Effect of acid fracturing fluid modifying coal microstructure stimulated by ultrasonic

The combination of ultrasonic and acid fracturing fluid can strengthen the modification effect on the micropore structure of the coal matrix,thereby enhancing the efficiency of the acid fracturing *** this research,acetic acid was utilized to formulate acid fracturing fluids with varying concentrations,and the evolutionary traits of both the acid fracturing fluids and ultrasonic waves in relation to coal samples were *** functional group structure,mineral composition,micropore structure and surface morphology of coal samples were characterized by FTIR,XRD,N_(2)adsorption at low temperature and *** results showed that aromatics(I)and branching parameters(CH_(2)/CH_(3))were reduced by 81.58%and 88.67%,respectively,after 9%acetic acid *** acid can dissolve carbonates and clay minerals in coal,create new pores,and increase porosity,pore volume and pore fractal *** modification by 7%acetic acid,the pore volume increased by 5.7 *** observation shows that the diameter of coal surface holes increases,EDS scanning shows that the content of mineral elements in coal decreases,the connectivity of coal holes increases,and the holes *** findings of this research offer theoretical direction for optimizing ultrasonic-enhanced acid fracturing fluid modification.

The results showed that aromatics（I） and branching parameters（CH2/CH3） were reduced by 81.58% and 88.67%, respectively, after 9% acetic acid treatment. Acetic acid can dissolve carbonates and clay minerals in coal, create new pores, and increase porosity, pore volume and pore fractal dimension. After modification by 7% acetic acid, the pore volume increased by 5.7 times. SEM observation shows that the diameter of coal surface holes increases, EDS scanning shows that the content of mineral elements in coal decreases, the connectivity of coal holes increases, and the holes expand. The findings of this research offer theoretical direction for optimizing ultrasonic-enhanced acid fracturing fluid modification.

Sequence analysis for the complete proviral genome of reticuloendotheliosis virus Chinese strain HA9901

The genomic DNA extracted from chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) infected with a Chi-nese field isolate HA9901 of reticuloendotheliosis virus (REV) was used as the template to amplify the REV proviral genomic cDNA by PCR with 6 pairs of primers according to published sequences. Six overlapping fragments were amplified, cloned into the TA vector and sequenced, including a fragment which was amplified from the circular proviral cDNA and covering both 5′- and 3′-ends. The complete sequence of the whole genome was established and analyzed with a DNAstar software. Comparisons of the sequence with two other strains demonstrated that the genomes of REV were relatively con-servative, the homogenecity for all genes or LTR fragments of the 3 strains was over 92%, no matter whether they were isolated from different species and regions in different years. But, the homology of Chinese strain HA9901 to a fowl pox virus-associated strain from Chickens was higher than that to strain SNV isolated from ducks.

Microseismic(MS)events generated during coal and rock hydraulic fracturing(HF)include wet events caused by fracturing fuid injection,in addition to dry events caused by stress *** mixture of these two events makes efective fracturing MS events pickup *** study is based on physical experiments of diferent coal and rock HF and uniaxial *** diferences of waveform characteristic parameters of various coal and rock ruptures were analyzed using the Hilbert–Huang transform,leading to some useful *** phase characteristics of the acoustic emission(AE)energy difered signifcantly and responded well to the pumping pressure *** AE waveforms of HF exhibit similar energy and frequency distribution characteristics after Empirical mode *** main frequency bands for coal,sandstone,and shale samples are 100–300 kHz,while the mudstone sample is in the range of 50–150 *** decay ratios for coal,sandstone,shale and mudstone samples are 0.78,0.83,0.67 and 0.85,*** compared to the uniaxial compression test,the main frequency bands of HF were reduced for coal,sandstone and mudstone samples,whereas shale remained essentially *** duration,instantaneous energy,and total energy of the HF waveform are smaller than those of uniaxial compression,while the decay ratio is greater,especially for the mudstone *** waveform characteristic parameters,trained using the multilayer perceptron neural network,can efectively identify HF and uniaxial compression events with an accuracy of 96%.

对聚变堆用CLAM钢进行了真空电子束焊接试验,并在740℃/1 h条件下对接头进行焊后热处理,利用金相显微镜和显微硬度计对接头各区域热处理前后显微组织转变及硬度分布进行了研究.结果表明,焊缝成形良好,无不良外观缺陷;焊态焊缝和熔合区由粗大板条马氏体+少量δ铁素体组成,硬度大于410 HV.完全淬火区粗晶区由粗大板条马氏体组成,细晶区由细小板条马氏体组成,细晶区是焊接接头硬度最高的区域.不完全淬火区由细小板条马氏体+铁素体组成.接头不存在软化区;焊后热处理使接头中的马氏体转变为回火索氏体组织,各区域硬度明显下降,其中,熔合区的硬度最高,仅比基体母材硬度高20%左右,热处理并没有使接头出现明显的软化现象.

随着国民经济的发展和社会生活水平的提高,固体废物的产生量,特别是危险废物的产生量不断增加。以福建省龙岩市为例,2018年度危险废物产生量达2.96万t,2019年度为2.81万t(已对外公布的环境统计及福建省固废管理平台数据)。危险废物处理处置是环境污染的重要因素之一,危险废物随意倾倒或利用处置不当会严重危害人体健康,甚至对生态环境造成难以恢复的损害。本文结合危险废物现状调查数据和末端处置情况,从环境、经济、社会效益角度提出对策建议,供有关部门决策参考。

依据经典的检查搜潜方法,结合实际的搜潜过程,以某型反潜巡逻机为背景,建立了反潜巡逻机执行平行航线搜潜、外旋扩展方形搜潜和内旋扩展方形搜潜时航路规划的数学模型和潜艇运动模型。对3种检查搜潜方法的搜潜效能进行了分析,并对初始距离、搜潜海域面积、潜艇经济航速和海洋大气环境对检查搜潜效能的影响进行了仿真。实验结果表明:初始距离的变化对搜潜效能影响很小,而搜潜海域面积、潜艇经济航速和海洋大气环境的变化对搜潜效能影响较大;相同条件下,使用平行航线搜潜,获得的搜潜效能最高。

目的探讨氯胺酮复合右美托咪啶在烧伤切痂植皮术非气管插管麻醉中的效果。方法 60例择期切痂植皮手术患者,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级,随机均分为氯胺酮复合右美托咪啶组(KD组)和氯胺酮复合丙泊酚组(KP组)。术中均保留自主呼吸,并用面罩给氧。记录心率、血压、脉搏血氧饱和度、心肌耗氧指数、氯胺酮用量、手术时间、苏醒时间、围术期镇静评分及出现的不良反应。结果与KP组相比,KD组右美托咪啶给药后10min收缩压增高(P<0.05),氯胺酮给药后5、10min降低(P<0.05),在氯胺酮给药后5、10、15min心率-收缩压乘积(RPP)降低(P<0.05),术后1h镇静评分增高(P<0.05),苏醒时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论烧伤切痂植皮术用氯胺酮复合右美托咪啶麻醉较复合丙泊酚能更好的维持血流动力学稳定,减少术中心肌氧耗,促进早期苏醒。
