A novel fracture-cavity reservoir outcrop geological knowledge base construction method considering parameter collection and processing, mutual transformation of data-knowledge, application and update

This study endeavors to formulate a comprehensive methodology for establishing a Geological Knowledge Base(GKB) tailored to fracture-cavity reservoir outcrops within the North Tarim Basin. The acquisition of quantitative geological parameters was accomplished through diverse means such as outcrop observations, thin section studies, unmanned aerial vehicle scanning, and high-resolution cameras. Subsequently, a three-dimensional digital outcrop model was generated, and the parameters were standardized. An assessment of traditional geological knowledge was conducted to delineate the knowledge framework, content, and system of the GKB. The basic parameter knowledge was extracted using multiscale fine characterization techniques, including core statistics, field observations, and microscopic thin section analysis. Key mechanism knowledge was identified by integrating trace elements from filling, isotope geochemical tests, and water-rock simulation experiments. Significant representational knowledge was then extracted by employing various methods such as multiple linear regression, neural network technology, and discriminant classification. Subsequently, an analogy study was performed on the karst fracture-cavity system(KFCS) in both outcrop and underground reservoir settings. The results underscored several key findings:(1) Utilization of a diverse range of techniques,including outcrop observations, core statistics, unmanned aerial vehicle scanning, high-resolution cameras, thin section analysis, and electron scanning imaging, enabled the acquisition and standardization of data. This facilitated effective management and integration of geological parameter data from multiple sources and scales.(2) The GKB for fracture-cavity reservoir outcrops, encompassing basic parameter knowledge, key mechanism knowledge, and significant representational knowledge, provides robust data support and systematic geological insights for the intricate and in-depth examination of the genetic

Mechanism of Wendan decoction in preventing obesity by regulating multiple signal pathway networks based on gene promoter methylation

Exceptional catalytic effect of novel rGO-supported Ni-Nb nanocomposite on the hydrogen storage properties of MgH_(2)

The design of an excellent active catalyst to improve the sluggish kinetic and thermodynamic properties of magnesium hydride(MgH_(2))remains a great challenge to achieve its practical *** this study,a novel Ni-Nb/rGO nanocomposite catalyst was successfully prepared by one-spot hydrothermal and sub-sequent calcination *** novel Ni-Nb/rGO nanocomposite exhibits an exceptional catalytic effect on improving MgH_(2) sorption ***,the onset desorption temperature of MgH_(2)+10 wt%Ni-Nb/rGO composite is reduced to 198℃,much lower than that of undoped MgH_(2)(330℃).In-terestingly,the composite can release 5.0,5.9,and 6.0 wt%H_(2) within 10 min at 245,260,and 275℃,***,the dehydrogenated MgH_(2)+10 wt%Ni-Nb/rGO composite starts to absorb hydrogen even at room temperature with approximate 2.75 wt%H_(2) uptake at 75℃under 3 MPa H_(2) pressure within 30 min and exhibits excellent stability by maintaining 6.0 wt%hydrogen content after 20 cycles at 300℃.Chou’s model suggests that the de/hydrogenation kinetics of Ni-Nb/rGO-modified MgH_(2) switches from surface penetration model to diffusion model at lower ***,the ac-tivation energies(E a)for the de/hydrogenation of MgH_(2)+10 wt%Ni-Nb/rGO are reduced to 57.8 kJ/mol and 33.9 kJ/mol,which are significantly lower than those of undoped MgH_(2).The work demonstrates that the addition of a novel ternary Ni-Nb/rGO catalyst is an effective strategy to not only boost the sorption kinetics of MgH_(2) but also maintain its cycling property.

In this work,the microstructure and mechanical properties of large cross-sectioned Mg-9Gd-3Y-1.2Zn-0.5Zr(VWZ931)samples produced by the small extrusion ratio has been *** as-extruded VWZ931 sample with diameter of~30 mm can exhibit the high yield strength(YS)of 339 MPa,ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of 387 MPa and elongation of 8.2%,*** peak-aged,the YS and UTS of the Mg samples were significantly increased to 435 MPa and 467 *** small extrusion ratio leads to the low fraction of dynamic recrystallized(DRX)grains in VWZ931 sample,and the texture hardening effect can be fully utilized to achieve high *** combined effect of precipitation strengthening due to the long-period stacking ordered phases and theβ′phase,grain boundary strengthening due to the fine DRX grains,heterogeneous deformation-induced strengthening caused by bimodal microstructure,can together contribute to the high strength of present Mg *** findings can shed light on designing other large-sized Mg wrought alloys with high mechanical performance.

Perfluorinated iodine alkanes promote the differentiation of mouse embryonic stem cells by regulating estrogen receptor signaling

Investigating the development toxicity of perfuorinated iodine alkanes(PFIs)is critical,given their estrogenic effects through binding with estrogen receptors(ERs).In the present study,two PFIs,including dodecafuoro-1,6-diiodohexane(PFHx DI)and tridecafuorohexyl iodide(PFHx I),with binding preference to ERαand ERβ,respectively,were selected to evaluate their effects on proliferation and differentiation of the mouse embryonic stem cells(m ESCs).The results revealed that,similar to E_(2),50μmol/L PFHx DI accelerated the cell proliferation of the m *** PFI stimulation at the exposure concentrations of 2–50μmol/L promoted the differentiation of the m ESCs as characterized by the upregulation of differentiation-related biomarkers(i.e.,Otx2 and Dnmt3β)and downregulation of pluripotency genes(i.e.,Oct4,Nanog,Sox2,Prdm14 and Rex1).Comparatively,PFHx DI exhibited higher induction effect on the differentiation of the m ESCs than did PFHx *** tests on ER signaling indicated that both PFI compounds induced exposure concentration-dependent expressions of ER signaling-related biomarkers(i.e.,ERα,ERβand Caveolin-1)in the m ESCs,and the downstream ER responsive genes(i.e.,c-fos,c-myc and c-jun)well responded to PFHx I *** role of ER in PFI-induced effects on the m ESCs was further validated by the antagonistic experiments using an ER inhibitor(ICI).The findings demonstrated that PFIs triggered ER signaling,and perturbed the differentiation program of the m ESCs,causing the potential health risk during early stage of development.

Excitonic devices based on two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides van der Waals heterostructures

Excitonic devices are an emerging class of technology that utilizes excitons as carriers for encoding, transmitting, and storing information. Van der Waals heterostructures based on transition metal dichalcogenides often exhibit a type II band alignment, which facilitates the generation of interlayer excitons. As a bonded pair of electrons and holes in the separation layer, interlayer excitons offer the chance to investigate exciton transport due to their intrinsic out-of-plane dipole moment and extended exciton lifetime. Furthermore, interlayer excitons can potentially analyze other encoding strategies for information processing beyond the conventional utilization of spin and charge. The review provided valuable insights and recommendations for researchers studying interlayer excitonic devices within van der Waals heterostructures based on transition metal dichalcogenides. Firstly, we provide an overview of the essential attributes of transition metal dichalcogenide materials, focusing on their fundamental properties, excitonic effects, and the distinctive features exhibited by interlayer excitons in van der Waals heterostructures. Subsequently, this discourse emphasizes the recent advancements in interlayer excitonic devices founded on van der Waals heterostructures, with specific attention is given to the utilization of valley electronics for information processing, employing the valley index. In conclusion, this paper examines the potential and current challenges associated with excitonic devices.

ALKBH5 is a master regulator of N6-methyladenosine(m6A)modification,which plays a crucial role in many biological ***,we show that ALKBH5 is required for breast tumor ***,PRMT6 directly methylates ALKBH5 at R283,which subsequently promotes breast tumor ***,arginine methylation of ALKBH5 by PRMT6 increases LDHA RNA stability via m6A demethylation,leading to increased aerobic ***,PRMT6-mediated ALKBH5 arginine methylation is confirmed in PRMT6-knockout ***,these findings identify a PRMT6-ALKBH5-LDHA signaling axis as a novel target for the treatment of breast cancer.
