Synthesis and Antitumor Activity of a New 7-Azaindole Derivative

We designed and synthesized a 7-azaindole derivative（TH1082）, which was characterized by 1^H NMR and 13^C-NMR. We investigated its antitumor effects on human melanoma A375 cells, human liver cancer SMMC cells and human breast cancer MCF-7 cells in vitro via 3-（4,5-dimethyldiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide （MTT） assay and also explored the mechanism of antiproliferation of them. The results show that TH1082 significantly inhibited the proliferation of these cells to different extent. The IC50 values for A375 cells, SMMC cells and MCF-7 cells were 25.38, 48.70 and 76.94 μg/mL at 24 h, respectively. To observe cell morphological changes, acridine orange/ethidium bromide（AO/EB） staining and Hoechest33342/Pl staining were carried out. These results indicate that TH1082 could induced the apoptosis of A375 cells. The apoptotic rates were （9.5±2.09）%, （18.9±2.25）% and （39.5±2.02）%（5, 10 and 20 μg/mL） for A375, SMMC and MCF-7 cell lines, respectively. Further, we determined the activities of caspase-3 and caspase-9 in A375 cells treated with TH1082 at different concentrations（0, 5, 10 and 20 μg/mL） or Z-VAD-FMK（20 μmol/L）, a pan-caspase inhibitor for 24 h. The results show that TH1082 activated caspase-3 and caspase-9, and the activation could be blocked by Z-VAD-FMK. Taken together, these findings indicate that TH 1082 could inhibit the proliferation ofA375 cells via activating caspase-3 and caspase-9.

This paper studies the relationship between fund investment and market liquidity by using Chinese security market data. The results show that, among several measures of market liquidity, the indexes based on volume, such as turnover and market depth, have a deeper impact on fund investment decision. Furthermore, the relationship between security liquidity and fund investment varies when market status is taken into account. On the other hand, fund investments have a negative effect on security liquidity measured by market width, while have a positive effect on other liquidity measures. The authors attribute the results to herding behavior of fund investment.

本文通过对浙江大学宁波理工学院2003、2004级全体学生进行16PF与PHI测试来研究独立学院学生人格与心理健康状况。结果发现:与大学生常模相比,独立学院学生在人格上主要表现为较强的兴奋、敢为、恃强、幻想等特质,而忧虑、敏感、怀疑、有恒、自律、独立等特质较弱。心理健康方面,独立学院学生在躯体化、焦虑、病态人格、脱离现实方面表现比常模得分更低,但更容易出现兴奋状态。在人格与心理健康的关系上,忧虑、紧张、兴奋、敏感与心理健康量表诸因子成正相关,稳定因子与之成负相关。

风扰、气流扰动和模型未知部分的估计精度直接影响着无人机(UAV)的稳定性和控制品质,扩张观测器(ESO)能估计这些部分,但存在型别低,收敛性差,估计精度低等问题。补偿函数观测器(CFO)采用纯积分、补偿和传递函数型别的思想,改变了ESO结构,使得CFO较ESO高2个型别,精度高,收敛性强。然而,CFO是利用线性滤波器补偿系统的未知函数或扰动,对快速变化的高次非线性函数补偿能力不足。本文用径向基(RBF)神经网络替代了线性滤波器或积分器,提出了带有RBF神经网络的CFO,进一步提高了估计精度。应用带有RBF神经网络的CFO得到的非线性未知函数和扰动以及微分信息,设计了主动模型函数补偿控制算法,应用Lyapunov稳定性理论证明了闭环系统的稳定性。将该模型补偿控制算法成功地应用于四旋翼飞行器姿态系统的控制。仿真对比了所提出的基于CFO的模型补偿控制,PID控制和自抗扰控制算法,同时在基于Pixhawk的控制测试平台实验中,对比了这3种控制策略,测试四旋翼飞行器对不同参考姿态的跟踪性能。结果表明,所提出的控制方法,在暂态性能和稳态跟踪精度方面,优于其它控制器。

Background: As the population age structure gradually ages, more and more elderly people were found to have pulmonary nodules during physical examinations. Most elderly people had underlying diseases such as heart, lung, brain and blood vessels and cannot tolerate surgery. Computed tomography (CT)-guided percutaneous core needle biopsy (CNB) was the first choice for pathological diagnosis and subsequent targeted drugs, immune drugs or ablation treatment. CT-guided percutaneous CNB requires clinicians with rich CNB experience to ensure high CNB accuracy, but it was easy to cause complications such as pneumothorax and hemorrhage. Three-dimensional (3D) printing coplanar template (PCT) combined with CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary CNB biopsy has been used in clinical practice, but there was no prospective, randomized controlled study. Methods: Elderly patients with lung nodules admitted to the Department of Oncology of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected. A total of 225 elderly patients were screened, and 30 patients were included after screening. They were randomly divided into experimental group (Group A: 30 cases) and control group (Group B: 30 cases). Group A was given 3D-PCT combined with CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary CNB biopsy, Group B underwent CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary CNB. The primary outcome measure of this study was the accuracy of diagnostic CNB, and the secondary outcome measures were CNB time, number of CNB needles, number of pathological tissues and complications. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of group A and group B was 96.67% and 76.67%, respectively (P = 0.026). There were statistical differences between group A and group B in average CNB time (P = 0.001), number of CNB (1 vs more than 1, P = 0.029), and pathological tissue obtained by CNB (3 vs 1, P = 0.040). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of pneumothorax and hemorrhage between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusions: 3D-PCT combined with CT

现有的基于学习的弱光图像增强方法中,大多数是以成对的数据训练模型,虽然它们取得了很好的效果,但在没有成对训练集的情况下就失去了原本的优势,而且在实际中,在同一个场景几乎不可能获取同一个视角的两种不同亮度的图像,从而无法完全以成对数据训练模型。因此,为避免使用成对数据,使模型域自适应能力更强,本文基于生成对抗网络提出了一种无监督的自我正则映射的弱光图像增强方法(称之为SAMGAN)。该方法不仅利用原始图像的照明信息作为自我正则映射和灰度图实现对其增强,同时使用特征自我保留损失方法保留原始图像的特征和内容。它不仅可以在没有弱光/正常亮度图像对的情况下训练,还可以很好地推广到各种实际的测试集中。大量实验证明,本文方法在图像视觉质量和客观指标上都优于现行很多的方法。

Significant changes in the physicochemical properties of BC-containing particles during the cold season in Beijing

The ambient air quality has improved significantly under strict emission controls in Beijing,China over the last *** carbon(BC),as a short-lived climate forcer in ambient aerosols,profoundly impacts the air quality and *** studies have demonstrated a decline in the mass concentration of *** this study,we characterized the chemical compositions and size distributions of BC-containing particles during the cold season of 2022 in Beijing using state-of-the-art instruments capable of exclusively measuring BCcontaining *** optical properties of BC-containing particles were further calculated based on the Mie ***,we compared the properties of BC-containing particles in 2022 with the results of previous *** results showed that the diameters of BC cores became larger while the coating thickness of BC-containing particles became thinner in *** the coating materials,the mass fraction of nitrate increased obviously,and even replaced organic matter as the dominant component during the peak of the pollution *** in chemical compositions and size distributions resulted in lower mass absorption cross-sections(MAC)of BC-containing particles from 10.5±1.1 m^(2)/g in 2016 to 7.3±0.8 m^(2)/g in 2022,reduced by 30.5%.Our results demonstrate the synergistic benefits of air pollution control in improving air quality and mitigating climate ***,the MAC of BC adopted in climate models should vary with the changing air pollution *** study emphasizes that it is imperative to conduct long-term observations of BC-containing particles to better estimate BC’s climate effects.
