** Forty multiparous sows were allocated to the control or MET diet groups from mating until *** farrowing,8 pairs of IUGR and normal birth weight piglets from 8 litters were selected for sampling before suckling *** The results showed that maternal MET supplementation tended to decrease the IUGR incidence and increased the average weaning weight of ***,maternal MET supplementation significantly reduced the plasma concentrations of isoleucine,cysteine,urea,and total amino acids in sows and newborn *** also increased lactase and sucrase activity in the jejunum of newborn *** addition resulted in lower ileal methionine synthase activity and increased betaine homocysteine S-methyltransferase activity in the ileum of newborn *** methylation analysis of the ileum showed that MET supplementation increased the methyla-tion level of DNA CpG sites in the ileum of newborn ***-regulated differentially methylated genes were enriched in folic acid binding,insulin receptor signaling pathway,and endothelial cell *** contrast,up-regulated methylated genes were enriched in growth hormone receptor signaling pathway and nitric oxide biosyn-thetic *** Maternal MET supplementation can reduce the incidence of IUGR and increase the weaning litter weight of piglets,which may be associated with better intestinal function and methylation status.

基于截断p-shrinkage范数的航空发动机数据重构

针对航空发动机传感器的数据缺失问题,提出基于张量奇异值阈值(TSVT)的张量重构模型LRTC-PTNN,对航空发动机的传感器数据进行重构。LRTC-PTNN模型运用截断pshrinkage范数的方式代替原始张量迹范数作为张量秩的凸包络,并根据TSVT的特性,计算了传感器之间的相关性,选取传感器截面作为重构精度最佳的数据输入方向,使用交替乘子法实现LRTCPTNN算法。选取NASA提供的PHM2008数据集进行实验,对数据集进行标准化,并在重构后进行恢复,将多个时间序列个数相近的发动机传感器数据构建为高维张量的形式,设置2种传感器的数据缺失场景进行实验,结果表明:重构后数据的均方根误差和平均绝对百分比误差范围分别为2.10~13.13和0.32~1.49,LRTC-PTNN模型优于现有的基线模型,且在极端情况下有较强的鲁棒性。

医疗服务韧性体现了地区面对风险冲击时的医疗应对能力,研究城市医疗服务韧性水平的时空分异与驱动力能够为健康中国建设提供理论参考。论文以中国287个地级以上城市为研究样本,融合韧性理念,构建了城市医疗服务韧性评价指标体系,分析了2011—2021年中国城市医疗服务韧性的时空分布特征与驱动力。研究发现:(1)中国城市医疗服务韧性水平保持逐年增长的态势,空间分布上总体表现为沿海高、内陆低的格局,区域差异有减弱的趋势,个别城市表现为一定程度的局部极化现象;(2)新冠疫情深刻影响了中国城市医疗服务韧性的格局,期间表现出了较强的抵抗韧性和调整适应能力;(3)根据动力要素组合差异划分出4种医疗服务韧性驱动模式,即医疗资源主导型、经费主导型、环境依赖型和科研依赖型;(4)医疗服务韧性受到诸多外部因素的影响,人口老龄化与医疗服务韧性呈负相关关系,市政环卫能力和互联网普及率对医疗服务韧性具有正向影响。论文分析了中国城市医疗服务韧性的驱动力模式,能够为不同类型地区医疗服务建设及韧性提升提供现实借鉴。

百年未有之大变局下,韧性是实现经济高质量发展和平稳运行的关键。与此同时,共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要目标,区域推进共同富裕对其经济韧性的影响尚待论证。基于2013—2020年长三角地区40个地级以上城市的面板数据,在定量测度共同富裕与经济韧性水平的基础上,分析其时空格局演变特征,并借助空间面板杜宾模型探究共同富裕对经济韧性的影响效应。结果表明:①时序层面,长三角地区共同富裕和经济韧性水平总体呈现上升趋势,且上升趋势逐渐趋同;②空间层面,长三角地区共同富裕和经济韧性水平空间分布格局较为稳定,整体上分别呈现出“东南高、西北低”和“以上海、杭州、南京、苏州四市为中心向外围扩散”的空间分异特征,同时在演进过程中表现出高值市域优势锁定的现象;③影响效应上,随着长三角地区共同富裕的有效推进,不仅对本地经济韧性具有显著正向促进作用,而且对邻近城市的经济韧性呈现显著的正向溢出效应。

Comparative effects of enzymatic soybean,fish meal and milk powder in diets on growth performance,immunological parameters,SCFAs production and gut microbiome of weaned piglets

Background:The objective of this study was to evaluate the replacement effects of milk powder(MK)and fish meal(FM)by enzymatic soybean(ESB)in diets on growth performance,immunological parameters,SCFAs production and gut microbiome of weaned ***:A total of 128 piglets with initial body weight at 6.95±0.46 kg,were randomly assigned into 4 dietary treatments with 8 replicates per treatment and 4 piglets per replicate for a period of 14 *** were offered isonitrogenous and iso-energetic diets as follows:CON diet with MK and FM as high quality protein sources,ESB plus FM diet with ESB replacing MK,ESB plus MK diet with ESB replacing FM,and ESB diet with ESB replacing both MK and ***:No significant differences were observed in growth performance among all treatments(P>0.05).However,piglets fed ESB plus FM or ESB diet had increased diarrhea index(P<0.01),and lower digestibility of dry matter(DM),gross energy(GE)or crude protein(CP),relative to piglets fed CON diet(P<0.01).Moreover,the inclusion of ESB in diet markedly decreased the plasma concentration of HPT and fecal concentration of butyric acid(BA)(P<0.01).The High-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA gene V3−V4 region of gut microbiome revealed that the inclusion of ESB in diet increased the alpha diversity,and the linear discriminant analysis effect size(LEfSe)showed that piglets fed with ESB plus FM or ESB diet contained more gut pathogenic bacteria,such as g_Peptococcus,g_Veillonella and g_***:The inclusion of ESB in diet did not markedly affect growth performance of piglets,but the replacement of MK or both MK and FM by ESB increased diarrhea index,which could be associated with lower nutrients digestibility and more gut pathogenic ***,piglets fed diet using ESB to replace FM did not markedly affect gut health-related parameters,indicating the potential for replacing FM with ESB in weaning diet.

针对传统边界Fisher分析及相关方法用于多元时间序列降维的局限性,提出一种基于二维类间边界Fisher分析的多元时间序列降维方法。针对边界Fisher分析进行模型改进,在本征图和惩罚图的基础上引入类间惩罚图,用来描述各个类中心之间的距离,并对目标函数进行改进,提出类间边界Fisher分析模型;对所提模型进行二维化拓展,提出基于二维类间边界Fisher分析的降维模型,使其能够直接处理二维矩阵数据,有效保留结构信息;通过计算协方差矩阵将多元时间序列集转化为等长特征集,利用降维模型将等长特征集投影到低维空间,达到数据降维和特征表示的目的。实验结果表明:所提方法能够有效对多元时间序列进行降维,达到良好的分类效果。

In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to study the ballistic performances of hourglass lattice sandwich structures with the same mass under the vertical incidence of *** is paid to elucidating the influences of rod cross-section dimensions,structure height,structure layer,and rod inclination angle on the deformation mode,ballistic performances,and ability to change the ballistic direction of *** results show that the ballistic performances of hourglass lattice sandwich structures are mainly affected by their structural *** this respect,structural parameters optimization of the hourglass lattice sandwich structures enable one to effectively improve their ballistic limit velocity and,consequently,ballistic performances.

Resilience-incorporated seismic risk assessment of precast concrete frames with“dry”connections

A resilience-incorporated risk assessment framework is proposed and demonstrated in this study to manifest the advantageous seismic resilience of precast concrete frame(PCF)structures with“dry”connections in terms of their low damage and rapid *** framework integrates various uncertainties in the seismic hazard,fragility,capacity,demand,loss functions,and post-earthquake *** this study,the PCF structures are distinguished from ordinary reinforced concrete frame(RCF)structures by characterizing multiple limit states for the PCF based on its unique damage ***,probabilistic story-wise pushover analyses are performed to yield story-wise capacities for the predefined limit *** the seismic resilience analysis,a step-wise recovery model is proposed to idealize the functionality recovery process,with separate considerations of the repair and non-repair *** recovery model leverages the economic loss and downtime to delineate the stochastic post-earthquake recovery curves for the resilience loss *** such,contingencies in the probabilistic post-earthquake repairs are incorporated and the empirical judgments on the recovery parameters are largely *** proposed framework is demonstrated through a comparative study between two“dry”connected PCFs and one RCF designed as alternative structural systems for a prototype *** results from the risk quantification indicate that the PCFs show reduced loss hazards and lower expected losses relative to the ***,the PCF equipped with energy dissipation devices at the“dry”connections largely reduces the expected economic loss,downtime,and resilience loss by 29%,56%,and 60%,respectively,compared to the RCF.
