水泥加固粉煤灰围岩三轴蠕变试验研究

隧道围岩的蠕变变形关系着其长期安全运营.为保证隧道围岩开挖后的蠕变稳定性,开挖前需使用水泥搅拌桩对粉煤灰软弱地层进行超前加固处理.但目前有关粉煤灰水泥土蠕变特性的研究较为缺乏.采用FLAC3D模拟隧道开挖得到围岩应力状态,基于此对加固后的粉煤灰水泥土围岩,进行室内三轴蠕变试验以研究围岩的蠕变特性.试验结果表明:偏应力载荷作用下,水泥加固后试样与重塑试样蠕变过程具有明显的差异性,加固后试样稳定蠕变阶段速率小于重塑试样,且加固后试样蠕变应变较小,最大可降低96.6%;此外,当偏应力超过试样的长期强度时,重塑试样提前进入蠕变加速阶段,而隧道围岩在经过水泥加固后,隧道各位置围岩的蠕变量同比减小70.2%以上.隧道围岩所受荷载与其长期强度之间的大小关系,决定了围岩的蠕变状态.

This paper investigates a global asymptotic regulation control problem for a class of nonlinear systems with dynamic *** requirement of a priori knowledge of control directions is removed and the inverse dynamics satisfy the weaker integral input-to-state stable *** application of the changing supply rates and the Nussbaum-type gain techniques,a partial state-feedback regulator is *** main results demonstrate that the designed controller ensures the system state converges to the origin whereas the other signals of the closed-loop system are bounded. Simulation results are illustrated to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Carbon dots(CDs)with precise targeting function show great potential in the field of drug delivery *** this study,the functionalized nucleus-targeting orange-emissive CDs with nuclear localization sequence(NLS)were loaded with adriamycin(DOX)to obtain a nucleus-targeting orange-emissive CDs drug delivery system(CDs-NLS-DOX),which delivered DOX to tumor cell nuclei to enhance its anti-tumor *** drug carrier orange-emissive CDs showed excitation-independent behavior,stable and enhanced imaging capability and good biocompatibility in vitro and in ***,the CDs-NLS could target the nuclei efficiently,and the CDs-NLS-DOX complexes had a high drug loading rate(59.4%)after loading DOX,exhibiting p H-dependent DOX release behavior through breaking acylhydrazone bond in a weak acidic *** addition,the CDs-NLS-DOX complexes exhibited an enhanced killing activity against human hepatoma cells(HepG2).The in vivo therapeutic effects on HepG2 nude mice transplanted tumors indicated the CDs-NLS-DOX had a stronger ability to inhibit tumor growth compared to free *** short,CDs-NLS-DOX is expected to be a precise and efficient nucleus-targeting nano-drug delivery system for tumor treatment.

The coexistence of inorganic and organic contaminants is a challenge for real-life water treatment ***,in this research,we used NH_2-MIL-125(Ti)to evaluate the single adsorption of hexavalent chromium(Cr(Ⅵ))or Rhodamine B(RhB)in an aqueous solution and further investigate simultaneous adsorption experiments to compare the adsorption behavior *** main influencing factors,for example,reaction time,initial concentration,reaction temperature,and pH were studied in *** all reaction systems,the pseudo-second-order kinetic and Langmuir isotherm models were well illuminated the adsorption progress of Cr(Ⅵ)and *** studies showed that the adsorption process was spontaneous and *** compared to the single system,the adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ)in the binary system gradually decreased as the additive amount of RhB increased,whereas the adsorption capacity of RhB in the binary system was expanded *** the binary reaction system contained 100 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ),the removal rate of RhB increased to 97.58%.The formation of Cr(Ⅵ)-RhB and Cr(Ⅲ)-RhB complexes was the cause that provided facilitation for the adsorption of *** findings prove that the interactions during the water treatment process between contaminants may obtain additional benefits,contributing to a better adsorption capacity of co-existing contaminant.

The robust integral control problem is studied for a class of nonlinear systems with input-to-state stable （ISS） unmodeled dynamics in this paper. It does not require a priori knowledge of the control coefficients. Combining the Nussbaum-type gain technique and the backstepping design, we propose a state feedback controller, which could achieve the global asymptotic tracking for any constant reference signal, irrespective of the unmeasured dynamic disturbance. It is shown that the proposed methodology further extends the existing robust nonlinear integral control results. Simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.

市场主体新陈代谢是市场经济中的客观规律,金融机构也不例外,但金融机构的涉众性、系统重要性、风险传导性等特征使得问题金融机构的处置较普通企业更为复杂。为了公平保护债权人的合法权益,充分发挥法院对行政机关的监督职能,形成稳定的金融机构市场退出预期,有必要在行政处置程序之外,保留由法院主持与推动的司法主导型金融机构破产程序。金融机构破产立法有统一立法与分散立法两种模式。考虑到金融机构破产程序与普通企业破产程序、以及各类型金融机构破产程序间共性突出,为减少规则制定的脱节与矛盾,建议采用统一立法模式,在《企业破产法》修订时,增设“金融机构破产”一章。金融机构破产机制设计应当保障法院享有最终决定权,公平保护债权人,并建立起与其他问题金融机构处置方式的协调衔接机制。

中部地区六座省会城市夜间经济发展迅速,但也受到区域协调困难、同质化现象加剧、夜间市场供给不足、数字化转型路径不清等问题的困扰。对比2020年和2021年中部地区六座省会城市夜间经济发展数据,可以发现城市的硬实力、软实力、政府的支持力度等因素直接影响着当地夜间经济的发展。考虑到夜间经济自身发展规律和中部地区六座省会城市自身发展特点,应该在决策层面上提高站位,明确路径;在理念层面上强化公平竞争,提倡绿色健康;在文化生活层面上挖掘特色,因地制宜;在技术层面上要数字赋能,重构场景;在市场层面上要多维构建,下沉市场;在治理层面上要创新机制,提高效能,以促进中部地区省会城市夜间经济的发展。

Understanding the response of the Earth system to varying concentrations of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))is critical for projecting possible future climate change and for providing insight into mitigation and adaptation strategies in the near *** this study,we generate a dataset by conducting an experiment involving carbon dioxide removal(CDR)—a potential way to suppress global warming—using the Chinese Academy of Sciences Earth System Model version 2.0(CASESM2.0).A preliminary evaluation is *** model is integrated from 200–340 years as a 1%yr^(−1) CO_(2) concentration increase experiment,and then to~478 years as a carbon dioxide removal experiment until CO_(2) returns to its original ***,another 80 years is integrated in which CO_(2) is kept *** in the 2-m temperature,precipitation,sea surface temperature,ocean temperature,Atlantic meridional overturning circulation(AMOC),and sea surface height are all *** the ramp-up period,the global mean 2-m temperature and precipitation both increase while the AMOC *** of all the above variables change in the opposite direction in the ramp-down period,with a delayed peak relative to the CO_(2) *** CO_(2) returns to its original value,the global mean 2-m temperature is still~1 K higher than in the original state,and precipitation is~0.07 mm d^(–1) *** the end of the simulation,there is a~0.5°C increase in ocean temperature and a 1 Sv weakening of the *** model simulation produces similar results to those of comparable experiments previously reported in the literature.
