Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the prevention and treatment ofjuvenile mild ***:One hundred and twenty cases of juvenile mild myopia were randomly divided into six groups,with 20 cases in each group:western medicine group,ultrasonic group,acupuncture group,auricular point group,traditional Chinese oral decoction group,and traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy *** therapeutic effects of the treatment administered to the six groups were ***:In the post-treatment and follow-up stages,the visual acuity of the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy group significantly improved along with reduced diopter compared to the other groups(p0.05).There were no adverse reactions in any of the ***:In the treatment of juvenile mild myopia,traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy has good therapeutic effect without any adverse reactions;thus,it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Constipation is common in the diseases of the digestive system in *** the change in diet structure and the increase in life pressure,the prevalence rate increases year by *** traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the location of the disease of constipation is in the large intestine,which is related to the dysfunction of lung,spleen,liver,kidney and other *** pathogenesis is conductive dysfunction of large *** on the theory,Shouhui Tongbian Capsule(SHTB)is composed of eight traditional Chinese medicines,including Polygoni multiflori Radix(Heshouwu in Chinese),Aloe(Luhui in Chinese),Cassiae Semen(Juemingzi in Chinese),Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma(Renshen in Chinese),Lycii Fructus(Gouqizi in Chinese),Asini Corii Colla(Ejiao in Chinese),Aurantii Fructus Immaturus(Zhishi in Chinese),and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(Baizhu in Chinese),which could help to release excessive turbid,and nourishing yin and supplementing qi in the *** study has been carried out to review the latest advances of SHTB in the treatment of *** results showed that significant effect of SHTB was found in the treatment of constipation,such as functional constipation,and constipation associated with tumor chemotherapy,colitis,type 2 diabetes and chronic cardiac ***,obvious adverse reactions were not *** could effectively treat five types of constipation,provide direction for the future exploration of SHTB in the treatment of other types of constipation。

Mesopelagic fish(meso-fish)are central species within the Southern Ocean(SO).However,their ecosystem role and adaptive capacity to climate change are rarely integrated into protected areas *** is a pity given their importance as crucial prey and predators in food webs,coupled with the impacts of climate ***,we estimate the habitat distribution of nine meso-fish using an ensemble model approach(MAXENT,random forest,and boosted regression tree).Four climate model simulations were used to project their distribution under two representative concentration pathways(RCP4.5 and RCP8.5)for short-term(2006–2055)and long-term(2050–2099)*** addition,we assess the ecological representativeness of protected areas under climate change scenarios using meso-fish as indicator *** models show that all species shift poleward in the ***(family Myctophidae)are predicted to migrate poleward more than other families(Paralepididae,Nototheniidae,Bathylagidae,and Gonostomatidae).In comparison,lanternfishes were projected to increase habitat area in the eastern SO but lose area in the western SO;the opposite was projected for species in other *** areas(IAs)of meso-fish are mainly distributed near the Antarctic Peninsula and East *** protected area cover 23% of IAs at present and 38%of IAs in the future(RCP8.5,long-term future).Many IAs of meso-fish still need to be included in protected areas,such as the Prydz Bay and the seas around the Antarctic *** results provide a framework for evaluating protected areas incorporating climate change adaptation strategies for protected areas management.

对粉煤灰空心微珠/环氧树脂复合材料进行了弯曲试验,研究了微珠粒径、含量以及级配比例对复合材料弯曲性能的影响,并通过弯曲断口微观形貌分析了内在机理。结果表明,空心微珠的加入对粉煤灰空心微珠/环氧树脂复合材料的弯曲强度影响很大。随空心微珠含量的增加,复合材料的弯曲强度呈现先升高后下降的趋势,填充量为15wt%时,复合材料的弯曲强度最大;随空心微珠粒径的减小,复合材料的弯曲强度随之提高,小粒径微珠对环氧树脂复合材料弯曲强度的提升效果更好;空心微珠级配填充环氧树脂复合材料的弯曲强度主要受级配微珠中小粒径微珠含量的影响,小粒径微珠的比例越大,弯曲强度越高。

Ankyrin-G（AnkG）,a highly enriched scaffold protein in the axon initial segment（AIS） of neurons,functions to maintain axonal polarity and the integrity of the *** the AIS,AnkG regulates selective intracellular cargo trafficking between soma and axons via interaction with the dynein regulator protein Ndel1,but the molecular mechanism underlying this binding remains ***,we report that Ndel1’s C-terminal coiled-coil region（CT-CC） binds to giant neuron-specific insertion regions present in both AnkG and AnkB with 2:1 *** high-resolution crystal structure of AnkB in complex with Ndel1 CT-CC revealed the detailed molecular basis governing the AnkB/Ndel1 complex ***,AnkB binds with Ndel1 by forming a stable,five-helix bundle dominated by hydrophobic interactions spread across six distinct interaction ***,we demonstrated that AnkG is essential for Ndel1 accumulation at the ***,we found that cargo sorting at the AIS can be disrupted by blocking the AnkG/Ndel1 complex formation using a peptide designed based on our structural ***,the atomic structure of the AnkB/Ndel1 complex together with studies of cargo sorting through the AIS establish the mechanistic basis for AnkG/Ndel1 complex formation and for the maintenance of the axonal *** study will also be valuable for future studies of the interaction between AnkB and Ndel1 perhaps at distal axonal cargo transport.

使用万能试验机对粉煤灰微珠/环氧树脂复合泡沫塑料进行拉伸和压缩实验,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察其断面形貌,研究了微珠含量、微珠粒径以及级配比例对复合泡沫塑料拉伸和压缩性能的影响。结果表明,随着微珠含量的增加复合泡沫塑料的拉伸和压缩强度都表现出先升高后下降的趋势,且在填充量为15phr时达到最大,其拉伸强度和压缩强度比纯环氧树脂分别提高了9.15%和6.86%。在填充量相同的条件下,微珠的粒径越小复合泡沫塑料的拉伸和压缩强度越高。填充小粒径微珠(20μm)比填充大粒径微珠(250μm)复合泡沫塑料的拉伸强度和压缩强度分别高158.41%和19.96%,拉伸模量和压缩模量分别高32.77%和73.59%。不同粒径微珠级配填充环氧树脂复合泡沫塑料的拉伸和压缩性能主要受小粒径微珠含量的影响,小粒径微珠含量越高其拉伸和压缩强度越高。

制备了粉煤灰微珠/环氧树脂复合材料涂层,并利用JM-V型磨耗仪对涂层材料进行了磨损试验,研究了粉煤灰微珠含量、微珠粒径以及试验负载和速度对复合涂层耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,随粉煤灰微珠含量的增加,涂层的耐磨性呈先增加后下降的趋势,当填充的微珠质量分数为15%时,复合材料涂层的耐磨性最佳。随微珠粒径的增大,微珠在磨损过程中更加容易破碎,导致复合材料涂层的耐磨性随之下降。对比不同载荷和速度下复合材料涂层的磨损试验结果发现,随负载的增加,复合材料涂层的耐磨性降低;加快试验速度,涂层材料的磨损量也随之变大。

以氧氯化锆和硅酸钠的盐溶液为原料,采用共沉淀法制备了硅-锆复合的新型除氟材料(Si-Zr),利用SEM、FTIR和XRD分析了其表面形态和内部结构特征,并研究了相关的制备参数对材料除氟性能的影响。结果表明,600℃高温焙烧条件下的新型Si-Zr表面孔隙结构发达,比表面积大,有利于材料对氟离子的吸附;材料中Zr与Si以Si—O—Zr复合氧化物的形态结合,其性质结构稳定,对氟离子吸附后不易脱附。在制备参数中,焙烧温度、硅与锆摩尔比和焙烧时间对材料除氟性能的影响较大。
