Objective:Imipenem has a broad spectrum of activity against aerobic and anaerobic,Gram-positive and Gram-negative *** study was to investigate imipenem resistance to Gram-negative bacteria isolated in a university hospital in China during the past 7 *** Disk diffusion test was used to study the antimicrobial *** data were analyzed by WHONET 5 software according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI).Results The rates of extended spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs) in Klebsiella *** Escherichia coli were 51.2%5.1%and 43.6%0.1%during the past 7 years,*** rates of resistance in *** and Acinetobacter baumanii to imipenem were 7.3%0.6%and 10.0%0.4%from 2004 to 2010,*** proportions of imipenem-resistant ESBLs-positive Klebsiella *** *** were 0%.8%and 0.4%,***,none of imipenem-resistant ESBLs-negative Klebsiella *** ***,Enterobacter cloacae and Citrobacter freundii were *** Although there was a increase in resistance of Gram-negative bacteria in the past 7years,imipenem demonstrated excellent in vitro activity against these pathogens.

Objective This study was to investigate the antimicrobial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in 5 consecutive years in a tertiary hospital in *** Disk diffusion test was used to study the antimicrobial *** data were analyzed by WHONET 5 software according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute（CLSI）.Results Most of 1932 strains of *** were collected from sputum 940（48.7%）,secretions and pus 315（16.3%）,urine 299（15.5%） during the past 5 *** resistance rates of *** for piperacillin,ticarcillin/clavulanic acid,ampicillin/sulbactam,trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole,cefotaxime,ceftriaxone and gentamicin were almost more than 50%.The resistance rates for imipenem,meropenem,piperacillin/tazobactam,cefoperazone/sulbactam,ceftazidime,cefepime,amikacin ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin and gatifloxacin were shown a relative low,however,they were almost more than 30%with a substantial increase during 5 years in the tertiary *** antimicrobial resistance of *** had increased in recent 5 *** The change of the antimicrobial resistance should be investigated in order to direct rational drug usage in the tertiary hospital and prevent bacterial strain of drug resistance from being transmitted.

Escherichia coli is opportunistic pathogen which frequently cause community and nosocomial infections. The present study aimed to evaluate the antibiotic resistance profiles of Escherichia coli isolated from the First Bethune Hospital. Disk diffusion method was used to study the antimicrobial resistance. The data were analyzed by WHONET 5 software according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI). The majority of 3375 strains of Escherichia coli were collected from sputum(976, 28.9%), secretions(660, 19.6%), pus(630, 18.7%) and urine(591, 17.5%). The percentage of extended-spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs) in Escherichia coli was 53.2%(1794/3375). Escherichia coli strains were frequently resistant to multiple antibiotics. Antimicrobial resistance of ESBL-producing Escherichia coli was more serious than that of non-ESBL-producing isolates. The results suggest that surveillance of antimicrobial resistance in Escherichia coliis necessary.

Citrobacter freundii is important causes of nosocomial infections. The present study aimed to evaluate the antibiotic resistance profiles of Citrobacter freundii isolated from the First Bethune Hospital. Disk diffusion method was used to study the antimicrobial resistance. The data were analyzed by WHONET 5 software according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI). The majority of 432 strains of Citrobacter freundii were collected from sputum(240, 55.6%), secretions and pus(85, 19.7%), blood(58, 13.4%). All the Citrobacter freundii isolates were sensitive to imipenem and meropenem. Citrobacter freundii strains were frequently resistant to multiple antibiotics. The results suggest that surveillance of antimicrobial resistance in Citrobacter freundii is necessary.

Objective Vancomycin is a glycopeptide antibiotic used in the prophylaxis and treatment of infections caused by Gram-positive *** study was to investigate vancomycin resistance to Gram-positive cocci isolated in a tertiary hospital in China during the past 8 *** Disk diffusion test was used to study the antimicrobial *** data were analyzed by WHONET 5 software according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI).Results The rates of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and methicillin-resistant coagulasenegative Staphylococci(MRCNS) were 50.8%-83.3%and 79.4%-81.5%during the past 8 years,*** resistance of methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA),MRSA,methicillin-sensitive coagulase-negative Staphylococci(MSCNS),MRSCS,Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium to vancomycin were 60.0%1.7%,87.1%6.5%,52.6%4.5%,89.4%6.3%,73.8%2.6%and 88.4%6.7%during the past 8 years in the tertiary *** Gram-positive cocci strain was resistant or intermediate to *** Although no Grampositive cocci strain was resistant or intermediate to vancomycin in the past 8 years in the tertiary hospital,it is alerted that vancomycin resistance should be investigated yet.

为研究不锈钢管海洋混凝土柱及内配碳钢后的轴压力学性能,以型钢类型、螺旋筋间距、纵筋直径为变化参数,完成了10个试件的轴心受压静力加载试验。观察了试件的受力破坏全过程及形态,获取了轴向荷载-位移曲线及各钢材应变曲线,基于试验实测数据,就各变化参数对试件的轴压承载力、延性、耗能能力和损伤发展的影响规律进行了分析。结果表明:不同试件的破坏形态相似,均表现为不锈钢管局部屈曲压皱,混凝土斜向剪切破坏;内置碳钢可以提高试件的极限承载力、轴压延性和耗能能力,抑制试件的损伤发展;在增加相同用钢量的条件下,增加圆钢管含钢量对试件轴压性能提升幅度最大;基于“复合约束叠加法”推导计算公式所得承载力计算值与试验值吻合良好。

多状态n中连续取k系统是二值状态n中连续取k系统扩展到多状态的一般模型.多状态n中连续取k系统可靠性的求解问题是可靠性工程中一个热点和难点.当元件及系统具有多状态时分析了系统的可靠性与元件的可靠性之间的关系.对于系统处于不同状态时具有不同的可靠性结构的情形,提出了计算多状态n中连续取k坏系统可靠性的递归算法.实例对比说明了该方法的正确性和可用性.该方法不仅适用于递减或递增多状态系统,而且对系统及部件所处的状态数目的大小不加要求,为进一步研究复杂多状态系统奠定了基础.
