A nano-laminated Y_(3)Si_(2)C_(2) ceramic material was successfully synthesized via an in situ reaction between YH_(2)and SiC using spark plasma sintering technology.A MAX phase-like ternary layered structure of Y_(3)Si_(2)C_(2) was observed at the atomic-scale by high resolution transmission electron *** lattice parameters calculated from both X-ray diffraction and selected area electron diffraction patterns are in good agreement with the reported theoretical *** nano-laminated fracture of kink boundaries,delamination,and slipping were observed at the tip of the Vickers *** elastic modulus and Vickers hardness of Y_(3)Si_(2)C_(2) ceramics(with 5.5 wt%Y_(2)O_(3)) sintered at 1500℃were 156 and 6.4 GPa,*** corresponding values of thermal and electrical conductivity were 13.7 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1) and 6.3×10^(5)S·m^(-1),respectively.

Sodium-ion batteries have emerged as competitive substitutes for low-temperature applications due to severe capacity loss and safety concerns of lithium-ion batteries at−20°C or ***,the key capability of ultrafast charging at ultralow temperature for SIBs is rarely ***,a hybrid of Bi nanoparticles embedded in carbon nanorods is demonstrated as an ideal material to address this issue,which is synthesized via a high temperature shock *** a hybrid shows an unprecedented rate performance(237.9 mAh g^(−1) at 2 A g^(−1))at−60℃,outperforming all reported SIB anode *** with a Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)cathode,the energy density of the full cell can reach to 181.9 Wh kg^(−1) at−40°*** on this work,a novel strategy of high-rate activation is proposed to enhance performances of Bi-based materials in cryogenic conditions by creating new active sites for interfacial reaction under large current.

The stability of matrix graphite under neutron irradiation and in corrosive environments is crucial for the safe operation of molten salt reactors(MSRs).Raman spectroscopy and a slow positron beam were employed to investigate the effects of He ion irradiation fluences and subsequent annealing on the microstructure and defects of the matrix *** ions with 500 keV energy and fluences ranging from 1.1×10^(15)ions∕cm^(2)to 3.5×10^(17)ions∕cm^(2)were used to simulate neutron irradiation at 300 *** samples with an irradiation fluence of 3.5×10^(16)ions∕cm^(2)were subjected to isochronal annealing at different temperatures(573 K,873 K and 1173 K)for 3 *** Raman results revealed that the D peak gradually increased,whereas the intrinsic G peak decreased with increasing irradiation *** the same irradiation fluence,the D peak gradually decreased,whereas the intrinsic G peak increased with increasing annealing *** positron beam analysis demonstrated that the density or size of irradiation defects(vacancy type)increased with higher irradiation fluence,but decreased rapidly with increasing annealing *** Raman spectral analysis of sample cross sections subjected to high irradiation fluences revealed the emergence of amorphization precisely at the depth where ion damage was most pronounced,whereas the surface retained its crystalline *** and positron annihilation analyses indicated that the matrix graphite exhibited good irradiation resistance to He ions at 300 ***,vacancy-type defects induced by He ion irradiation exhibit poor thermal stability and can be easily removed during annealing.

Functional hyperbranched polymers,as an important class of materials,are widely applied in diverse ***,the development of simple and efficient reactions to prepare hyperbranched polymers is of great *** this work,trialdehydes,diamines,and trimethylsilyl cyanide could easily undergo multicomponent polymerization under mild conditions,producing hyperbranched poly(α-aminonitrile)s with high molecular weights(M_(w) up to 4.87×10^(4))in good yields(up to 85%).The hyperbranched poly(α-aminonitrile)s have good solubility in commonly used organic solvents,high thermal stability as well as morphological ***,due to the numerous aldehyde groups in their branched chains,these hb-poly(α-aminonitrile)s can undergo one-pot,two-step,four-component post-polymerization with high *** work not only confirms the efficiency of our established catalyst-free multicomponent polymerization of aldehydes,amines and trimethylsilyl cyanide,but also provides a versatile and powerful platform for the preparation of functional hyperbranched polymeric materials.

The chiral Schwinger model is studied by the path-integral method. It is proved that the model is renormalizable only by the fermion wave function renormalization, and there is no wave function renormalization for the 'photon', nor coupling constant renormalization. But when the chiral Schwinger model is added the Wess-Zumino term, all of the Green functions become finite. It is shown that the divergence structure of the anomalous theory is worse than that of a gauge invariant theory.

传统共享系统数据模型的建模方法在语义性质分析和语义行为描述方面存在不足,针对以上问题提出了一种基于Fibrations理论的共享系统数据模型。主要工作体现在两个方面:首先,应用真值函子、保持真值的提升与内涵函子并结合代数方法精确分析了语义性质,应用等式函子、保持等式的提升及商函子并结合共代数方法形式化描述了语义行为;其次,在Fibrations理论框架内构造复杂归纳与共归纳数据结构上参数化的递归与共递归操作,抽象描述具有普适意义的归纳与共归纳规则,结合实例简要介绍了Fibrations理论的应用。相对于范畴论等传统方法,简洁描述与灵活扩展的Fibrations理论对共享系统数据模型的语义性质和语义行为进行了精确分析与形式化描述,抽象描述了复杂数据结构具有普适性的归纳与共归纳规则。

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)poses a substantial risk to human health due to its high prevalence and mortality ***,current therapeutic strategies remain ***-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)offers the potential to provide comprehensive insights into GC *** To explore the distribution and dynamic changes of cell populations in the GC tumor microenvironment using scRNA-seq *** Cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues were obtained from patients diagnosed with GC at various stages(I,II,III,and IV).Single-cell suspensions were prepared and analyzed using scRNA-seq to examine transcriptome profiles and cell-cell ***,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)and flow cytometry were applied for measuring the expression of cluster of differentiation(CD)2,CD3D,CD3E,cytokeratin 19,cytokeratin 8,and epithelial cell adhesion *** Transcriptome data from 73645 single cells across eight tissues of four patients were categorized into 25 distinct cell clusters,representing 10 different cell *** were observed in these cell type *** adjacent epithelial cells in stages II and III exhibited a degenerative ***,the quantity of CD4 T cells and CD8 T cells were evidently elevated in cancerous *** analysis displayed a remarkable increase in interaction between B cells and other mast cells in stages II,III,and IV of *** findings were further validated through qRT-PCR and flow cytometry,demonstrating elevated T cells and declined epithelial cells within the cancerous *** This study provides a comprehensive analysis of cell dynamics across GC stages,highlighting key interactions within the tumor *** findings offer valuable insights for developing novel therapeutic strategies.
