AIM:To explore and compare the radiochemical behavior and biological property of anti-sense oligonuc-leotide (ASON) labeled with technetium-99m using N-hydroxysuccinimidyl S-acetylmercaptoacetyltriglycl ine (NHS-MAG3) and hydrazinonictinamide derivative (HYNIC). METHODS:After HYNIC and NHS-MAG3 were synthesized, ASON was labeled with technetium-99m using HYNIC and NHS-MAG3 as a bifunctional chelator. The in vivo and in vitro stability, binding rates of labeled compounds to serum albumen, biodistribution of 99mTc-MAG3-ASON and 99mTc-HYNIC-ASON in BALB/C mouse and its HT29 tumor cellular uptake were compared. RESULTS:The labeling efficiency and stability of 99mTc-MAG3-ASON were significantly higher than those of 99mTc-HYNIC-ASON (P = 0.02, and P = 0.03, respectively). 99mTc-MAG3-ASON had a significantly lower rate of binding to serum albumen than 99mTc-HYNIC-ASON (P 0.05) and significantly higher in lung and kidney (P < 0.05). The HT29 tumor cellular uptake rate of 99mTc-MAG3-ASON was significantly higher than that of 99mTc-HYNIC-ASON (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION:99mTc-MAG3-ASON shows superior radiochemical behaviors and biological properties than 99mTc-HYNIC-ASON. 99mTc-MAG3-ASON is a potential radiopharmaceutical agent for in vivo application.

Corrosion Behavior of Cr Micro-alloyed Corrosion-resistant Rebar in Neutral Cl^--containing Environment

A new low-cost corrosion-resistant rebar（HRB400R）was designed and fabricated by Cr *** HRB400 Rrebar had uniform distribution of Cr element in ferrite *** corrosion behavior of the rebar in the neutral Cl^--containing environment was studied systematically,and the improved corrosion resistance of the HRB400 Rrebar was *** to the corrosion-morphology observation and electrochemical monitoring during the constant immersion corrosion in the 3.5mass% NaCl solution,the HRB400 Rrebar presented alleviated corrosion damage,nobler Ecorr,lower Icorr,and larger Rtvalues,and these phenomena were more remarkable in the initial corrosion *** elevated electrode potential of the rebar,caused by the solid-solution of Cr micro-alloying in the ferrite grains,was the key to the corrosion-resistance *** HRB400 Rrebar also presented much lower mass-loss rate in the salt spray corrosion *** the elevated corrosion resistance of the matrix,the doping and enrichment of Cr element in the rust layer was another factor for the higher corrosion resistance,which retarded the penetration of aggressive medium through the rust layer.

Polymerization-induced self-assembly(PISA)combines synthesis and self-assembly of artificial polymers in one-pot,which brings us one step closer to emulating ***,the reported PISA formulations primarily focus on developing nano-objects with new chemical compositions and rarely on structural regulation of polymers with specific ***,sequence structure controllable polymerization-induced self-assembly(SCPISA)is reported by using 7-(2-methacryloyloxyethoxy)-4-methylcoumarin(CMA)as a *** the copolymerization of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)and CMA,controlled incorporation of CMA units into the polymer chains can be realized by programmable light/heat ***-based P(HEMA-co-CMA)copolymers with the same composition but different sequence structures generate a range of ***,the morphologies of the resultant nano-objects can also be controlled by regulating the feed molar ratio of CMA and HEMA,which is similar to the conventional PISA,but the synthesis procedure is obviously simplified in *** versatility of the methodology is further demonstrated by the fabrication of different functional nano-objects with sequence structure-dependent morphologies in SCPISA systems with different functional monomers.

Post-disaster reconstruction is a topic of global concern,and traditional villages have special heritage attributes and need to face more requirements and obstacles in post-disaster *** paper summarizes four concepts based on the research on post-disaster reconstruction both domestically and internationally,as well as the recovery and reconstruction of cultural *** a field survey of traditional villages in the Ms 6.8 Luding earthquake-stricken area,it is found that there are problems such as insufficient awareness of heritage value,misalignment of scientific reconstruction technology,and insufficient protection of reconstruction elements during the reconstruction *** villages face the risk of declining or even loss of heritage *** order to effectively protect traditional villages and inherit the carrier of regional culture,four targeted reconstruction response strategies are proposed,i.e.,to"establish special planning for traditional village preservation","emphasize recovery of the authenticity of village heritage","ensure elements for village heritage recovery"and"promote the activation and utilization of village heritage",based on the problems discovered during the survey and the four concepts summarized in the research on post-disaster reconstruction of traditional *** research results hope to provide useful reference for ancient cultural areas affected by earthquakes on how to protect cultural heritage during the post-disaster reconstruction process.

Effects of Red Palm Oil on Serum Lipids and Plasma Carotenoids Level in Chinese Male Adults

Objective Effects of red palm oil on major plasma carotenoids, tocopherol, retinol and serum lipids were evaluated when used in Chinese diet. Methods Red palm oil group (RPO) composed of 20 male subjects(aged 18-32) and soybean oil group (SBO) composed of 22 male subjects (aged 18-32). Dietary fat provided about 28% of total calories, and the test oil accounted for about 60% of total dietary fat. In the 3 weeks of pretest period, diets were prepared with soybean oil, and then in the next 6 weeks subjects in each group consumed the diet prepared by test oil. Results Plasma α-carotene, β-carotene and lycopene concentration of RPO group significantly increased at the time of interim (21 days) and of the end (42 days) (P<0.05), and α-tocopherol concentration significantly increased at the time of the end (42 days) in this study. Though Chinese plasma retinol level was relatively low when compared with that of Westerners, red palm oil diet showed no significant effect on adult Chinese plasma retinol level. Serum concentration of total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein AI and apolipoprotein B of all subjects showed no significant changes in RPO group during the study. Conclusions The data in our study suggest that red palm oil is a good source of carotenoids and vitamin E when used in Chinese diet preparation, and it can significantly increase plasma concentration of a-carotene, α-carotene, lycopene and β-tocopherol.

Objective:To evaluate the anticancer effect of ellagic acid on gastric cancer ***:MTT assay was used to evaluate the effect of ellagic acid at different concentrations(0.5-100μg/mL)on gastric cancer AGS ***-qPCR and Western blot analyses were applied to assess apoptosis(BCL-2,CASP-3,and BAX)and autophagy(LC3,ATG5,and BECN1)in AGS cells treated with ellagic *** expression of invasion-related markers including TP53,CDKN2A,and PTEN was *** addition,cell cycle markers including cyclin A,B,D,and E were measured by *** stress markers were evaluated using ***:Ellagic acid inhibited the proliferation of AGS cells in a concentration-and time-dependent *** expression of BCL-2 was significantly decreased(P0.05).Moreover,the oxidative stress markers including SOD,TAC,and MDA were increased by ellagic acid(P<0.01).Conclusions:Ellagic acid can inhibit cell proliferation,induce apoptosis,and modulate oxidative stress in AGS ***,further in vivo and molecular studies are needed to verify its anticancer efficacy.

The Ω and ? production in relativistic heavy-ion collisions is studied in a dynamical quark coalescence model using the phase space information of strange quarks from a multiphase transport(AMPT) model. Enhanced local parton density fluctuation is implemented in the AMPT to simulate the QCD phase transition dynamics. By studying the transverse momentum pT spectra and the elliptic flow of the multi-strangeness particles, such as Ω and ? , and the Ω/? ratio as a function of pTin the AMPT,we find that the new development improves the description of experimental data. The study motivates further experimental investigations of Ω and ? production in phase Ⅱ of the Beam Energy Scan program at RHIC.

Olefin polymerization is one of the most im portant chemical reactions in *** work presents a strategy that emphasizes the synergistic meta/poro-steric hindrance of N-aryl groups and electronic effects in newly synthesized neutral salicylaldiminato nickel *** nickel(Ⅱ)catalysts exhibit exceptional thermostability,ranging from 30℃to 130℃,demonstrating enhanced catalytic activities and broadly regulated polyethylene molecular weights(3-341 kg·mol^(-1))and controlled polymer branch density(2-102 brs/1000C).The preferred catalyst Ni3 with concerted steric and electronic effects enables the production of solid-state semi-crystalline polyethylene materials at temperatures below 90℃.Notably,Ni3 exhibits an impressive tolerance of 110℃and can withstand even the challenging polymerization temperature of 130℃,leading to the production of polyethylene wax and ***,functionalized polyethylene is produced.
