Hydrodesulfurization(HDS)is an essential process in clean fuel oil production,however,the huge challenge is the synthesis of the catalyst with plentiful active ***,we have shown the design of few-layered,ultrashort Ni-Mo-S slabs dispersed on reduced graphene oxide(Ni-Mo-S/rGO-A)based on anchoring[PMo_(12)O_(40)]3−clusters and Ni^(2+)on polyethyleneimine(PEI)-modified graphite *** characterizations(transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS),etc.)show that Ni-Mo-S slabs with predominant monolayer and partial substitution of edge Mo atoms by isolated Ni atoms have rich accessible edge Ni-Mo-S sites and high sulfurization *** virtues endow it with plentiful edge-active sites,and consequently,the enhanced performance for hydrodesulfurization of dibenzothiophene(DBT).The hydrodesulfurization proceeds via a more-favorable direct desulfurization(DDS)route with a reaction rate constant(kHDS)of 48.6×10^(−7)mol·g^(−1)·s^(−1)over Ni-Mo-S/rGO-A catalyst,which is 4.3 times greater than that over traditional Ni-Mo-S/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst and at the forefront of reported catalysts.

Non-antibiotic fungicides are urgently needed due to the potential threat of drug-resistant bacteria to human *** this research,a novel antibacterial nanoplatform based on CeO_(2)@C-N has been developed to achieve rapid near-infrared(NIR)laser-induced *** prepared CeO_(2)@C-N hybrid material exhibited a nanowire-like structure,with dispersed CeO_(2)nanoparticles averaging 5 nm in size within the heterogeneous configuration.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and Raman spectra revealed that the heterogenous structures have a significant amount of oxygen vacancies and ***,CeO_(2)@C-N has a narrower band gap than CeO_(2),which allows for broader absorbance extending to the NIR *** these unique physiochemical properties,CeO_(2)@C-N could inactivate *** and MRSA at a low concentration(20 mg/L)under 808 nm NIR laser(1 W/cm^(2))*** excellent bactericidal activity of CeO_(2)@C-N is attributed to the combination of photodynamic and photo thermal processes,based on its excellent photo-thermal conversion property,detection of reactive oxygen species(ROS)(^(1)O_(2)and·OH)under light irradiation,and scavenger quenching experiment *** study offers a feasible and efficient way to fabricate a highly effective antibacterial candidate.

分析了当前高校实验教学示范中心数字化信息建设方面存在的问题,阐述了教育数字化在化学实验教学改革和教育中的意义,结合本校化学实验中心的实际情况,总结了中心围绕数字化信息平台、数字化教学资源、数字化教学模式三个层面进行的数字化建设与探索。搭建了导向清晰和结构立体的化学实验安全、系统先进和综合创新的虚拟仿真、内容丰富和形式多样的化学基础实验等数字化教学资源,构建了线上线下混合式化学实验安全、理论课+线下实验课+虚拟仿真实验+慕课四维一体实验课程教学模式,取得了一定成效,将为同类高校实验室数字化建设提供参考。

Surface curvature-confined strategy to ultrasmall nickel-molybdenum sulfide nanoflakes for highly efficient deep hydrodesulfurization

Size-controlled synthesis of two-dimensional(2D)catalysts with low stacking numbers and small nanoflake lengths is crucial for promoting the catalytic performance in diverse heterogeneous ***,we report a facile and general“surface curvature-confined synthesis”strategy to modulate the slab lengths and stacking numbers of 2D transition metal sulfides by controlling the strain induced by different surface curvature of *** efficient NiMo sulfide with shorter slab length(average 3.71 nm),less stacking number(1–2 layers)and more edge active sites is synthesized onto ZSM-5 zeolites with the average size of 100 nm,which shows superior kHDS value of dibenzothiophene(14.05×10^−7 mol/(g·s)),enhanced stability up to 80 h,and high direct desulfurization selectivity(>95%).This design concept is also proved to be generally applicable to modulate the slab lengths and stacking numbers of other 2D catalysts such as MoS2 and WS2 nanoflakes,which shows great potentials for developing more ultrasmall 2D catalysts with controlled sizes and excellent catalytic activities.

Comparing Polyethersulfone and Polyurethane-immobilized Cells of Comamonas testosteroni QYY in Treatment of an Accidental Dye Wastewater

Well-channeled porous polyethersulfone（PES） beads were synthesized and used for the immobilization of Comamonas testosteroni QYY cells for an aerobic reactor to remove quinoline, phenol, and other refractory com- pounds in accidentally-released dye wastewater supplemented with domestic wastewater. The pore size in PES beads mainly depended on the dripping time through the Water vapor cylinder. When the cylinder was 2.5 m in length, the pore size in the obtained beads was enlarged to 3 ~m, which provided an ideal surface for cells to pass through and grow inside. The reactor with the immobilized C. testosteroni QYY on PES beads resisted organic loading shock and enhanced total organic carbon（TOC） removal, which had 100% removal efficiencies of both quinoline and phenol when the volume ratio of the accidental wastewater to domestic wastewater was increased from 1：2 to 1：1, as compared with the 100% and 34.7% removal efficiencies by the reactor with immobilized C. testosteroni QYY on polyttrethane（PU） cube or the 82% and 2.4% removal efficiencies by the reactor with only the suspended C. testosteroni QYY cells, respectively. The PES beads had a specific surface area of 1843 cm2/cm3, which had immobilized （0.0244-0.003） g of C, testosteroni QYY cell dry mass/cm3, compared with the specific surface area of 564 cm2/cm3 of the PU cube with （0.0184-0.002） g of cell dry mass/cm3. The kinetic study revealed that the quinoline and phenol degradation followed zero-order reactions for all the three reactors. The PES reactor demonstrated the highest quinoline and phenol removal efficiencies. The immobilized C. testosteroni QYY on the low-cost inert PES beads demonstrated good shock resistance and was able to completely remove the toxic compounds, including phenyl carbamate, 2-nitrotoluene, and dioctyl phthalate. Therefore, the beads were ideal for large-scale accidental wastewater treatment.

Organic afterglow materials are highly desirable for optoelectronic applications,but they usually suffer from complex preparation process,low quantum efficiency,and short lifetime due to the ultrafast deactivation of the highly active excited states ***,we succeeded in achieving solventfree thermal syntheses of high-efficiency afterglow CDs@zeolite composite materials by simply grinding the solid raw materials of zeolite and precursor CDs at room temperature,followed by thermal *** method afforded maximum embedding of CDs into growing zeolite crystals,as well as strong host–guest interaction to surpass the nonradiative transition of CDs,thus producing composite materials with ultralong dual emission of thermally activated delayed fluorescence and room temperature phosphorescence with a record high lifetime of 1.7 and 2.1 s,respectively,and the quantum yield of 90.7%.Furthermore,in a preliminary experiment,we applied the composite materials in alternatingcurrent light-emitting diode supplementary lighting,which exhibited a promising potential in optoelectronic applications.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting the programmed cell death-1(PD-1)protein significantly improve survival in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC),but its impact on early-stage ground-glass opacity(GGO)lesions remains *** is a single-arm,phase II trial(NCT04026841)using Simon’s optimal two-stage design,of which 4 doses of sintilimab(200 mg per 3 weeks)were administrated in 36 enrolled multiple primary lung cancer(MPLC)patients with persistent high-risk(Lung-RADS category 4 or had progressed within 6 months)*** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR).T/B/NK-cell subpopulations,TCR-seq,cytokines,exosomal RNA,and multiplexed immunohistochemistry(mIHC)were monitored and compared between responders and ***,two intent-to-treat(ITT)lesions(pure-GGO or GGO-predominant)showed responses(ORR:5.6%,2/36),and no patients had progressive disease(PD).No grade 3-5 TRAEs *** total response rate considering two ITT lesions and three non-intent-to-treat(NITT)lesions(pure-solid or solid-predominant)was 13.9%(5/36).The proportion of CD8^(+)T cells,the ratio of CD8^(+)/CD4^(+),and the TCR clonality value were significantly higher in the peripheral blood of responders before treatment and decreased over ***,the mIHC analysis showed more CD8^(+)T cells infiltrated in ***,responders’cytokine concentrations of EGF and CTLA-4 increased during *** exosomal expression of fatty acid metabolism and oxidative phosphorylation gene signatures were down-regulated among ***,PD-1 inhibitor showed certain activity on high-risk pulmonary GGO lesions without safety *** effects were associated with specific T-cell re-distribution,EGF/CTLA-4 cytokine compensation,and regulation of metabolism pathways.

结合分子印迹聚合物(MIP)的特异性识别能力及双极电化学发光传感(BPECL)的高灵敏、抗干扰特点,构建了一种MIP/BPECL传感器,用于水样中全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)的检测.以PFOS为模板分子,邻苯二胺(o-PD)为功能单体,在双极电极的阴极端电聚合分子印迹聚合物以特异性识别PFOS,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和循环伏安法(CV)对电极进行了表征;在双极电极的阳极端以钌联吡啶/三正丙胺[Ru(bpy)_(3)^(2+)/TPr A]为输出信号,构筑了传感与信号分离的MIP/BPECL传感体系.在最优条件下,该传感器对PFOS浓度在1~1000nmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.43 nmol/L(S/N=3).将该传感器应用于实际环境水样的加标回收检测,结果良好,表明所构建的MIP/BPECL传感器具有灵敏度高、特异性好及抗干扰能力强的优点.通过改变分子印迹的模板分子,有望实现该传感器在其它环境污染物检测上的应用.

基于全局特征U-net的胰腺图像分割

为了在医学图像中提高胰腺计算机断层成像(computed tomography, CT)自动分割的准确率,针对传统分割方法存在受噪声影响大、过分割、欠分割等问题,以及胰腺周围的重要结构组织关系紧密且多变、边缘界限不易确定等特点,提出了一种基于全局特征U-net(U-net with global features, GF U-net)的胰腺图像分割方法。该方法比基于传统深度卷积神经的U-net网络能够提取出更精确的形状、纹理信息,将胰腺图像区域的毛刺边缘进行平滑化,能够更好地把握胰腺的全局特征。通过对82个由美国国立卫生研究院(national institutes of health, NIH)公开的胰腺CT数据进行四折交叉验证,得到Dice相似系数(Dice similariy coefficient, DSC)的均值为87.13%±3.76%,比传统的U-net网络增长了7.43%。提出的方法不仅拥有更高的准确率,而且生成胰腺的形状边缘更加契合生物学上的胰腺形状,更容易应用在临床医学中。
