目的分析比较经肌间隙入路(Wiltse入路)与经皮入路后路短节段内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折对椎旁肌损伤的比较。方法选取2017年3月~2018年3月新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院收治的胸腰段骨折患者35例,据患者意愿不同,采用经经肌间隙入路(Wiltse入路)与经皮入路后路短节段内固定术治疗,两组患者伤椎均置钉,并分为A组(18例)、B组(17例)。随访1年,比较两组的手术指标:术前及术后末次随访胸腰椎CT的椎旁肌平均最大横截面积,术前与术后1 d、3 d的血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)的含量,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分,并评价两组手术治疗的安全性。结果术后1年随访,A组较B组的椎旁肌平均最大横截面积大,A组术后1 d、3 d的血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)的含量较B组低,术后1 d、3 d组间比较有统计学差异(P0.05)。两组术后均无切口感染及钉棒松动、断裂和脱落情况。结论经皮经伤椎短节段后路内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的对椎旁肌的影响更小,中远期的临床疗效显著。

AIM： To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of different portal vein branch embolization agents in inducing compensatory hypertrophy of the remnant liver and to offer a theoretic basis for clinical portal vein branch embolization. METHODS： Forty-one adult dogs were included in the experiment and divided into four groups. Five dogs served as a control group, 12 as a gelfoam group, 12 as a coil-gelfoam group and 12 as an absolute ethanol group. Left portal vein embolization was performed in each group. The results from the embolization in each group using different embolic agents were compared. The safety of portal vein embolization （PVE） was evaluated by liver function test, computed tomography （CT） and digital subtraction angiography （DSA） of liver and portal veins. Statistical test of variance was performed to analyze the results. RESULTS： Gelfoam used for PVE was inefficient in recanalization of portal vein branch 4 wk after the procedure. The liver volume in groups of coil-gelfoam and absolute ethanol increased 25.1% and 33.18%, respectively. There was no evidence of recanalization of embolized portal vein, hepatic dysfunction, and portal hypertension in coil-gelfoam group and absolute ethanol group. CONCOUSION： Portal vein branch embolization using absolute ethanol and coil-gelfoam could induce atrophy of the embolized lobes and compensatory hypertrophy of the remnant liver. Gelfoam is an inefficient agent.

Photocatalysis offers a sustainable means for the oxidative removal of low concentrations of NOx(NO,NO2,N2O,N2O5,etc.)from the *** double hydroxides(LDHs)are promising candidate photocatalysts owing to their unique layered and tunable chemical structures and abundant surface hydroxide(OH)moieties,which are hydroxyl radical(OH)***,the practical applications of LDHs are limited by their poor charge-separation ability and insufficient active ***,we developed a facile N_(2)H_(4)-driven etching approach to introduce dual Ni^(2+)and OHvacancies(Niv and OHv,respectively)into NiFe-LDH nanosheets(hereafter referred to as NiFe-LDH-et)to facilitate improved charge-carrier separation and active Lewis acidic site(Fe^(3+)and Ni^(2+)exposed at OHv)*** contrast to inert pristine LDH,NiFe-LDH-et actively removed NO under visible-light ***,Ni_(76)Fe_(24)-LDH-et etched with 1.50 mmol·L^(-1)N_(2)H_(4)solution removed 32.8%of the NO in continuously flowing air(NO feed concentration:500 parts per billion(ppb))under visible-light illumination,thereby outperforming most reported *** and theoretical data revealed that the dual vacancies promoted the production of reactive oxygen species(O_(2)·^(-)andOH)and the adsorption of NO on the *** situ spectroscopy demonstrated that NO was preferentially adsorbed at Lewis acidic sites,particularly exposed Fe^(3+)sites,converted into NO+,and subsequently oxidized to NO3without the notable formation of the more toxic intermediate NO2,thereby alleviating risks associated with its production and emission.

The temperature and moisture of the pavement structure can be greatly influenced by the wind speed above pavement *** wind speed above pavement surface not only is dominated by the wind speed of atmosphere,but also it is highly related to the landform and buildings around ***,currently there are no studies about the wind field above pavement surface in consideration of the effect of the landform and buildings.A simulation method,which is combined with geographic information system(GIS),wind data from meteorological observatory and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software,is employed to study the effect of the landform and the wind speed of atmosphere on the wind field above pavement *** cases are studied,including an urban road,a coastal road and a mountainous ***,the wind field distribution above road surface in different wind directions was studied in our *** indicate that the wind field above pavement surface can be greatly affected by the landforms,buildings and wind *** simulation method can provide reliable results for the wind field above pavement *** maximum relative errors between simulated and measured wind speed can be less than 20%in the analysis of the three *** is recommended that the CFD simulation method is a good tool to accurately know the wind field above pavement surface.

Studies were carried out on the transesterification of the Chinese Spicehush （lindera communis） seed （LCS） oil with methanol for the production of biodiesel. The methyl esters of LCS oil were compared with soybean esters to determine biodiesel fuel performance and properties. The fatty acids content in the seed kernel oil （LKO） and coat oil （LCO） were quantified by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry method （C-C-MS）. LKO contains 95.1% saturated acids （capric, lauric, myristic and palmitic） and 2.3% unsaturated acids （oleic）. LCO contains 24.6% saturated acids （palmitic and stearic） and 73.6% unsaturated acids （oleic, linoleic and palmitoleic）. The kinematic viscosity, cold filter plugging point, cloud point, flash point and cetane index were determined. The methyl esters of LKO had a higher kinematic viscosity and a lower cold filter plugging point value, so it has better performance in cold weather. The biodiesel of LCS oil has fuel properties within the limits prescribed by American （ASTM D 6751-02） standards, except for a slightly lower flash point of LKO biodiesel than that prescribed by these standards （130℃）. Thus, LKO and LCO biodiesel have great potential to be used on a large scale as fuel for diesel engines.

MgO participates in all stages of sintering,pelletizing,and blast furnace ironmaking,and synergistically optimizing the distribution of MgO in ferrous burden can effectively enhance the interaction within the ferrous burdens and optimize the softening-melting properties of the mixed ***-containing pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter or mixed with high-MgO sinter in the blast furnace ferrous burden structure have opposite softening-melting performance *** the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-containing pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter,the magnesium-containing pellets can enhance the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,which can optimize the composition of the slag phase and improve the slag *** the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-containing pellets mixed with high-MgO sinter,the magnesium-containing pellets weaken the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,increase the content of the high melting point solid-phase particles in the slag,lead to an increase in the viscosity of the slag and difficult separation of the slag and iron,and decrease the permeability of the charge ***,to ensure good permeability of the mixed burden,the following measures are suggested:optimizing the MgO distribution of the ferrous burden,reducing the MgO content of the sinter to 1.96 wt.%,increasing the MgO content of the pellets to 1.03-1.30 wt.%,controlling the MgO/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio of the mixed burden within 1.15-1.32,narrowing the position of the cohesive zone,and maintaining an S value(permeability index)of approximately 150 kPa℃.
