Advances in flexible weak-light detectors based on perovskites:preparation,optimization,and application

Photodetectors with weak-light detection capabilities play an indispensable role in various crucial fields such as health monitors,imaging,optical communication,and ***,the detection of weak light signals is often severely interfered by multiple factors such as background light,dark noise and circuit noise,making it difficult to accurately capture *** traditional technologies like silicon photomultiplier tubes excel in sensitivity,their high cost and inherent fragility restrict their widespread *** this background,perovskite materials have rapidly emerged as a research focus in the field of photodetection due to their simple preparation processes and exceptional optoelectronic *** only are the preparation processes of perovskite materials straightforward and cost-effective,but more importantly,they can be flexibly integrated into flexible and stretchable *** characteristic significantly compensates for the shortcomings of traditional rigid electronic devices in specific application scenarios,opening up entirely new possibilities for photodetection ***,recent advances in perovskite light detection technology are ***,the chemical and physical properties of perovskite materials are discussed,highlighting their remarkable advantages in weak-light ***,the review systematically organizes various preparation techniques of perovskite materials and analyses their advantages in different application ***,from the two core dimensions of performance improvement and light absorption enhancement,the key strategies of improving the performance of perovskite weak-light photodetectors are ***,the review concludes with a brief summary and a discussion on the potential challenges that may arise in the further development of perovskite devices.

Glucocorticoids Significantly Influence the Transcriptome of Bone Microvascular Endothelial Cells of Human Femoral Head

Background： Appropriate expression and regulation of the transcriptome, which mainly comprise ofmRNAs and lncRNAs, are important for all biological and cellular processes including the physiological activities of bone microvascular endothelial cells （BMECs）. Through an intricate intraeellular signaling systems, the transcriptome regulates the pharmacological response of the cells. Although studies have elucidated the impact of glucocorticoids （GCs） cell-specific gene expression signatures, it remains necessary to comprehensively characterize the impact of lncRNAs to transcriptional changes. Methods： BMECs were divided into two groups. One was treated with GCs and the other left untreated as a paired control. Differential expression was analyzed with GeneSpring software V12.0 （Agilent, Santa Clara, CA, USA） and hierarchical clustering was conducted using Cluster 3,0 software. The Gene Ontology （GO） analysis was performed with Molecular Annotation System provided by CapitalBio Corporation. Results： Our results highlight the involvement of genes implicated in development, differentiation and apoptosis following GC stimulation. Elucidation of differential gene expression emphasizes the importance of regulatory gene networks induced by GCs. We identified 73 up-regulated and 166 down-regulated long noncoding RNAs, the expression of 107 of which significantly correlated with 172 mRNAs induced by hydrocortisone. Conclusions： Transcriptome analysis of BMECs from human samples was performed to identify specific gene networks induced by GCs. Our results identified complex RNA crosstalk underlying the pathogenesis of steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head.

Overexpression of Tau Rescues Nogo-66-Induced Neurite Outgrowth Inhibition In Vitro

Abstract Nogo-66 plays a central role in the myelin- mediated inhibition of neurite outgrowth. Tau is a micro- tubule-associated protein involved in microtubule assembly and stabilization. It remains unverified whether tau inter- acts directly with growth factor receptors, or engages in cross-talk with regeneration inhibitors like Nogo-66. Here, we report that plasmid overexpression of tau significantly elevated the protein levels of total tau, phosphorylated tau, and microtubule-affinity regulating kinase （MARK）. Nogo- 66 transiently elevated the total tau protein level and per- sistently reduced the level of p-s262 tau （tau phosphory- lated at serine 262）, whereas it had little influence on the level of p-T205 tau （tau phosphorylated at threonine 205）. Nogo-66 significantly decreased the protein level of MARK. Hymenialdisine, an inhibitor of MARK, signifi- cantly reduced the level of p-S262 tau. Overexpression of tau rescued the Nogo-66-induced inhibition of neurite outgrowth in neuroblastoma cortical neurons. However, 2a （N2a） cells and primary concomitant inhibition ofMARK abolished the rescue of neurite outgrowth by tan in N2a cells. We conclude that dephosphorylation of tau at S262 is able to regulate Nogo-66 signaling, and that overexpression of tau can rescue the Nogo-66-induced inhibition of neurite outgrowth in vitro.

Experimental study on the buckling of composite cylinders with reinforced circular hole under hydrostatic pressure

In this paper,a type of reinforcing structure for composite shell with single and through hole is *** experimental tests for the composite shells without hole,with single hole and reinforced structure,with through hole and reinforced structure subjected to hydrostatic pressure were carried out by the designed experimental test *** mechanical responses of the composite shells under hydrostatic pressure are obtained by the high-speed camera and strain *** results show that the entire deformation process of the shell can be divided into three:uniform compression,"buckling mode formation"and ***"buckling mode formation"process is captured and reported for the first *** the composite shell with single hole,the proposed reinforcing structure has a significant reinforcement effect on the shell and the buckling capacity of the shell is not weaker than the complete composite *** the composite shell with through hole,sealing effect can be achieved by the proposed reinforcing structure,but the buckling capacity of the shell after reinforcement can only reach 77%of the original buckling capacity.

目的·设计、合成新型CDK2-cyclin A2小分子抑制剂并探讨此类抑制剂的构效关系。方法·通过计算机辅助药物设计方法,以CDK2-cyclin A2晶体ATP结合区域为口袋,筛选出先导化合物。根据CDK2-cyclin A2的ATP结合区域特点,设计合成一系列苯磺酰胺类化合物;根据已构建好的体外激酶活性检测体系,对化合物体外活性进行研究。结果·合成了29个新型苯磺酰胺类CDK2-cyclin A2抑制剂,化合物对CDK2-cyclin A2抑制检测结果显示,WZ-026对CDK2-cyclin A2抑制作用的IC_(50)值为3.81μmol/L。结论·综合虚拟筛选、化学合成、生物检测等方法,得到对CDK2-cyclin A2有明显抑制活性的苯环酰胺类化合物WZ-026;初步得到此类小分子化合物与CDK2-cyclin A2的作用模式。

A nuclide identification method ofγspectrum and model building based on the transformer

In current neural network algorithms for nuclide identification in high-background,poor-resolution detectors,traditional network paradigms including back-propagation networks,convolutional neural networks,recurrent neural networks,etc.,have been limited in research on γ spectrum analysis because of their inherent mathematical *** is difficult to make progress in terms of training data requirements and prediction *** contrast to traditional network paradigms,network models based on the transformer structure have the characteristics of parallel computing,position encoding,and deep stacking,which have enabled good performance in natural language processing tasks in recent ***,in this paper,a transformer-based neural network (TBNN) model is proposed to achieve nuclide identification for the first ***,the Geant4 program was used to generate the basic single-nuclide energy spectrum through Monte Carlo simulations.A multi-nuclide energy spectrum database was established for neural network training using random matrices of γ-ray energy,activity,and *** on the encoder–decoder structure,a network topology based on the transformer was built,transforming the 1024-channel energy spectrum data into a 32×32 energy spectrum sequence as the model *** experiments and adjustments of model parameters,including the learning rate of the TBNN model,number of attention heads,and number of network stacking layers,the overall recognition rate reached 98.7%.Additionally,this database was used for training AI models such as back-propagation networks,convolutional neural networks,residual networks,and long shortterm memory neural networks,with overall recognition rates of 92.8%,95.3%,96.3%,and 96.6%,*** indicates that the TBNN model exhibited better nuclide identification among these AI models,providing an important reference and theoretical basis for the practical application of transformers in the qualitative and quantitativ

Positron annihilation study of defect formation and evolution in matrix graphite under He ion irradiation

The stability of matrix graphite under neutron irradiation and in corrosive environments is crucial for the safe operation of molten salt reactors(MSRs).Raman spectroscopy and a slow positron beam were employed to investigate the effects of He ion irradiation fluences and subsequent annealing on the microstructure and defects of the matrix *** ions with 500 keV energy and fluences ranging from 1.1×10^(15)ions∕cm^(2)to 3.5×10^(17)ions∕cm^(2)were used to simulate neutron irradiation at 300 *** samples with an irradiation fluence of 3.5×10^(16)ions∕cm^(2)were subjected to isochronal annealing at different temperatures(573 K,873 K and 1173 K)for 3 *** Raman results revealed that the D peak gradually increased,whereas the intrinsic G peak decreased with increasing irradiation *** the same irradiation fluence,the D peak gradually decreased,whereas the intrinsic G peak increased with increasing annealing *** positron beam analysis demonstrated that the density or size of irradiation defects(vacancy type)increased with higher irradiation fluence,but decreased rapidly with increasing annealing *** Raman spectral analysis of sample cross sections subjected to high irradiation fluences revealed the emergence of amorphization precisely at the depth where ion damage was most pronounced,whereas the surface retained its crystalline *** and positron annihilation analyses indicated that the matrix graphite exhibited good irradiation resistance to He ions at 300 ***,vacancy-type defects induced by He ion irradiation exhibit poor thermal stability and can be easily removed during annealing.

BACKGROUND The liver is the most common site of digestive system tumor metastasis,but not all liver metastases can be traced back to the primary *** it is unusual,syphilis can impact the liver,manifesting as syphilitic hepatitis with inflammatory nodules,which might be misdiagnosed as *** SUMMARY This case report involves a 46-year-old female who developed right upper abdominal pain and intermittent low fever that persisted for more than three *** definitive diagnosis of a tumor had been made in the past decades,but signs of multiple liver metastases were recognized after a computed tomo-graphy scan without evidence of primary *** positive serological tests for syphilis and a biopsy of the liver nodules,a diagnosis of hepatic syphilis was made and confirmed with follow-up nodule reduction after anti-syphilis *** Clinicians must be aware of the possibility that syphilis can cause hepatic inflam-matory masses,especially when liver metastasis is suspected without evidence of primary lesions.A definitive diagnosis should be established in conjunction with a review of the patient’s medical history for accurate therapeutic intervention.
