Objective:Dalbergia odorifera has long been used as a Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular *** study aimed to determine the potential myocardial protective effect and possible mechanism of action of *** ife ra essential oil(DOEO).Materials and Methods:The essential oil of *** was extracted by *** cardioprotective effects of DOEO were examined by histopathological observation,myocardial enzyme detection,peroxidation,anti-oxidant level detection,and related protein *** compounds in the blood were identified by gas chromatography-mass ***:These results showed that DOEO had significant myocardial cell protection,with IC50 values ranging from 17.64 to 24.78μg/mL in *** to the myocardial ischemia group,the DOEO pretreatment groups had lower levels of myocardial injury,creatinine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase,alanine transaminase,aspartate transaminase,hydrogen peroxide,and nitric oxide,and higher levels of glutathione and superoxide *** addition,DOEO pretreatment significantly increased Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase *** r,immunohistochemical e xperiments showed that DOEO remarkably increased the protein levels of NF-E2-related nuclear factor 2(Nrf2)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)and reduced the expression of apoptotic caspases,including caspase 3 and caspase *** main components of the blood were transnerolidol and nerolidol ***,the study showed that DOEO displayed myocardial protection by upregulating the NF-E2-related nuclear factor-antioxidant response element(Nrf2-ARE)and caspase *** has a therapeutic effect on MI by inhibiting the oxidant and apoptotic ***:*** may be a potential candidate drug for treating myocardial ischemic injury.

We used whole-tree agarwood-induction technology to produce agarwood from Aquilaria sinensis trees within 20 months, and evaluated the quality of this agarwood. The results showed its characteristics were similar to those of high-grade wild agarwood in terms of texture, chemical constituents, essential oil content, and ethanol-soluble extract content, with the lattermost quality far surpassing the requirement of traditional Chinese medicine agarwood, as indicated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010. To the best of our knowledge, this is first study to show that high-quality agarwood can be produced in whole A. sinensis trees via a chemically induced technology.

A group of poly (phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone)/potassium-titanate-whisker (PPSEK/whisker) composites was prepared by coprecipitation from solution. The whisker surface was modified using titanate coupling agent prior to blending. The tensile, impact, morphology and thermal properties of the moulded composites were investigated. The measurements showed that the tensile strength and impact strength of the composites increased with increasing whiskers content up to 10 to 20 phr, thereafter they showed a decrease in the whiskers content reached 40 phr. At the same time, the modulus of the composites increased with increasing whiskers content. Scanning electron microscopy studies revealed that the whiskers within the composites were dispersed uniformly by treated with coupling agent. Finally, thermogravimetric analysis showed that the heat resistance of the composites tended to increase with increasing whisker content. The results were analysed and discussed in terms of established models of the behaviour of short-fiber reinforced composites.

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture on post-stroke ataxia. Methods： 124 cases of post-stroke ataxia were treated with scalp and body acupuncture to observe the changes of blood velocity in the blood vessels of the brain and the total effects after treatment, Results： The total effective rate was 93.5% based on the result of Berg Balance scale, and was 91.1% on the activities of daily living （ADL） index. The blood velocity of the vertebrobasilar artery was higher after the treatment compared to before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture had good clinical effects.

In recent years, biopharmaceuticals have witnessed remarkable advancements, transforming the landscape of therapeutic interventions. Biopharmaceuticals encompassing therapeutics generated through cutting-edge biotechnological methods have shown promising therapeutic outcomes. However, their clinical success hinges significantly on overcoming drug delivery challenges related to stability, intracellular delivery, immunogenicity, and pharmacokinetic properties. herein, we provide an overview of various marketed macromolecules, including nucleic acids, and immunotherapeutic agents such as cytokines and monoclonal antibodies, as well as other therapeutic peptides/proteins like enzymes, hormones, and coagulation factors. Our primary focus is on elucidating the delivery challenges associated with these macromolecules and highlighting the pivotal role played by drug delivery platforms in the development of currently marketed products, offering valuable insights for both scientific research and the pharmaceutical industry.

为实现数值模拟获得的各种场数据与GIS空间信息的综合集成,有必要对GIS中融合有限元数值计算的方法开展研究。本文采用GRASS GIS、VTK等开源软件,通过Python语言建立了GIS与有限元模拟的复合系统开发框架,针对隧道开挖编写了3DGIS与有限元数值计算无缝耦合分析程序(3DPyGisTFEM)。给出了由中心线上多条轮廓线生成隧道模型的算法,提出了对各地层DEM与隧道模型进行剖切运算获得隧道开挖地质剖面的方法。引入Delaunay网格剖分算法,对GIS中TIN模型不断改良,获得了适合有限元模拟的地质剖面三角形网格。基于多个剖面计算结果,运用插值手段,形成研究区域场数据,结合GIS空间分析方法,对场数据分布规律进行综合分析,实现了GIS与有限元的无缝耦合。黄家寨隧道工程实例表明,相对坡度、隧道中心线缓冲区等因素,地表距隧道拱顶高差的空间分布特征与地表沉降规律相关性更强。

Combustion aerosols and suspended dust with controlled processes in Lhasa:Elemental analysis and size distribution characteristics

To explore air contamination resulting from special biomass combustion and suspended dust in Lhasa,the present study focused on the size distribution and chemical characteristics of particulate matter(PM)emission resulting from 7 types of non-fossil pollution *** investigated the concentration and size distribution of trace elements from 7 pollution sources collected in *** Lhasa’s atmospheric particulate matter data,enrichment factors(EFs)have been calculated to examine the potential impact of those pollution sources on the atmosphere quality of *** highest mass concentration of total elements of biomass combustion appeared at PM_(0.4),and the second highest concentration existed in the size fraction 0.4-1μm;the higher proportion(12%)of toxicmetals was produced by biomass *** elemental composition of suspended dust and atmospheric particulate matter was close(except for As and Cd);the highest concentration of elements was all noted in PM_(2.5-10)(PM3-10).Potassium was found to be one of the main biomass *** proportion of Cu in suspended dust is significantly lower than that of atmospheric particulate matter(0.53%and 3.75%),which indicates that there are other anthropogenic *** EFs analysis showed that the Cr,Cu,Zn,and Pb produced by biomass combustion were highly enriched(EFs>100)in all particle *** EFs of most trace elements increased with decreasing particle size,indicating the greater influence of humanfactors on smaller particles.
