The reaction of 4,4?-diaminodiphenylmethane (dadm), malonic acid (H2mal) and Cu(NO3)2 in aqueous solution results in a discrete binuclear Cu(II) macrocycle: [Cu(dadm)(mal)- (H2O)]22H2O. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 15.231(3), b = 11.847(2), c = 9.801(2) ? b = 106.75(3)o, V = 1693.5(6) 3, Z = 2, C32H40Cu2N4O12, Mr = 799.76, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, ?(MoKa) = 0.71073 ? = 1.325 mm-1, F(000) = 828, the final R = 0.0531 and wR = 0.1244 for 3421 observed reflections with I > 2s(I). Each Cu(II) is coordinated by two oxygen atoms from a mal ligand, two nitrogen atoms from two dadm ligands and a water oxygen atom to form a triangle bipyramidal motif. The title compound possesses a distorted macrocycle enclosed by dadm with approximate dimensions of 8.3 ??5.9 ?

Rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)exhibits high-sulfur requirements to achieve optimal growth,development,and pathogen *** the importance of sulfur,the mechanisms regulating its metabolism and disease resistance are not fully *** this study,we found that the zinc finger transcription factors BnaSTOP2s play a pivotal role in sulfur metabolism and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum *** findings indicate that BnaSTOP2s are involved in sulfur metabolism,as evidenced by extensive protein interaction ***2s knockout reduced the content of essential sulfurcontaining metabolites,including glucosinolate and glutathione,which is consistent with the significantly lowered transcriptional levels of BnaMYB28s and BnaGTR2s,key factors involved in glucosinolate synthesis and transportation,*** RNA-seq analysis revealed the substantial effect of BnaSTOP2s on sulfur metabolism from roots to siliques,which serve as pivotal sources and sinks for sulfur metabolism,***,we found that leaf lesion size significantly decreased and increased in the BnaSTOP2-OE and Bnastop2 mutants,respectively,compared with the wild-type during *** infection,suggesting a vital role of BnaSTOP2s in plant defense *** conclusion,BnaSTOP2s act as global regulators of sulfur metabolism and confer resistance to *** infection in ***,they have potential implications for improving crop resilience.

Researchers have recently achieved significant advances in deep learning techniques, which in turn has substantially advanced other research disciplines, such as natural language processing, image processing, speech recognition, and software engineering. Various deep learning techniques have been successfully employed to facilitate software engineering tasks, including code generation, software refactoring, and fault localization. Many studies have also been presented in top conferences and journals, demonstrating the applications of deep learning techniques in resolving various software engineering tasks. However,although several surveys have provided overall pictures of the application of deep learning techniques in software engineering,they focus more on learning techniques, that is, what kind of deep learning techniques are employed and how deep models are trained or fine-tuned for software engineering tasks. We still lack surveys explaining the advances of subareas in software engineering driven by deep learning techniques, as well as challenges and opportunities in each subarea. To this end, in this study, we present the first task-oriented survey on deep learning-based software engineering. It covers twelve major software engineering subareas significantly impacted by deep learning techniques. Such subareas spread out through the whole lifecycle of software development and maintenance, including requirements engineering, software development, testing, maintenance, and developer collaboration. As we believe that deep learning may provide an opportunity to revolutionize the whole discipline of software engineering, providing one survey covering as many subareas as possible in software engineering can help future research push forward the frontier of deep learning-based software engineering more systematically. Quantum walks(QW) are the quantum counterpart of classical random walks, and portray a natural stochastic process when the walker randomly wanders around. In a discretetime QW system on a circle, when the walker particle generally steps towards two directions, i.e., clockwise and anticlockwise, this kind of QW is called two-direction quantum walks on a circle(TDQWC); and the walker particle always steps towards one direction or stays stationary, this kind of QW is called as one-direction quantum walks on a circle(ODQWC). ODQWC exhibits some different properties,and may induce potential applications in the field of quantum secure multi-party computation.

在EMS型磁浮列车模块结构中,由于位移传感器与电磁力等效作用点偏移一定距离,传感器检测的位移信号并不是所要控制的电磁铁位移值,传感器信号之间具有耦合关系。本文对这种耦合关系进行了定性和定量分析,以青城山示范线磁浮车为例,计算和分析了不同情况下的耦合强度,提出了降低耦合的方法,为控制系统的设计提供了依据。

AIM:To compare the efficacy of different administration regimens of compound tropicamide eyedrops(CTE)for pupil dilation for children with dark ***:A prospective,comparative,randomized interventional study was *** in Group 1 received CTE 3 times with a 3min interval between each *** in Group 2 received CTE 4 times with a 5min interval between each *** measured their pupil diameters at baseline(pre-drug instillation)and 30min and 60min post-drug instillation and assessed the pupillary light reflex at 60min post-drug ***:In total,194 eyes of 101 children were *** changes of pupil diameter at 30min and 60min post-drug instillation were 1.2±0.6 mm and 2.3±1.0 mm in Group 1,and 2.3±0.9 mm and 3.7±1.0 mm in Group 2,*** 2 showed a larger change in pupil size than Group 1 at 30min(P<0.01)and 60min(P<0.01).The effect of pupil dilation in Group 2 was 1.25 times that in Group *** change in pupil size was positively associated with age.A higher proportion of children in Group 1 had smaller pupil diameter and reactive pupils at the final time point,with only 33 children(33.7%)had final pupil size≥6.5 mm,and only 9 children(9.2%)had non-reactive *** in Group 2 achieved larger pupil diameter and more nonreactive pupils at the final time point,with 84 children(87.5%)had final pupil size≥6.5 mm,and only 22 children(22.9%)had reactive ***:Increasing the frequency of compound tropicamide and lengthening the interval between eye drop applications can produce stronger mydriatic effects.

Circularly polarized luminescence（CPL） has attracted growing attention for their promising applications in chiral functional *** CPL materials with both high luminescence dissymmetry factors(glum) and emission efficiency is attractive but remains great *** this study,a pair of chiral Cu（Ⅰ） complexes named R/S-CuI with C2symmetry were synthesized,exhibiting no emission in solution and weak CPL with glum= ± 3.3×10-3in crystalline *** chiral films（R/S-CuI-film） were developed through the co-assembly of R/S-CuI and achiral polymer *** films show bright green luminescence with the quantum yields about 200 times higher than those in crystalline ***,the maximum |glum| value is also amplified by approximately 2.5 times,reaching to 8.7×*** investigation suggests that the notable enhancement of luminescence efficiency can be ascribed to the restriction of the intramolecular motions and the elimination of the oxygen quenching effect,while the improvement in glumvalues may be explained by the chirality transfer from the axially chiral molecule R/S-CuI to the achiral polymer ***,R/S-CuI-film were used for advanced information encryption applications based on its CPL *** work may provide new inspirations for the construction of CPL-active films with high performance,thereby expediting their further development.

BACKGROUND Phytosterolemia,also known as sitosterolemia,is a rare autosomal recessive disease characterized by elevated plasma plant sterol levels and xanthomata,which is easily misdiagnosed as familial *** with homozygous phytosterolemia often have severe clinical manifestations,with xanthomata in childhood and premature *** patient had a milder clinical *** SUMMARY This report describes a patient with homozygous phytosterolemia who presented with only elevated cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)without xanthomata,arteriosclerosis,or hematological *** mutation of ABCG5 which encodes an ATP-binding cassette transporter,was detected by whole exome sequencing and diagnosed as *** of the patient’s plasma plant sterol levels detected significant elevations in stigmasterol,rapeseed oil-derived plant sterol,andβ-glutaminol *** was started and a low plant sterol diet was *** patient’s blood lipid profile was reexamined one month later and showed significant decreases in total cholesterol and LDL-C *** has similar clinical features as familial hypercholesterolemia,is highly susceptible to misdiagnosis,and has a very low incidence,and therefore clinicians need to consider a genetic diagnosis of a definitively hyperlipidemic disorder when statin drugs fail to lower lipid *** Phytosterolemia is easily misdiagnosed as familial hypercholesterolaemia and can be treated by dietary modification and cholesterol absorption inhibitors to lower blood lipids.
