Objective:To examine the effects of coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19)exposure,expressive suppression/cognitive reappraisal,and demographic variables on post-traumatic stress symptoms(PTS)among ***:Participants were recruited by social media through We Chat and 6049 Chinese(aged from 17 to 63 years;median=24)from 31 provinces were included in the *** symptoms,expressive suppression,and cognitive reappraisal were assessed after the outbreak of COVID-19.A regression mixture analysis was conducted in Mplus ***:A regression mixture model identified three latent classes that were primarily distinguished by differential effects of COVID-19 exposures on PTS symptoms:(1)Class 1(mildly PTS symptoms,80.9%),(2)Class 2(moderate PTS symptoms,13.0%),and(3)Class 3(high PTS symptoms,6.1%).The results demonstrated that the young,women and people with responsibilities and concerns for others were more vulnerable to PTS symptoms;and they had more expression inhibition and less cognitive reappraisal in three latent ***:The findings suggest that more attention needs to be paid to vulnerable groups such as the young,women and people with responsibilities and concerns for *** to encourage emotional expression and increase cognitive reappraisal may also be helpful for trauma survivors.

The post-disaster emergency medical rescue(EMR) is critical for people’s lives. This paper presents a stochastic Petri net(SPN) model based on the process of the rescue structure and a Markov chain model(MC), which is applied to the optimization of the EMR process, with the aim of identifying the key activities of EMR. An isomorphic MC model is developed for measuring and evaluating the time performance of the EMR process during earthquakes with the data of the 2008 Wenchuan *** paper provides a mathematical approach to simulate the process and to evaluate the efficiency of EMR. Simultaneously, the expressions of the steady state probabilities of this system under various states are obtained based on the MC, and the variations of the probabilities are analyzed by changing the firing rates for every transition. Based on the concrete data of the event, the authors find the most time consuming and critical activities for EMR decisions. The model results show that the key activities can improve the efficiency of medical rescue, providing decision-makers with rescue strategies during the large scale earthquake.

Valine is an essential amino acid and a type of branched-chain amino acid. Due to the involvement of branchedchain amino acids in various metabolic pathways, there has been a surge of interests in valine nutrition and its role in animal physiology. In pigs, the interactions between valine and other branched-chain amino acids or aromatic amino acids are complex. In this review, we delve into the interaction mechanism, metabolic pathways, and biological functions of valine. Appropriate valine supplementation not only enhances growth and reproductive performances, but also modulates gut microbiota and immune functions. Based on past observations and interpretations, we provide recommended feed levels of valine for weaned piglets, growing pigs, gilts, lactating sows, barrows and entire males. The summarized valine nutrient requirements for pigs at different stages offer valuable insights for future research and practical applications in animal husbandry.

目的了解2018—2022年广西壮族自治区柳州市围产儿出生缺陷发生特征及变化趋势,为科学防控出生缺陷提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对2018—2022年在广西壮族自治区柳州市各助产机构出生的孕满28周至产后7 d内的围产儿出生缺陷监测数据进行分析。结果2018—2022年柳州市围产儿212475例,出生缺陷儿3406例,总出生缺陷发生率为160.30/万,出生缺陷发生率先下降后上升。男婴出生缺陷平均发生率为176.06/万,女婴出生缺陷平均发生率为142.43/万,男婴出生缺陷发生率高于女婴(χ^(2)=36.821,P<0.001);≥35岁母亲子代出生缺陷发生率(201.91/万)较年轻母亲高,孕1次(174.44/万)和产1次(189.21/万)的母亲子代出生缺陷发生率均高于孕产≥2次的母亲,多胎出生缺陷发生率(433.66/万)高于单胎(152.65/万),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。发生率较高的前5位出生缺陷为先天性心脏病(68.95/万)、多指/多趾(31.06/万)、尿道下裂(9.51/万)、并指/并趾(9.08/万)、外耳其他畸形(8.71/万)。结论2018—2022年柳州市围产儿出生缺陷发生率仍处于较高水平,以先天性心脏病与多指/多趾为高发。建议进一步加强和完善该地区出生缺陷防控三级预防体系建设,以进一步预防出生缺陷的发生。

BACKGROUND The sleep quality of patients with postoperative glioma at home has not been reported *** this study,the sleep quality of postoperative glioma patients at home was explored through telephone *** To investigate the sleep quality of patients with postoperative *** Glioma patients who were treated and operated on at Nanjing Brain Hospital from May 2012 to August 2019 were selected as participants via convenience sampling.A total of 549 patients were recruited by telephone,and 358 of those patients responded to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).RESULTS The total PSQI score was 5.19±3.39 in all patients with postoperative glioma,which was higher than that of the normal *** were 135 patients with poor sleep quality(PSQI>7),which accounted for 37.7%of all *** scores of the seven dimensions of the PSQI were sleep latency(1.22±1.05),sleep disturbance(1.12±0.98),subjective sleep quality(1.03±0.92),habitual sleep efficiency(1.02±0.91),daytime dysfunction(0.95±0.43),sleep persistence(0.83±0.76),and use of sleeping medication(0.25±0.24).The results showed that the subjective sleep quality of the patients who underwent an operation 1-2 years ago was worse than that of the patients who underwent an operation more than 2 years ago(P<0.05).Older patients had worse sleep latency and sleep duration scores than younger patients(P<0.05).Sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction were worse in patients who received postoperative radiotherapy/chemotherapy(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The sleep quality of patients with postoperative glioma at home is worse than that of normal ***,difficulty falling asleep and sleep disorders are common complications among these patients,and age,postoperative duration,and postoperative chemoradiotherapy could affect sleep quality.
