Potential health risks related to environmental endocrine disruptors(EEDs)have aroused research hotspots at the forefront of water treatment ***,nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide/schwertmannite nanocomposites(N-TiO_(2)/SCH)have been successfully developed as heterogeneous catalysts for the degradation of typical EEDs via photo-Fenton *** to the sustainable Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ)conversion induced by photoelectrons,as-prepared N-TiO_(2)/SCH nanocomposites exhibit much enhanced efficiency for the degradation of bisphenol A(BPA;ca.100% within 60 min under visible irradiation)in a wide pH range of 3.0-7.8,which is significantly higher than that of the pristine schwertmannite(ca.74.5%)or N-TiO_(2)(ca.10.8%).In this photo-Fenton system,the efficient degradation of BPA is mainly attributed to the oxidation by hydroxyl radical(·OH)and singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2)).Moreover,the possible catalytic mechanisms and reaction pathway of BPA degradation are systematically investigated based on analytical and photoelectrochemical *** work not only provides a feasible means for the development of novel heterogeneous photo-Fenton catalysts,but also lays a theoretical foundation for the potential application of mineral-based materials in wastewater treatment.

The oxidation behavior of the Al Co Cr Fe Ni YTaxhigh entropy alloy（heA） doped with different Ta contents at 1100 °C is investigated. In this study, different reasons for the spallation of the oxide scales of heAs without/with excessive Ta addition after 1000 h of oxidation are discussed, and the most suitable Ta doping content for this heA is explored, in which the heA exhibits both an exceptionally low oxidation rate, and the formation of oxide scales composed of intact a-Al2O3. Meanwhile, it is found that the addition of Ta can effectively inhibit the phase transition of β phase, which makes the surface of the oxide scale smoother. By combining our experimental results with Wagner–Hauffe theory, the influence of Ta drag effect on oxide scale growth is explained, which provides some theoretical guidance for the subsequent design of Al Co Cr Fe Ni heAs, and can lead to the development of thermal barrier coatings at higher service temperature.

BACKGROUND Pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma(PLELC)is a rare type of nonsmall-cell lung *** lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma(LELC)metastasis secondary to PLELC has not been reported *** SUMMARY A 64-year-old female was admitted to our hospital for a regular gastroscopy examination with a 6-year history of surgical resection for left *** emission tomography/computed tomography suggested high accumulation of 18F-fludeoxyglucose in the gastric cardia *** gastrointestinal endoscopy confirmed a large mass at the stomach ***(IHC)of the biopsy suggested metastatic stomach *** gastrectomy showed that this 6.5 cm×5.0 cm mass was located in the stomach fundus near the *** examination showed a poorly differentiated carcinoma with prominent lymphoplasmacytic *** demonstrated that the tumor was positive for CK(AE1/AE3),p63,p40,p53,Ki-67(70%),and EGFR(3+)and negative for CK7,CK20,her2,and *** situ hybridization analysis showed positive staining Epstein-Barr virus-encoded *** programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1)expression score was 98%,and the combined positive score was 100,with no evidence of microsatellite ***,the patient was unequivocally diagnosed with metastatic stomach LELC secondary to pulmonary *** discharge,this patient underwent PD-1 inhibitor treatment(toripalimab,240 mg)every 3 wk for ten cycles,and she has had no tumor *** For gastric LELC metastasis,PD-1 inhibitor therapy could become a new therapeutic approach,though there is still no evidence from large data sets to support this.

Due to the low cost,high working voltage and high storage capacity,Li-rich Mn-based layered compounds show promise as the cathode materials for lithiumion batteries(LIBs).However,the side reactions at the solid-liquid interface of the cathode will lead to rapid capacity decay and inferior rate ***,this article proposes a liquid-phase dispersion strategy to introduce a Na_(2)WO_(4)layer on the Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.13)-Co_(0.13)Mn_(0.54)O_(2) cathode,which can reduce the side effects between raw materials and electrolyte and promote the insertion/extraction rate of Li^(+),thus enhancing the material stability and rate *** a result,the capacity retention rate is 96.9%after 200 cycles under ***,the capacities are 177.5,149.5,111.1 and58.3 mAh·g^(-1)at 1C,2C,5C and 10C,implying a superior fast charging *** exceptional performance can be ascribed to both the increased conductivity and enhanced structural stability of the cathode ***'s more,based on the investigation of ion insertion/extraction behavior in electrode materials and the ion migration kinetics in the electrolyte,this study suggests that coating Li-rich Mn-based materials with Na_(2)WO_(4)can be a promising strategy to improve their performance in LIBs.

Biomass,derived from plant photosynthesis that captures carbon dioxide to form carbohydrates,offers vast renewable *** electrooxidation of biomass,coupled with the hydrogen evolution reaction,enables the simultaneous production of biomass-based plastic monomers and green hydrogen,attracting significant scholarly ***,ambiguity remains regarding the adsorption mechanism at the catalyst surface(Langmuir-Hinshelwood or Eley-Rideal)and the adsorbed substrate *** address this,we prepared a Ni/Co electrode for the electrooxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)into 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA)through a corrosion reaction and electro-reduction *** conversion reached 100.00%,FDCA yield reached 96.82%,and Faradic efficiency(FE)reached 92.14%.Meaningfully,utilizing in-situ spectroscopy and electrochemical methods,this work provided valuable insights into active sites and catalyst surface adsorption.
