China is rich in shale gas resources and has broad prospects for development. However, the quality ofshale gas resources in China is different from that in the United States, so independent unique technologies are urgently required in China. In this regard, PetroChina has carried out theoretical andtechnical researches systematically on shale gas in Longmaxi Formation in southern Sichuan according toits geology-engineering characteristics. Guided by the “three-control” theory for marine shale gasenrichment and high yield (i.e. sedimentary diagenesis controls reservoir, preservation conditions control accumulation, and continuous thickness of Type I reservoir controls production), six key explorationand development technologies in southern China have been innovatively developed for marine shale gaswhich experienced multi-stage tectonic evolution. The technologies include comprehensive geologicalevaluation technology, development optimization technology, optimal and fast drilling technology forhorizontal well, volume fracturing technology for horizontal well, factory-like operation technology, andefficient clean production technology. These technologies have enabled the large-scale commercial recovery of shale gas. By the end of 2019, PetroChina had obtained proved geological reserves of1.06 1012 m3, had built production capacity of 10 109 m3, and had cumulative gas production of20 109 m3 in southern Sichuan. The remarkable results of application are of great significance forvigorously developing shale gas industry to reduce external dependence, ensure national energy security,and realize the strategy of "ecological priority and green development".

Aldolase B attenuates clear cell renal cell carcinoma progression by inhibiting CtBP2

Aldolase B(ALDOB),a glycolytic enzyme,is uniformly depleted in clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)tissues.We previously showed that ALDOB inhibited proliferation through a mechanism independent of its enzymatic activity in ccRCC,but the mechanism was not unequivocally identified.We showed that the corepressor C-terminal-binding protein 2(CtBP2)is a novel ALDOB-interacting protein in ccRCC.The CtBP2-to-ALDOB expression ratio in clinical samples was correlated with the expression of CtBP2 target genes and was associated with shorter survival.ALDOB inhibited CtBP2-mediated repression of multiple cell cycle inhibitor,proapoptotic,and epithelial marker genes.Furthermore,ALDOB overexpression decreased the proliferation and migration of ccRCC cells in an ALDOB-CtBP2 interaction-dependent manner.Mechanistically,our findings showed that ALDOB recruited acireductone dioxygenase 1,which catalyzes the synthesis of an endogenous inhibitor of CtBP2,4-methylthio 2-oxobutyric acid.ALDOB functions as a scaffold to bring acireductone dioxygenase and CtBP2 in close proximity to potentiate acireductone dioxygenase-mediated inhibition of CtBP2,and this scaffolding effect was independent of ALDOB enzymatic activity.Moreover,increased ALDOB expression inhibited tumor growth in a xenograft model and decreased lung metastasis in vivo.Our findings reveal that ALDOB is a negative regulator of CtBP2 and inhibits tumor growth and metastasis in ccRCC.

TGF-β-regulated different iron metabolism processes in the development and cisplatin resistance of ovarian cancer

The impact of different iron metabolism processes(DIMP)on ovarian cancer remains unclear.In this study,we employed various gene chips and databases to investigate the role of DIMP in the initiation and development of ovarian cancer.cBioPortal was used to determine mutations in DIMP-associated genes in ovarian cancer.Kaplan-Meier plotter was used to examine the influence of DIMP on the prognosis of ovarian cancer.By analyzing 1669 serous ovarian cancer cases,we identified a range of mutations in iron metabolism genes,notably in those coding for the transferrin receptor(19%),melanotransferrin(19%),and ceruloplasmin(10%)in the iron import process,and glucose-6-phosphate isomerase(9%),hepcidin antimicrobial peptide(9%),metal regulatory transcription factor 1(8%),and bone morphogenetic protein 6(8%)in the iron regulation process.Compared to the unaltered group,the group with gene alterations exhibited a higher tumor mutation burden count(43 vs.54)and more advanced histologic grade(78.19%vs.87.90%).Compared to the normal ovarian counterparts,a reduction in expression was observed in 9 out of the 14 genes involved in iron utilization and 4 out of the 5 genes involved in iron export in ovarian cancer;in contrast,an increase in expression was observed in 2 out of the 3 genes involved in iron storage in ovarian cancer.Furthermore,in cisplatin-resistant cells compared to cisplatin-sensitive ones,the expression of all genes in iron storage and 13 out of 14 genes in iron import was decreased,while that of 8 out of the 10 genes in iron utilization was increased.In addition,survival curve analysis indicated that a higher expression in the majority of genes in the iron import process(12/21),or a reduced expression in most genes in the iron export process(4/5)correlated with poor progression-free survival.Additionally,TGF-βcould regulate the expression of most iron metabolism-associated genes;particularly,expression of genes involved in the iron storage process(2/2)was inhibited after TGF-β1 or TGF-β2 treatment.In conclusion,DIMP

CO_(2),N_(2),and CO_(2)/N_(2)mixed gas injection for enhanced shale gas recovery and CO_(2)geological storage

In this work,using fractured shale cores,isothermal adsorption experiments and core flooding tests were conducted to investigate the performance of injecting different gases to enhance shale gas recovery and CO_(2)geological storage efficiency under real reservoir conditions.The adsorption process of shale to different gases was in agreement with the extended-Langmuir model,and the adsorption capacity of CO_(2)was the largest,followed by CH_(4),and that of N_(2)was the smallest of the three pure gases.In addition,when the CO_(2)concentration in the mixed gas exceeded 50%,the adsorption capacity of the mixed gas was greater than that of CH4,and had a strong competitive adsorption effect.For the core flooding tests,pure gas injection showed that the breakthrough time of CO_(2)was longer than that of N_(2),and the CH_(4)recovery factor at the breakthrough time(Rch,)was also higher than that of N_(2).The RcH of CO_(2)gas injection was approximately 44.09%,while the RcH,of N_(2)was only 31.63%.For CO_(2)/N_(2)mixed gas injection,with the increase of CO_(2)concentration,the RcH,increased,and the RcH,for mixed gas CO_(2)/N_(2)=8:2 was close to that of pure CO_(2),about 40.24%.Moreover,the breakthrough time of N_(2)in mixed gas was not much different from that when pure N_(2)was injected,while the breakthrough time of CO_(2)was prolonged,which indicated that with the increase of N_(2)concentration in the mixed gas,the breakthrough time of CO_(2)could be extended.Furthermore,an abnormal surge of N_(2)concentration in the produced gas was observed after N_(2)breakthrough.In regards to CO_(2)storage efficiency(S_(Storage-CO_(2)),as the CO_(2)concentration increased,S storage-co_(2)also increased.The S storage-co_(2),of the pure CO_(2)gas injection was about 35.96%,while for mixed gas CO_(2)/N_(2)=8:2,S sorage-co,was about 32.28%.

The study is based on the combination of communication relay and energy absorption of solar-powered unmanned aerial vehicle（SUAV）,which is a multiple extremum problem.The SUAV kinematics model is changed from two dimensions to three dimensions with adding the interference of sea breeze to reduce or offset the impact of wind on mission optimization and improve the energy management.Considering the performance of the on-line optimization of SUAVs,the particle swarm optimizer（PSO） algorithm is replaced by a faster grey wolf optimizer（GWO） algorithm.In order to accelerate the convergence speed of the algorithm and avoid falling into local optimality,a penalty function is added in this paper to judge whether there is a SUAV as the last branch of the communication network.Simulation results prove the necessity of the model with consideration of the wind and the effectiveness of the methods.

Origin and growth mechanisms of strike-slip faults in the central Tarim cratonic basin, NW China

Through fault structure analysis and chronology study, we discuss the origin and growth mechanisms of strike-slip faults in the Tarim Basin.(1) Multiple stages strike-slip faults with inherited growth were developed in the central Tarim cratonic basin. The faults initiation time is constrained at the end of Middle Ordovician of about 460 Ma according to U-Pb dating of the fault cements and seismic interpretation.(2) The formation of the strike-slip faults was controlled by the near N-S direction stress field caused by far-field compression of the closing of the Proto-Tethys Ocean.(3) The faults localization and characteristics were influenced by the pre-existing structures of the NE trending weakening zones in the basement and lithofacies change from south to north.(4) Following the fault initiation under the Andersonian mechanism, the strike-slip fault growth was dominantly fault linkage, associated with fault tip propagation and interaction of non-Andersonian mechanisms.(5) Sequential slip accommodated deformation in the conjugate strike-slip fault interaction zones, strong localization of the main displacement and deformation occurred in the overlap zones in the northern Tarim, while the fault tips, particularly of narrow-deep grabens, and strike-slip segments in thrust zones accumulated more deformation and strain in the Central uplift. In conclusion, non-Andersonian mechanisms, dominantly fault linkage and interaction, resulted in the small displacement but long intraplate strike-slip fault development in the central Tarim Basin. The regional and localized field stress, and pre-existing structures and lithofacies difference had strong impacts on the diversity of the strike-slip faults in the Tarim cratonic basin.

提出一种航天器反应式碎片规避动作规划方法,首先以扰动流体动态系统(IFDS)算法作为动作规划的基础算法,通过其中的总和扰动矩阵对航天器的轨道速度矢量进行修正,实现轨道机动规避;然后,建立基于双延迟深度确定性策略梯度(TD3)深度强化学习算法的反应式动作规划方法,通过TD3在线优化IFDS规划参数,实现对碎片群的“状态-动作”最优、快速规避决策。在此基础上,将优先级经验回放和渐进式学习策略引入该方法中,提升训练效率。最后,仿真结果表明,所提方法可使航天器安全规避多发、突发、动态且形状各异的空间碎片群,且具有较好的实时性。

乳脂肪不仅是牛乳的主要成分之一,同时乳脂肪含量也是评价牛乳质量的重要指标。乳脂肪的合成涉及到日粮营养物质通过奶牛机体转化为乳营养成分的复杂生物学过程,受日粮配方、遗传背景、生理状态、瘤胃微生物等多方面的影响。瘤胃微生物可以通过自身合成的酶类对日粮进行降解,进而对乳脂肪合成前体物质的生成和利用起到一定的调节作用,乳脂肪前体物质合成不足可以引起牛乳中乳脂肪含量的降低。现主要阐述乳脂肪的合成机理以及瘤胃微生物对乳脂肪合成前体物质的影响,旨在为提高牛乳中乳脂肪含量提供思路和参考。

四川盆地南部地区(以下简称川南地区)的长宁国家级页岩气示范区是四川盆地页岩气开发的主战场,为厘清页岩气井水平段及压裂长度增加带来的气井产能动态影响,以川南地区的长宁区块奥陶系五峰组—志留系龙马溪组的336口气井为研究对象,采用大数据分析方法,深入剖析影响气井效益开发的靶体、压裂、排采生产一体化动态因素。研究结果表明:①高产气井具有靶体钻遇率大于70%、钻遇长度大于1200 m的特征,改进钻井工艺技术可保障高靶体钻遇率进而保障产量;②流体压力降和孔眼摩阻会削弱施工作业强度,严重影响压裂效果,采用低黏压裂液和差异化射孔工艺可有效克服该难题;③前序段“相对低排量+相对密簇距”、后序段“相对高排量+相对大簇距”可实现有效改造,并能解决邻井长期生产带来的影响;④跟端和趾端垂深差异较大易造成井底积液,严重影响前序压裂段簇效率和产量,跟趾端垂深差异在±300 m、斜率在±0.15内有利于气井高产。结论认为,长水平段压裂是气井一体化动态影响因素的综合反映,长宁区块最优水平段压裂长度为2200 m左右,研究成果为后续川南地区页岩气规模效益开发提供了理论支撑。

Efficiency and Advantages of Percutaneous Femoroplasty versus Proximal Femoral Replacement for Proximal Femur Metastases

Background: The proximal femur is the most common site of bone metastasis, and metastasis at this site can cause chronic, intolerable pain and even result in pathologic fractures, thereby negatively affecting patients’ quality of life. Selecting an appropriate method for resecting metastasis within the proximal femur requires thorough consideration of various factors, including the biological behavior of the primary tumor, the extent of the femur lesion, the current general systemic condition of the patient, and perioperative risks. Objective: To compare the perioperative safety of and early functional recovery following percutaneous femoroplasty (PFP) and proximal femoral replacement (PFR) in treating patients with metastasis of the proximal femur. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the cases of 53 patients with proximal femur metastases who received surgical treatment by either PFP (n = 28) or PFR (n = 25). Perioperative blood loss, surgical time, and perioperative complications were compared between groups. Pain intensity according to the visual analogue scale (VAS) and early postoperative function according to the Karnofsky Performance Scale (KPS) were evaluated at 3, 7, and 30 days as well as 6 months after surgical treatment. Results: In the PFP group, the VAS scores were lower soon after operation than preoperation (P 0.05). PFP significantly and immediately improved patients’ quality of life as measured by the KPS in the early period after surgery (preoperative vs 3 days postoperative, P < 0.01), but the patients who underwent PFR suffered a short-term decrease in quality of life (preoperative vs 3 days postoperative, P < 0.01). Blood loss (P < 0.01) and operating time (P < 0.01) were significantly less than PFP. The complication rate was higher in the PFR group (28%) than in the PFP group (3.6%). The results also showed no difference in survival time between the two groups.
