To overcome the disadvantages of the location algorithm based on received signal strength indication(RSSI) in the existing wireless sensor networks(WSNs),a novel adaptive cooperative location algorithm is *** tolerate some minor errors in the information of node position,a reference anchor node is *** the other hand,Dixon method is used to remove the outliers of RSSI,the standard deviation threshold of RSSI and the learning model are put forward to reduce the ranging error of RSSI and improve the positioning precision *** are run to evaluate the performance of the *** results show that the proposed algorithm offers more precise location and better stability and robustness.

Objective To determine 3-amino-5-morpholinomethyl-2-oxazolidinone （AMOZ） residues released from protein bound AMOZ in animal tissues. Methods Polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies were produced in this study. A rapid, sensitive, and specific competitive direct enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （cdELISA） was developed. Results Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were used in the optimized cdELISA method, and exhibited negligible cross-reactivity with other compounds structurally related to AMOZ. The IC50 of the polycional antibody was 0.16 ng/mL The method limit of detection in four different types of animal and fish tissues was less than 0.06 μg/kg. Recoveries ranged from 80% to 220% for fortified samples with the coefficient of variation values less than 15%. The results of the cdELISA method were in good agreement with the results from an established liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry confirmatory method used for AMOZ residues. Conclusion The cdELISA method developed in the present study is a convenient practical tool for screening large numbers of animal and fish tissue samples for the the detection of released protein bound AMOZ residues.

Immunoassays greatly contribute to veterinary drug residue analysis. However, there are few reports on detecting neomycin residues by immunoassay. Here, a rapid and sensitive chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay （CLIEA） was successfully developed for neomycin residue analysis. CLIEA demonstrated good cross-reactivity for neomycin, and the IC50 value was 2.4 ng/mL in buffer.

The immune regulatory and antioxidant roles of Ganoderma lucidum were investigated using cyclophosphamide(CTX)-induced immunosuppressed mice. Mice were randomly divided into groups: untreated(groupⅠ), immunosuppressed(groupⅡ), unfermented G. lucidum polysaccharide(groupⅢ) and fermented G. lucidum polysaccharide(group Ⅳ). After seven consecutive days of treatments, the serum concentration of IL-4, IFN-gamma, IgG, IgA and IgM and the liver activity of GSH-Px, SOD, CAT and MDA enzymes were analyzed. The contents of IL-4, IFN-γ in serum and GSH-Px, SOD and CAT in liver tissues were significantly reduced in groupⅡ compared with those in group I, indicating successful CTX-induced immunosuppression. Interestingly, the results showed that the above immune and antioxidant indicators were significantly improved after G. lucidum polysaccharide treatment, regardless of fermentation. However, fermentation caused changes in polysaccharide structure, which might have a significant impact on immune regulation and antioxidant functions in immunosuppressed mice.

In this study,focusing on the geometry characteristics of spherical expanding flame,the turbulent premixed flames of natural gas/air mixtures were investigated in a fan-stirred turbulent *** effects of initial temperature（T=300-400 K）,initial pressure（P=0.1-0.3 MPa）,turbulence intensity（u'=1.0-2.7 m/s）,oxygen volumetric percentage(φ（O2）=15%-21%) and carbon dioxide volumetric percentage(φ（CO2）=0-20%)were delved *** flame profile under the Cartesian coordinate system was derived from the schlieren images taken by the high-speed ***,from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,the influence of experimental conditions on the flame geometry characteristics was explored through flame front extraction,wavelet decomposition and network *** results demonstrate that for significant flame wrinkling,changes in species concentrations and turbulence intensity have more pronounced effects on the flame wrinkling *** wrinkling of the flame front maintains a certain degree of similarity,as evidenced by the locally concentrated distribution of the angles of the maximum fluctuation *** disturbance energy under large-scale（D6-D8） disturbances exhibits relatively high values with a similar trend,exerting a significant impact on the geometry characteristics of the flame *** peaks of correlation degree are scattered either with the decomposition scale or the development of flame radius,indicating no linear correlation between different detail ***,the probability distribution of node degrees in key wrinkled regions exhibits different trends with that of large-scale wrinkling and disturbance energy,especially with changes in initial *** occurs because the number of key wrinkles varies based on the perturbation's strength or the region's ***,an increase in the fluctuation frequency of the flame's local radius may not necessarily lead to an increase in the number of key folded regions.

In this paper, the H∞ consensus of fractional-order multi-agent systems with directed communication graph is investigated. It’s the first time to introduce the H∞ control to investigate the consensus problem of the fractional-order multi-agent systems. In view of Mittag-Leffler stability theory and fractional Lyapunov directed method, a sufficient condition is presented to guarantee all the agents reach consensus with the desired H∞ performance. Finally, the results are verified by several numerical simulations.

Deciphering fungal metabolon coupling tandem inverse-electrondemand Diels-Alder reaction and semipinacol rearrangement for the biosynthesis of spiro polycyclic alkaloids

In this paper, we present a novel regression-based metric learning（RML） algorithm for solving the regression problems. Most of the metric learning（ML） algorithms can be used to solve the classification problems effectively, but none of them can be used to solve the regression problems. The main reason lies in the increasing difficulty brought by the establishment of the sample constraints for the regression problems. In order to overcome this obstacle, we establish the sample constraints in the objective space of the sample, instead of the feature space. Like most of the ML algorithms, the RML can also be used to reduce data dimensionality. It projects each sample point into a low-rank space through learning a proper Mahalanobis *** addition, the RML can be applied to the arbitrary regression model. Simulation results based on various UCI datasets are provided to demonstrate that the proposed RML approach can obtain better performance.

In the intricate process of natural product biosynthesis, a metabolon can enhance metabolic flux by associating sequential enzymes. A fungal metabolon, comprising of flavin-dependent monooxygenase Spe F and P450 monooxygenase Spe G, is identified in the biosynthesis of spiro polycyclic alkaloids(+)-notoamide B and its diastereomer(+)-versicolamide B. Using notoamide E as a substance, Spe F/Spe G metabolon can control the stereoselectivity of its 2,3-epoxidation, followed by hydrogen atom ion at C-17 to generate reactive epoxide tau-m A with dienyl iminium unit. Subsequently,(+)-notoamide B and(+)-versicolamide B are produced via tandem nonenzymatic inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder reaction and semipinacol rearrangement. This provides the first example of metabolon in the biosynthesis of spiro-prenylated indole alkaloids.
