采用铜模吸铸及随后的退火处理制备了厚度为0.8 mm,成分为Nd9Fe83-xTi4C4Bx（x=10～15）的Nd2Fe14B/Fe3B型纳米复相磁体,对其组织演变和磁性能进行了研究。结果表明：在铸态合金中,x=10的合金微观组织主要由Nd2Fe14B,Fe3B,α-Fe和TiC相构成。而x=11～15的合金中除含上述各相外,还出现了Nd2Fe23B3相、未知相和非晶相,且随着B含量的增加,它们在合金中的相对含量有不同程度的增加;退火过程中,随着合金中亚稳相和非晶相的转化,Nd2Fe14B,Fe3B和α-Fe相对含量增加,但不同B含量合金的相结构变化差异明显,导致退火后磁体具有不同的磁性能。其中,x=12的合金在680℃退火5 min后获得了最佳磁性能：Br=0.63 T,iHc=98.12 kA·m^-1,（BH）max=22.79 kJ·m^-3。

Precisely controlled spatial distributions of artificial light-harvesting systems in aqueous media are of significant importance for mimicking natural light-harvesting systems;however,they are often restrained by the solubility and the aggregation-caused quenching effect of the hydrophobic ***,we report one highly efficient artificial light-harvesting system based on peptoid nanotubes that mimic the hierarchical cylindrical structure of natural *** high crystallinity of these nanotubes enabled the organization of arrays of donor chromophores with precisely controlled spatial distributions,favoring an efficient Förster resonance energy transfer(FRET)process in aqueous *** FRET system exhibits an extremely high efficiency of 98.6%with a fluorescence quantum yield of 40%and an antenna effect of *** further demonstrated the use of this artificial light-harvesting system for quantifying miR-210 within cancer *** fluorescence intensity ratio of donor to acceptor is linearly related to the concentration of intercellular miR-210 in the range of 3.3–156 copies/*** high sensitivity in intracellular detection of miR-210 using this artificial light-harvesting system offers a great opportunity and pathways for biological imaging and detection,and for the further creation of microRNA(miRNA)toolbox for quantitative epigenetics and personalized medicine.

Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis(ABSA)is a fundamental area of research in Natural Language Processing(NLP).Within ABSA,Aspect Sentiment Quad Prediction(ASQP)aims to accurately identify sentiment quadruplets in target sentences,including aspect terms,aspect categories,corresponding opinion terms,and sentiment ***,most existing research has focused on English ***,while ASQP has seen significant progress in English,the Chinese ASQP task has remained relatively *** inspiration from methods applied to English ASQP,we propose Chinese generation templates and employ prompt-based instruction learning to enhance the model’s understanding of the task,ultimately improving ASQP performance in the Chinese ***,under the same pre-training model configuration,our approach achieved a 5.79%improvement in the F1 score compared to the previously leading ***,when utilizing a larger model with reduced training parameters,the F1 score demonstrated an 8.14%***,we suggest a novel evaluation metric based on the characteristics of generative models,better-reflecting model *** results validate the effectiveness of our approach.

Cartilage development is controlled by the highly synergistic proliferation and differentiation of growth plate chondrocytes,in which the Indian hedgehog(IHH)and parathyroid hormone-related protein-parathyroid hormone-1 receptor(PTHrP-PTH1R)feedback loop is *** inositol-requiring enzyme 1a/X-box-binding protein-1 spliced(IRE1α/XBP1s)branch of the unfolded protein response(UPR)is essential for normal cartilage ***,the precise role of ER stress effector IRE1α,encoded by endoplasmic reticulum to nucleus signaling 1(ERN1),in skeletal development remains ***,we reported that loss of IRE1α accelerates chondrocyte hypertrophy and promotes endochondral bone ***1 acts as a negative regulator of chondrocyte proliferation and differentiation in postnatal growth *** deficiency interrupted PTHrP/PTH1R and IHH homeostasis leading to impaired chondrocyte hypertrophy and ***1s,produced by p-IRE1α-mediated splicing,binds and up-regulates PTH1R and IHH,which coordinate cartilage ***,ER stress cannot be activated normally in ERN1-deficient *** conclusion,ERN1 deficiency accelerates chondrocyte hypertrophy and cartilage mineralization by impairing the homeostasis of the IHH and PTHrP/PTH1R feedback loop and ER ***1 may have a potential role as a new target for cartilage growth and maturation.

策展新闻作为一类新型融合新闻,符合符号叙事学对于叙事文本的概念界定。它属于纪实型的多媒介混合的双轴共现文本,叙事效果呈现为(类)演示化。在话语主体、文本内容与文本语义三个层面,策展新闻呈现出独特的符号特征。从媒介语境来看,策展新闻通过全文本表意与动态迭代的过程将文本边界打开,多元主体共同参与策展新闻文本叙事。策展新闻的符号叙事研究给新闻叙事研究带来新对象与新方法,未来新闻叙事研究可从学科融合与文本把握两方面突破;符号叙事学处理复合多媒介的融合新闻文本具有一定的阐释力,未来符号叙事学可以从打破类型化体裁局限与增加动态化叙事理论的角度进行体系化修正。

Westerlies Affecting the Seasonal Variation of Water Vapor Transport over the Tibetan Plateau Induced by Tropical Cyclones in the Bay of Bengal

This study investigates the activity of tropical cyclones(TCs)in the Bay of Bengal(BOB)from 1979 to 2018 to discover the mechanism affecting the contribution rate to the meridional moisture budget anomaly(MMBA)over the southern boundary of the Tibetan Plateau(SBTP).May and October–December are the bimodal phases of BOB TC frequency,which decreases month by month from October to December and is relatively low in ***,the contribution rate to the MMBA is the highest in *** seasonal variation in the meridional position of the westerlies is the key factor affecting the contribution *** relatively southern(northern)position of the westerlies in November and December(May)results in a lower(higher)contribution rate to the *** mechanism is confirmed by the momentum *** water vapor enters the westerlies near the trough line,the resultant meridional acceleration is directed *** follows that the farther north the trough is,and the farther north the water vapor can be *** water vapor enters the westerlies from the area near the ridge line,for Type-T(Type-R)TCs,water vapor enters the westerlies downstream of the trough(ridge).Consequently,the direction of the resultant meridional acceleration is directed south and the resultant zonal acceleration is directed east(west),which is not conducive to the northward transport of water *** is especially the case if the trough or ridge is relatively south,as the water vapor may not cross the SBTP.

Determination of probable mechanism function and kinetic parameters is important to hydrometallurgical *** this work,the most probable mechanism function and kinetic parameters of gibbsite dissolution in NaOH solution are *** sample,the mixture of synthetic gibbsite and sodium hydroxide solution,was scanned in high-pressure differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) equipment with the heating rate of 10 K·min-1. Integral equation and differential equation of non-isothermal kinetics were solved to fit the data related to DSC *** to the calculation results,the most probable mechanism function for pure synthetic gibbsite dissolution in sodium hydroxide solution is presented based on the optimum procedure in the database of the mechanism *** apparent activation energy obtained is(75±1) kJ·mol-1,the frequency factor is 10 8±1mol·s-1,and the reaction is a second order reaction.
