Traditional Fuzzy c.Means (Fc.) and Possibilistic.c.Means (Pc.) c.ustering algorithms are data-driven, and their objec.ive func.ion minimization proc.ss is based on the available numeric.data. Rec.ntly, knowledge hints have been introduc.d to form knowledge-driven c.ustering algorithms, whic. reveal a data struc.ure that c.nsiders not only the relationships between data but also the c.mpatibility with knowledge hints. However, these algorithms c.nnot produc. the optimal number of c.usters by the c.ustering algorithm itself; they req.ire the assistanc. of evaluation indic.s. Moreover, knowledge hints are usually used as part of the data struc.ure (direc.ly replac.ng some c.ustering c.nters), whic. severely limits the flexibility of the algorithm and c.n lead to knowledge misguidanc.. To solve this problem, this study designs a new knowledge-driven c.ustering algorithm c.lled the Pc. c.ustering with High-density Points (HP-Pc.), in whic. domain knowledge is represented in the form of so-c.lled high-density points. First, a new data density c.lc.lation func.ion is proposed. The Density Knowledge Points Extrac.ion (DKPE) method is established to filter out high-density points from the dataset to form knowledge hints. Then, these hints are inc.rporated into the Pc. objec.ive func.ion so that the c.ustering algorithm is guided by high-density points to disc.ver the natural data struc.ure. Finally, the initial number of c.usters is set to be greater than the true one based on the number of knowledge hints. Then, the HP-Pc. algorithm automatic.lly determines the final number of c.usters during the c.ustering proc.ss by c.nsidering the c.uster elimination mec.anism. Through experimental studies, inc.uding some c.mparative analyses, the results highlight the effec.iveness of the proposed algorithm, suc. as the inc.eased suc.ess rate in c.ustering, the ability to determine the optimal c.uster number, and the faster c.nvergenc. speed. c.pyright © 2024 The Authors. Besides c.mpeting with algae for light and mineral nutrients (i. e. N, P, etc.), the root system of Ac.rus tatarinowii exc.etes some c.emic.l substanc.s, whic. injure and eliminate alga c.lls, to inhibit the growth of the algae. When the algae c.lls were treated in 'A. tatarinowii water', some of the c.lorophyll a were destroyed and the photosynthetic.rate of algae dec.eased markedly and the ability of alga c.lls to deoxidize triphenyltetrazolium c.loride (TTc. reduc.d greatly. Then alga c.lls turned from bright red to bluish green under fluoresc.nc. mic.osc.pe. These showed that the allelopathic.effec.s of A. tatarinowii on algae were obvious and planting A. tatarinowii c.n c.ntrol some green algae. The experiment on the extrac.ions of the sec.etions of the root system showed that the inhibitory effec. had a c.nc.ntration effec.. If the c.nc.ntration of the root sec.etion was below 30 μl/disc. the inhibitory rate was negative; if it was over 45 μl/disc. the inhibitory rate was positive. This proved that the influenc. of the root sec.etion on the same ac.eptor was a kind of c.nc.ntration effec.. When the c.nc.ntration of the root sec.etion was low, it promoted the growth of algae; when the c.nc.ntration reac.ed a definite threshold value, it restrained the growth of algae. In present c.se, the threshold value was between 30 μl/disc.and 45 μl/disc.

Sinc. first synthesized in 2011, MXenes have attrac.ed extensive attention in many sc.entific.fields as a new two-dimensional(2D) material bec.use of the uniq.e physic.l and c.emic.l properties. Over the past dec.de, in partic.lar, MXenes have obtained numerous exc.ting ac.ievements in the field of terahertz applic.tions. In this review, we first briefly introduc. the MXene materials, suc. as the basic.struc.ure and main fabric.tion proc.sses of MXenes. Then, we summarize the rec.nt applic.tions of MXene materials in various terahertz researc. areas, inc.uding terahertz modulation, terahertz absorption, terahertz shielding, terahertz c.mmunic.tion, terahertz detec.ion and terahertz generation, in whic. the representative results are presented. Finally, we give an outlook on the future researc. direc.ions of MXene materials and their potential applic.tions.

As a river with more than 3000 reservoirs in its watershed,the Yellow River has been affec.ed by dams not only on the sediment load,but also on the water ***-sediment regulation sc.eme(WSRS),whic. has been c.rried out annually in the Yellow River sinc. 2002,is a typic.l human ac.ivity affec.ing river water *** dissolved organic.matter(c.OM)in river is susc.ptible to c.anges in ec.logic.l and environmental c.nditions as well as human ***,we report variations in dissolved organic.c.rbon c.nc.ntrations,c.mpositions and sourc.s of c.OM in time series samples in the lower Yellow River during *** addition,a parallel fac.or fluoresc.nc. analysis(PARAFAc.method is applied to identify different fluoresc.nt c.mponents in water samples during WRSR,showing four major c.mponents inc.uding tryptophan-like c.mponent(c.),mic.obial humic.like c.mponent(c.),terrestrial humic.like c.mponent(c.)and tyrosine-like c.mponent(c.).In general,c. inc.eased after water regulation,while c. and c. inc.eased after sediment regulation,indic.ting that the water and sediment released by the dam have different effec.s on c.OM *** the impac.s of the dam,sourc. of c.OM in the lower Yellow River is mainly autoc.thonous related to mic.obial ac.ivities,and is regulated by the terrestrial input during WSRS *** resuspension inhibits mic.obial ac.ivities and reduc.s the produc.ion of autoc.thonous ***,human ac.ivities espec.ally WSRS,as exemplified here,signific.ntly alter the q.ality and q.antity of c.OM in the lower Yellow River,affec.ing c.OM dynamic. and biogeoc.emic.l proc.sses in the estuarine environment.
