High-dose dexamethasone regulates microglial polarization via the GR/JAK1/STAT3 signaling pathway after traumatic brain injury

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2s-1in 0.5-4 ke V,～300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 ke V,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for ～4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable ～10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP240408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of～10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

Global Probabilistic Voltage Sensitivity Analysis of Active Distribution Networks Based on the Compound Gaussian Mixture Model

The stochasticity of the high penetration of distributed generations (DGs) exacerbates the voltage fluctuation of the active distribution networks (ADNs) and complicates its voltage safety analysis. Therefore, this paper proposes a global probability voltage sensitivity analysis method based on the compound Gaussian mixture model (GMM). Firstly, a shared node path impedance-based global voltage sensitivity analytical model of ADN is derived to quantify the impact of global power fluctuations on node voltage. Considering that the voltage fluctuation has the non-Gaussian characteristic under the superposition influence of power uncertainty injected by multiple nodes, the GMM is used to characterize the probability characteristics of DG and load forecasting errors. Then, based on the affine transformation of the global sensitivity matrix to the GMM of DG and load forecasting error, the probability analytic expression of the voltage fluctuation is constructed, which is caused by the uncertainty of DG and load. Finally, based on the GMM characteristic function, the compound GMM characteristic function of the combined influence of the uncertainty of DG and load on voltage fluctuation is derived, and the global probabilistic voltage sensitivity analysis model based on the compound GMM is established. The case study results show that the proposed method can reflect the probability characteristics of the impact of all node power fluctuations on node voltage, and can quickly and accurately calculate the probability of over-voltage in ADNs. © 2025 Power System Technology Press. Operation Risk Analysis of Electric Vehicle With Ultra-fast Charging Integrated to Distribution Network Considering the Bearing Capacity of Power System

At present, the access of distributed generation and electric vehicles with ultra-fast charging to the distribution network will increase the operational risk of the system. Aiming at the problem that the existing risk assessment indicators fail to consider the system capacity effectively, this paper proposed a comprehensive index of risk assessment of distribution networks considering the power system's capacity. The distributed generation output model and the electric vehicle load model with ultra-fast charging were first constructed. Then, the index based on the distribution entropy theory was used to measure the risk caused by the over-limit of state variables such as voltage and power and the uncertainty of their distribution. The index based on the Theil entropy theory was introduced to measure the risk caused by the equilibrium degree of the incremental distribution of state variables after the load impacted the system. The weight analysis method combining the order relationship method and the objective weighting method was used to evaluate the system risk comprehensively. Finally, the rationality of the comprehensive index was calculated and analyzed by testing the IEEE 33-node system. The results show that the comprehensive index proposed can effectively evaluate the potential risk when the system does not exceed the limit and consider that the ultra-fast charging of electric vehicles will change the time series distribution characteristics of comprehensive risk. The research in this paper can provide theoretical guidance for the safe operation of electric vehicles. with ultra-fast charging connected to the distribution network. © 2025 Power System Technology Press. 术前CT指标预测胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘风险的可行性分析

目的通过胰十二指肠切除术（PD）患者术前的计算机断层扫描（ CT）资料,探讨能预测术后胰瘘（POPF）的有效指标.方法回顾性分析郑州大学人民医院2010年6月至2017年1月行PD患者的CT图像资料,研究胰腺指数、胰管宽度、胰腺CT值、胰脾CT值比、胰腺厚度等13个变量指标,确定各指标与POPF的相关性,绘制受试者工作曲线（ROC）并计算曲线下面积（AUC）进行评价.对具有最大AUC的指标设计不同切割点值,计算约登指数等指标,找出具有最大预测效能的临界值.结果共154例PD患者纳入研究范围,27例（17.5％）发生了POPF.变量指标中7个与POPF显著关联,其中胰腺指数具有ROC曲线下具有最大面积（AUC：0.865,P〈0.001）;胰管宽度（AUC：0.834,P〈0.001）同样具有较高的预测价值;胰腺厚度、胰脾CT值比率、腹壁脂肪厚度、胰腺CT值、胰腺腹主动脉CT比率与POPF同样相关.胰腺指数切割点界定在0.15时,敏感度为0.83,特异度为0.86,约登指数为0.69,准确度为0.88,预测效能最高.脐周腹围、脾脏CT值等6个指标与POPF无相关性.结论对术前患者CT指标进行分析可预测PD术后POPF的风险,通过评估发现胰腺指数具有最大预测效能,同时胰管宽度,胰脾密度比等指标与POPF相关.

Limited by low conductivity,designing cathode materials with excellent electron transfer efficiency for high-performance nickel-zinc batteries （NZBs） remains *** this study,a series of bimetallic metal-organic nanowires were fabricated by doping M ions in NiNTA,resulting in NiMNTA (M=Mg2+,Mn2+,Co2+,Zn2+,Ag+),and NixCo6-xNTA （x=1,2,3,4,5）.The proportions and types of metal ions can be modified without altering the initial coordination structure.X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy （XAFS） revealed that only M–O bonds,not metal bonds,were present in the *** performance of Ni2Co4NTA as the cathode for aqueous NZBs was significantly improved,achieving the maximum energy density of 279.17Wh kg-1with the high cycle stability （retention rate of 72.0%after 1,000 cycles）.The flexible Ni2Co4NTA//Zn@carbon cloth battery employing gel electrolyte also exhibits the excellent Coulombic efficiency of 96%after 350 *** approach shows considerable potential for designing one-dimensional materials with bimetallic modifications,providing new strategies for developing cathode materials for NZBs with high specific capacity and cycle stability.

The applications of single-cell and spatial technologies in recent times have revolutionized the present understanding of cellular states and the cellular heterogeneity inherent in complex biological systems. These advancements offer unprecedented resolution in the examination of the functional genomics of individual cells and their spatial context within tissues. In this review, we have comprehensively discussed the historical development and recent progress in the field of single-cell and spatial genomics. We have reviewed the breakthroughs in single-cell multi-omics technologies, spatial genomics methods, and the computational strategies employed toward the analyses of singlecell atlas data. Furthermore, we have highlighted the advances made in constructing cellular atlases and their clinical applications,particularly in the context of disease. Finally, we have discussed the emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in this rapidly evolving field.
