Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to t{2.ir potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,t{2.ir practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at t{2. Back-n white neutron source at t{2. china Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates t{2. success of 10 B *** factors that caused t{2. reduction in t{2. detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by ot{2.r measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at hig{2.r neutron energy,at which point t{2. elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for t{2. detection of neutrons,as it compensates for t{2. detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

Owing to their exceptional properties, high-entropy alloys(heAs) and high-entropy {2.terials have emerged as promising research areas and shown diverse applications. here,the recent advances in the field are comprehensively reviewed,organized into five sections. The first section introduces the background of heAs, covering their definition, significance,application prospects, basic properties, design principles, and microstructure. The subsequent section focuses on cutting-edge high-entropy structural {2.terials, highlighting developments such as nanostructured alloys, grain boundary engineering,eutectic systems, cryogenic alloys, thin films, micro-nano-lattice structures, additive {2.nufacturing, high entropy metallic glasses, nano-precipitate strengthened alloys, composition modulation, alloy fibers, and refractory systems. In the following section, the emphasis shifts to functional {2.terials, exploring heAs as catalysts, {2.gneto-caloric {2.terials, corrosion-resistant alloys, radiation-resistant alloys, hydrogen storage systems, and {2.terials for biomedicine. Additionally, the review encompasses functional high-entropy {2.terials outside the realm of alloys, including thermoelectric, quantum dots, nanooxide catalysts, energy storage {2.terials, negative ther{2.l expansion ceramics,and high-entropy wave absorption {2.terials. The paper concludes with an outlook, discussing future directions and potential growth areas in the field. Through this comprehensive review,researchers, engineers, and scientists {2.y gain valuable insights into the recent progress and opportunities for further exploration in the exciting do{2.ins of high-entropy alloys and functional {2.terials.

Although much progress has been made in understanding how floral organ identity is determined during the floraldevelopment,less is known about how floral organ is elaborated in the late floral developmental *** we de-scribe a novel floral mutant,wrinkledt petals and stamensl (wps1),which shows defects in the development of petalsand *** analysis indicates that wps1 mutant is corresponding to a single recessive locus at the long arm ofchromosome *** early development of floral organs in wps1 mutant is similar to that in wild type,and the malfunctionof the mutant commences in late developmental stages,displaying a defect on the appearance of petals and *** mature flower,petals and stamen filaments in the mutant are wrinkled or folded,and the cellular morphology underL1 layer of petals and stamen filaments is *** is found that the expression patterns of floral organ identity genesare not affected in wps1 mutants compared with that of wild type,consistent with the unaltered development of allfloral ***,the identities of epidermal cells in different type of petals are *** histologicalanalysis shows that in wps1 flowers all petals are irregularly folded,and there are knotted structures in the petals,whilethe shape and arrangement of inner cells are malformed and *** on these results,we propose that Wps1acts downstream to the class B floral organ identity genes,and functions to modulate the cellular differentiation duringthe late flower developmental stages.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the {2. jinping Underground laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2.89 keV for this work)with a factor of 2..A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2.^(0ν)>1.0×10^(2.)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective majorana neutrino mass:2.7.5 eV.

mamma{2.an target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High qua{2.ty clinical trial has been conducted in {2.ver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether siro{2.mus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to siro{2.mus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated siro{2.mus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2.year enrollment period and a 2.year follow-up. We predict that siro{2.mus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better qua{2.ty of {2.fe. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on chinese population data.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2.11 and ended in June 2.12. and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot data Release in August 2.12. The regular survey started in September 2.12. and completed its first year of operation in June 2.13. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 12.2.plates containing 2.955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2.are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2.2.4 696 spectra, of which 1 944 32. are stellar spectra, 12.082.are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（12. 52. entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The accuracy of the released data and the information about the FITS headers of spectra are also introduced. The released data set includes 319 000 spectra and a catalog of these objects.
