Sparse large-scale multi-objective optimization problems(SLMOPs)are common in science and ***,the large-scale problem represents the high dimensionality of the decision space,requiring algorithms to traverse vast expanse with limited computational ***,in the context of sparse,most variables in Pareto optimal solutions are zero,making it difficult for algorithms to identify non-zero variables *** paper is dedicated to addressing the challenges posed by *** start,we introduce innovative objective functions customized to mine maximum and minimum candidate *** substantial enhancement dramatically improves the efficacy of frequent pattern *** this way,selecting candidate sets is no longer based on the quantity of nonzero variables they contain but on a higher proportion of nonzero variables within specific ***,we unveil a novel approach to association rule mining,which delves into the intricate relationships between non-zero *** novel methodology aids in identifying sparse distributions that can potentially expedite reductions in the objective function *** extensively tested our algorithm across eight benchmark problems and four real-world *** results demonstrate that our approach achieves competitive solutions across various challenges.

We use the method of wavelet transform to analyze the time series of the Earth＇s rotation rate of the EOP （IERS） C04. The result shows that the seasonal （annual and semiannual） variation of the length-of-day （LOD） has temporal variability in its period length and amplitude. During 1965.0-2001.0, the periods of the semiannual and annual components varied mainly from 175-day to 190-day and from 3.0-day to 3.0-day, respectively; while their amplitudes varied by more than 0.2 ms and 0.1 ms, respectively. Analyzing the axial component of atmospheric angular momentum （AAM） during this period, we have found that time-variations of period lengths and amplitudes also exist in the seasonal oscillations of the axial AAM and are in good consistency with those of the seasonal LOD change. The time variation of the axial AAM can explain largely the change of the LOD on seasonal scales.

This paper reviews observations of the solar magnetic and velocity fields in active regions where flares produce. Our study includes (1) the relationship among the magnetic fields, Doppler velocity fields and flares; (2) the relationship between magnetic shear and flares; (3. the relationship among electric currents, electric helicity and flares; (4) the evidence for non-potential magnetic field.

This paper presents a comparative analysis on the two Solar Proton Events (SPE), which occurred on 14 July 2000 (Bastille Day) and 28 October 2003.(28OCT03. respectively. It is found that although the peak flux of the latter seemed to be greater than that of the former based on geostationary observations, the maximum intensities of the energetic protons (>10 MeV and 3. MeV) during the Bastille Day event were all higher than those of the 28OCT03.event according to the interplanetary observations. Further analysis indicated that the quantity of the seed particles, which could be accelerated to the energies exceeding 10 and 3. MeV by the Coronal Mass Ejection (CME)-driven shock on 14 July 2000, was far larger than that of the 28OCT03.event. In the Bastille Day case, when the CME approached to the height around 14 R⊙, the CME-driven shock would reach its maximum capacity in accelerating the solar en- ergetic protons (>100 MeV). In contrast, on 28 October 2003. when CME approached to the height about 58R⊙, the CME-driven shock reached its highest potential in accelerating the solar energetic protons of the same category. At this moment, the peak flux (>100 MeV) was about 155 pfu, which was much lower than 3.5 pfu measured on 14 July 2000. This demonstrated that in the Bastille Day event, the quantity of the seed particles, which could be accelerated to the energy beyond 100 MeV, was significantly larger than its counterpart in the 28OCT03.case. Therefore, the peak flux of an SPE event depends not only on the interplanetary intensity of the solar energetic particles, but also on the velocity of the associated CME-driven shock, and the quantity of the seed particles as well as on the interplanetary magnetic en- vironment. This paper also reveals that the magnetic sheath associated with ICME on 28 October 2003.captured a large number of solar energetic protons, including those having energy greater than 100 MeV.

This paper investigates the minimum-time trajectory planning problem of an autonomous vehicle. To deal with unknown and uncertain dynamics of the vehicle, the trajectory planning problem is modeled as a Markov decision process with a continuous action space. To solve it, we propose a continuous advantage learning(CAL) algorithm based on the advantage-value equation, and adopt a stochastic policy in the form of multivariate Gaussian distribution to encourage exploration. A shared actor-critic architecture is designed to simultaneously approximate the stochastic policy and the value function, which greatly reduces the computation burden compared to general actor-critic methods. Moreover, the shared actor-critic is updated with a loss function built as mean square consistency error of the advantage-value equation, and the update step is performed several times at each time step to improve data efficiency. Simulations validate the effectiveness of the proposed CAL algorithm and its better performance than the soft actor-critic algorithm.

This paper focuses on the adaptive detection of range and Doppler dual-spread targets in non-homogeneous and nonGaussian sea *** sea clutter from two polarimetric channels is modeled as a compound-Gaussian model with different parameters,and the target is modeled as a subspace rangespread target *** persymmetric structure is used to model the clutter covariance matrix,in order to reduce the reliance on secondary data of the designed *** adaptive polarimetric persymmetric detectors are designed based on the generalized likelihood ratio test(GLRT),Rao test,and Wald *** the proposed detectors have constant falsealarm rate property with respect to the clutter texture,the speckle covariance *** results on simulated and measured data show that three adaptive detectors outperform the competitors in different clutter environments,and the proposed GLRT detector has the best detection performance under different parameters.

Spectral analysis of two solar twins and the colors of the Sun

High resolution (R^40,000) and high signal-to-noise ratio (>150) spectra of two solar twins, HD14623. and HD19503., are obtained with the Coude Echelle Spectrograph at the 2.16 m telescope of the national astronomical observatories of {3. (Xinglong, China). Based on the detailed spectrum match, comparisons of chemical composition and chromospheric activity, HD14623. and HD19503. are confirmed that they are similar to the Sun except for lithium abundance, which is higher than the solar value. Moreover, among nine solar twin candidates (including HD14623. and HD19503.) found in the previous works, we have picked out six good solar twin candidates based on newly-derived homogenous parameters, and collected their colors in the Johnson/Cousins, Tycho, 2MASS and Strmgren system from the literature. The average color are (B-V)⊙=0.644 mag, (V-Ic)⊙=0.707 mag, (BT-VT)⊙=0.725 mag, (J-H)⊙=0.288 mag, (H-K)⊙=0.066 mag, (v-y)⊙=1.028 mag, (v-b)⊙=0.619 mag, (u-v)⊙=0.954 mag and (b-y)⊙=0.409 mag, which represent the solar colors with higher precision than previous works.

Camptothecin is a complex monoterpenoid indole alkaloid with remarkable antitumor *** that two C-10 modified camptothecin derivatives,topotecan and irinotecan,have been approved as potent anticancer agents,there is a critical need for methods to access other aromatic ringfunctionalized congeners(e.g.,C-9,C-10,etc.).However,contemporary methods for chemical oxidation are generally harsh and low-yielding when applied to the camptothecin scaffold,thereby limiting the development of modified *** herein,we have identified four tailoring enzymes responsible for C-9 modifications of camptothecin from Nothapodytes tomentosa,via metabolomic and transcriptomic *** consist of a cytochrome P450(Nt CPT9H)which catalyzes the regioselective oxidation of camptothecin to 9-hydroxycamptothecin,as well as two methyltransferases(Nt OMT1/2,converting 9-hydroxycamptothecin to 9-methoxycamptothecin),and a uridine diphosphate-glycosyltransferase(Nt UGT5,decorating 9-hydroxycamptothecin to9-β-D-glucosyloxycamptothecin).Importantly,the critical residues that contribute to the specific catalytic activity of Nt CPT9H have been elucidated through molecular docking and mutagenesis *** work provides a genetic basis for producing camptothecin derivatives through metabolic *** will hasten the discovery of novel C-9 modified camptothecin derivatives,with profound implications for pharmaceutical manufacture.

On the Evolution of the Lower Energy Cutoff of Nonthermal Electrons in Solar Flares

Using the method recently developed by Can et al. (2001a, 2002), We investigate the time variation of the lower energy cutoff (Ec) of nonthermal electrons for three BATSE/CGRO hard X-ray events. The result shows that Ec changes with time, from smaller before the peak flux, to larger at the peak, and then back to smaller after the peak. Such a variation of Ec, being a preliminary conclusion for the first time, should be checked in the future by using data with a higher energy resolution.
