Objective This study investigated the epidemic characteristics and spatio-temporal dynamics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)in qingdao City,*** Information was collected on HFRS cases in qingdao City from 2.10 to *** epidemiologic,seasonal decomposition,spatial autocorrelation,and spatio-temporal cluster analyses were *** A total of 2.2.0 patients with HFRS were reported over the study period,with an average annual incidence of 1.89/100,000 and a case fatality rate of 2.52..The male:female ratio was 2.8:1.75.3.of patients were aged between 16 and 60 years old,75.3.of patients were farmers,and 11.6%had both“three red”and“three pain”*** HFRS epidemic showed two-peak seasonality:the primary fall-winter peak and the minor spring *** HFRS epidemic presented highly spatially heterogeneous,street/township-level hot spots that were mostly distributed in Huangdao,Pingdu,and *** spatio-temporal cluster analysis revealed three cluster areas in qingdao City that were located in the south of Huangdao District during the fall-winter *** The distribution of HFRS in qingdao exhibited periodic,seasonal,and regional characteristics,with high spatial clustering *** typical symptoms of“three red”and“three pain”in patients with HFRS were not obvious.

The continually-discovered large volumes of marine hydrocarbons indicate a huge exploration potential within the carbonate rocks of Ordovician in the Tarim Basin,northwestern *** Middle-Upper Ordovician(O2.3.carbonate source rocks are at a highly mature *** rocks presently contain a low amount of total organic carbon(TOC_(pd)≤0.5%)(TOC_(pd) means the present-day TOC).A mass balance approach is used to identify the source rocks that have expelled *** characteristics and origin of hydrocarbon expulsion from low-TOC_(pd) source rocks are studied,which are significant for oil exploration in the *** results showed that a low-TOC_(pd) O2.3.source rock having expelled hydrocarbons was type I and had a very narrow oil *** a high rock maturity and a high original TOC(TOCo)value exceeding 1%,nearly 80%of the generated hydrocarbons were *** content of gammacerane and C2. steranes in the oil and source rock extracts were relatively lean,with a V-shaped distribution of regular steranes,suggesting a possible genetic relation between the low-TOC_(pd) source rocks and the marine oil in the Tabei *** planktonic algae or acritarchs were the main hydrocarbon parent materials,distributed in the subsiding platform-slope *** matter was preserved under reducing conditions,and source rocks were formed with a favorable kerogen type and a moderate hydrocarbon generation *** study illustrates the hydrocarbon expulsion of low TOC_(pd) source rocks in northern Tarim Basin,which is greatly significant for analyzing the genesis of marine crude oil in Tarim Basin,and evaluating the distribution of marine source *** research method is theoretically significant for oil and gas exploration in the same type of highlymature carbonate paleobasins.

The overall health condition of patients significantly affects the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of endodontic diseases. Asystemic consideration of the patient’s overall health along with oral conditions holds the utmost importance in determining thenecessity and feasibility of endodontic therapy, as well as selecting appropriate therapeutic approaches. This expert consensus is acollaborative effort by specialists from endodontics and clinical physicians across the nation based on the current clinical evidence,aiming to provide general guidance on clinical procedures, improve patient safety and enhance clinical outcomes of endodontictherapy in patients with compromised overall health.

文章基于中国半导体企业—分支的投资关系,运用区位商、最小跨度树与模块度等复杂网络的图分割技术,构建涵盖2.6个地级及以上城市的中国半导体产业网络,并在分析其空间集聚特征和联系强度的基础上划分出一个可供参考的中国半导体集聚区分区方案。研究发现:(1)中国半导体产业呈现集聚为主的空间分布模式,集聚水平呈现出东高西低、南高北低非均衡发展态势。(2.全局对外投资网络的地理分布呈现为钻石结构与菱形模式。全局本地投资集聚区表现为显著的东西差异,东部本地集聚区为双核或多核牵引型,西部本地集聚区表现为单核牵引型。(3.在全国6大区域集聚区中,长三角的区域一体化水平最高,珠三角域内联系强度密集但珠江东岸的极化现象显著,京津冀表现为梯度双核驱动模式,山东半岛依托济南与青岛都市圈形成横向联系,关中与成渝地区表现为双核增长极集聚区模式。(4)中国半导体产业的空间集聚区可划分为南方、东部、北方和西部4个一级分区和2.个二级分区。

Benign familial neonatal convulsions (BFNC) is a rare autosomal dominant inherited epilepsy syndrome. Two voltage-gated potassium channel genes, KCNQ2.and KCNQ3. have been identified as the genes responsible for BFNC. Here we report two Chinese families with clinical histories of typical BFNC. Using six microsatellite markers, two located at KCNQ2.locus and four at KCNQ3.locus, linkage analysis was performed in the two families, which excluded the linkage of BFNC to KCNQ3. but could not exclude the linkage to KCNQ2. Direct DNA sequencing of the KCNQ2.gene in the two families was performed, and two formerly unknown polymorphisms were identified, but no KCNQ2.mutation was found in the two families. Our study suggests the genetic heterogeneity in Chinese families with BFNC and proves the existence of a new gene locus for BFNC.

Objective: IMpower2.0(NCT02.13.85) explored the efficacy and safety of single-agent atezolizumab *** as second-line treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) in East Asian ***: Key eligibility criteria for this phase Ⅲ, open-label, randomized study included age ≥18 years;histologically documented advanced NSCLC per the Union for International Cancer Control/American Joint Committee on Cancer staging system(7th edition);Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1;and disease progression following platinum-based chemotherapy for advanced or metastatic NSCLC. Patients were randomized 2.1 to receive either atezolizumab(1,2.0 mg) or docetaxel(75 mg/m^(2.). The primary study endpoint was overall survival(OS) in the intention-to-treat(ITT) population with wild-type epidermal growth factor receptor expression(ITT EGFR-WT) and in the overall ITT ***: Median OS in the ITT EGFR-WT population(n=467) was 12.3.[95% confidence interval(95% CI),10.3.13.8] months in the atezolizumab arm(n=3.2. and 9.9(95% CI, 7.8-13.9) months in the docetaxel arm[n=155;stratified hazard ratio(HR), 0.82.95% CI, 0.66-1.03.. Median OS in the overall ITT population was 12.5(95% CI, 10.8-13.8) months with atezolizumab treatment and 11.1(95% CI, 8.4-14.2. months(n=3.7) with docetaxel treatment(n=188;stratified HR, 0.87;95% CI, 0.71-1.08). Grade 3.4 treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs) occurred in 18.4% of patients in the atezolizumab arm and 50.0% of patients in the docetaxel ***: IMpower2.0 did not meet its primary efficacy endpoint of OS in the ITT EGFR-WT or overall ITT populations. Atezolizumab was comparatively more tolerable than docetaxel, with a lower incidence of grade3.4 TRAEs.

6-(2.Methyl-4-phenyl)-N-imidazole-2. 4-hexadiyn-1-ol was synthesized in a good yield by asymmetric coupling, and the corresponding intermediates were also prepared. The diacetylene monomer could be dissolved in common organic solvents. In addition, all kinds of conditions were also discussed effectively improving the formation of the diacetylene monomer.

中国老年人慢性病共病模式探讨——基于CHARLS数据库解析

目的了解我国老年人群慢性病流行现状及共病规律，为制定慢性病管理措施提供参考。方法基于2.2.年CHARLS数据库，分析年龄≥60岁老年人10 63.名的基本信息和健康数据，探索15种常见慢性病流行趋势，并引入实际预期比(O/E)、凝聚层次聚类分析挖掘共病模式。结果中国老年人慢性病患病率为86.3.%,以高血压病(48.49%)、关节炎(43.12.)、胃部疾病(不包括肿瘤或癌)(3.0}06%)为主；共病患病率66.3.%,二病共存组合前三位的是“高血压病+关节炎”(2..2.%,O/E=1.07)、“高血压病+血脂异常”(2..2.%,O/E=1.44)、“胃部疾病+关节炎”(18.65%,O/E=1.3.);三病共存组合前三位的是“高血压病+关节炎+血脂异常”(10.3.%,O/E=1.70)、“高血压病+血脂异常+心脏病”(9.70%,O/E=2.65)、“关节炎+胃部疾病+高血压病”(9.49%,O/E=1.42.;凝聚层次聚类分析整体按照恶性肿瘤、情感及精神疾病、“中风+记忆有关疾病+帕金森症”、“血脂异常+糖尿病+高血压病+心脏病”、“慢性肺部疾患+哮喘+胃部疾病+关节炎+肝脏疾病+肾脏疾病”分别聚类成簇，形成共病模式。结论中国老年人慢性病患病率整体逐年升高，且存在聚集趋势。
