液态CO_(2)相变作用时的射流形状与冲击方向影响着破岩效果。基于自行构建的试验系统,结合LS-DYNA数值模拟,研究了双孔液态CO_(2)在不同气流释放方向组合下的岩石裂纹扩展规律。结果表明:双孔X方向相背冲击时,岩石裂纹并不能在两孔之间扩展贯通。双孔X方向相对冲击时,两孔之间形成贯穿裂纹。双孔Y方向同向冲击时,裂纹沿初始冲击方向扩展,并在孔周围扩展形成多条裂纹。数值模拟结果表明:在不同释放口组合冲击作用下,X方向相对冲击时裂纹在两孔之间形成贯穿,初始裂纹继续扩展贯穿至前后侧面。X方向相背冲击下的试样裂隙主要向预留孔四周扩展。Y方向同向冲击下试样内部裂隙沿初始气流冲击方向的反方向扩展,并未形成贯穿裂纹。从裂纹定向扩展效果而言,双孔X方向相对冲击效果最好,Y方向同向冲击次之,X方向相背冲击最差。从顶面主裂纹扩展数量而言,X方向相背冲击最多,Y方向同向冲击次之,X方向相对冲击最少。研究结果可为CO_(2)冲击致裂技术应用提供指导。

目的:比较两种不同艾灸取穴方案治疗膝关节骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效,并观察其对患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-1α、IL-17A、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、骨钙素(BGP)、骨保护素(OPG)含量的影响。方法:KOA患者随机分为观察组(40例,脱落2例)和对照组(40例,脱落3例)。观察组艾灸患侧内膝眼、犊鼻、足三里、大杼、悬钟、涌泉,对照组艾灸患侧内膝眼、犊鼻、足三里,每次30 min,每周治疗3次,治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分和视觉模拟量尺(VAS)评分,检测两组患者治疗前后血清IL-1α、IL-17A、TNF-α、BGP、OPG含量。结果:与本组治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后WOMAC评分、VAS评分及血清IL-1α、IL-17A、TNF-α含量均降低(P<0.05),血清BGP、OPG含量升高(P<0.05)。观察组的WOMAC评分、VAS评分及血清IL-1α、TNF-α含量低于对照组(P<0.05),血清BGP、OPG含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为89.5%(34/38),对照组总有效率为83.8%(31/37),差异无统计学意义。结论:“补肾益髓”的艾灸疗法可缓解关节疼痛,改善关节功能,降低炎性因子水平,改善骨代谢指标,作用优于局部取穴。

Complications and clinical outcomes of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion for the treatment of one- or two.-level degenerative disc diseases of the lumbar spine in patients older than 65 years

Background Minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion （MIS-TLIF） has been successfully used to treat degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine. There are few reports comparing the complications and clinical outcomes in older patients who have undergone one- or two-level MIS-TLIF with those of younger patients. The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical outcomes of MIS-TLIF in the treatment of degenerative disc disease of lumbar spine of the patients older than 65 years, with an emphasis on perioperative complications compared to the younger patients. Methods One hundred and fifty-one consecutive cases of one- or two-level degenerative disc disease of lumbar spine treated with MIS-TLIF were reviewed for the radiological and clinical outcomes. They were divided into elderly group （age 〉65 years old） and younger group （age 〈65 years old）, and were followed for at least 6 months. Radiographs were obtained before and after surgery, 3 months postoperatively, and at the final follow-up to determine the presence of fusion, hardware-related problems. The clinical outcomes were evaluated using the Oswestry Disability Index （ODI） before and after surgery, and at the final follow-up. The visual analogue scale （VAS） score of back and leg pain were evaluated as well. The intra-operative data and peri-operative complications were recorded. Results The mean age of these patients at operation was （57.7±14.2） years （range 26-82 years）. Of 151 patients, 62 were 65 years or older. The elderly patients had more comorbidities and more porportion of lumbar canal stenosis. The overall fusion rate was 88.4% at the final follow-up, with no significant difference between younger and elderly patients. The ODI, the VAS of back pain and radicular pain of both young and elderly group were significantly improved after surgery and at the final follow-up, without significant difference between two groups. Facile synthesis of high-brightness green-emitting carbon dots with narrow bandwidth towards backlight display

High-performance carbon dots(CDs)allowing the application in high-end display devices are highly desirable and usually limited by the absence of simple and easy synthesis *** this work,we exploited an easy-to-implement strategy for the one-step synthesis of green-emitting CDs(G-CDs)with superb optical *** G-CDs were synthesized using m-phenylenediamine(m-PD)as a single precursor,and the reaction reacted at 180℃for 12 h The resultant G-CDs exhibit high-purity and excitationindependent green fluorescence with the photoluminescence(PL)peak located at 516 nm,full width at half maximum(FWHM)of 46 nm,and PL quantum yield(QY)of∼80%under the 470nm excitation *** G-CDs and corresponding composite film prepared with polyvinyl butyral(G-CDs@PVB)exhibit good PL stability after undergoing long-time storage for one year and 360 h exposure under 460nm blue *** G-CDs@PVB film was used as color-conversion materials in green-emitting light-emitting diode(LED)application,exhibiting a Commission internationale de l’Eclairage(CIE)chromaticity coordinate of(0.21,0.44).The film was also used in CD-based liquid crystal display(CD-LCD)application,achieving a color gamut value of 85%.This work will offer a working basis for the synthesis of high-performance CDs as well as their application in displays.

Analysis of solute preferential transport in a dark coniferous forest ecosystem of Gongga Mountain,Sichuan Province,southwestern China

We selected a dark coniferous forest ecosystem of Gongga Mountain in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River as our research area to study the preferential flow and solute preferential transport by adding the tracers KNO3 and KBr to the self-made soil column equipment in different ways to examine density and volume changes of inflows and outflows of a mass input （impulse input） and a stable, well-distributed input （step input））. The results showed that this dark coniferous forest ecosystem of Gongga Mountain is a typical area of preferential flow and solute preferential transport, a process that can be classified into five parts. A great amount of solute was transported at high speed as the result of preferential flow in the soil and caused the density of the solute in both deep water and in groundwater to rise rapidly, which definitely increased pollution in the deep soil layer.

Accurate simulations of pure-viscoacoustic wave propagation in tilted transversely isotropic media

Forward modeling of seismic wave propagation is crucial for the realization of reverse time migration(RTM) and full waveform inversion(FWI) in attenuating transversely isotropic media. To describe the attenuation and anisotropy properties of subsurface media, the pure-viscoacoustic anisotropic wave equations are established for wavefield simulations, because they can provide clear and stable wavefields. However, due to the use of several approximations in deriving the wave equation and the introduction of a fractional Laplacian approximation in solving the derived equation, the wavefields simulated by the previous pure-viscoacoustic tilted transversely isotropic(TTI) wave equations has low accuracy. To accurately simulate wavefields in media with velocity anisotropy and attenuation anisotropy, we first derive a new pure-viscoacoustic TTI wave equation from the exact complex-valued dispersion formula in viscoelastic vertical transversely isotropic(VTI) media. Then, we present the hybrid finite-difference and low-rank decomposition(HFDLRD) method to accurately solve our proposed pure-viscoacoustic TTI wave equation. Theoretical analysis and numerical examples suggest that our pure-viscoacoustic TTI wave equation has higher accuracy than previous pure-viscoacoustic TTI wave equations in describing q P-wave kinematic and attenuation characteristics. Additionally, the numerical experiment in a simple two-layer model shows that the HFDLRD technique outperforms the hybrid finite-difference and pseudo-spectral(HFDPS) method in terms of accuracy of wavefield modeling.
