To solve the problems in restoring sedimentary facies and predicting reservoirs in loose gas-bearing sediment,based on seismic sedimentologic analysis of the first 9-component S-wave 3D seismic dataset of China,a fourth-order isochronous stratigraphic framework was set up and then sedimentary facies and reservoirs in the Pleistocene Qigequan Formation in Taidong area of Qaidam Basin were studied by seismic geomorphology and seismic *** study method and thought are as ***,techniques of phase rotation,frequency decomposition and fusion,and stratal slicing were applied to the 9-component S-wave seismic data to restore sedimentary facies of major marker beds based on sedimentary models reflected by satellite ***,techniques of seismic attribute extraction,principal component analysis,and random fitting were applied to calculate the reservoir thickness and physical parameters of a key sandbody,and the results are satisfactory and confirmed by blind testing *** results reveal that the dominant sedimentary facies in the Qigequan Formation within the study area are delta front and shallow *** RGB fused slices indicate that there are two cycles with three sets of underwater distributary channel systems in one *** them,sandstones in the distributary channels of middle-low Qigequan Formation are thick and broad with superior physical properties,which are favorable *** reservoir permeability is also affected by *** channel sandstone reservoirs extend further to the west of Sebei-1 gas field,which provides a basis to expand exploration to the western peripheral area.

Mineralogical properties and co-sintering characteristics of fluxed iron ore with magnetite concentrates

To investigate the feasibility of co-sintering of fluxed iron ore with magnetite concentrates, the mineralogical properties of a novel fluxed iron ore were studied using particle size analysis, microscopic morphology characterization, and X-ray diffraction Rietveld analysis. Following that, the experiments for granulation performance and basic sintering characteristics were designed under seven different fluxed iron ore ratios, and the integrated ranking of different fluxed iron ore ratios was determined using gray relation analysis. Finally, the results of the industrial trails were combined with the feasibility analysis. Test and experimental results show that the fraction of the fluxed iron ore particles larger than 0.5 mm can account for more than 48%, and the particles have two morphologies: spherical-rough and flaky-smooth. Ca elements are found in the form of calcite (CaCO3) and dolomite (CaMg(CO3)2). The average particle size of granules and powder removal rate can be improved from 2.50 to 3.16 mm and 39.60% to 24.20%, respectively, with the increase in the fluxed iron ore ratio. Furthermore, the fluxed iron ore can improve assimilability and liquid fluidity of magnetite concentrates. In terms of overall granulation performance and sintering characteristics, the fluxed iron ore ratios are graded from best to worst as follows: 12%, 15%, 9%, 18%, 21%, 6% and 3%. The industrial trails show that when the fluxed iron ore ratio is increased, the beneficial effect of the superior sintering characteristics of the fluxed iron ore itself is ideally balanced with the negative effect of the lower amount of additional CaO at 12% ratio, and thus, it is feasible to bring the fluxed iron ore into production at a level of roughly 12%.

目的研究胃癌组织中KAI1/CD82、p27、p53蛋白的表达水平及其临床意义。方法收集中南大学湘雅医学院附属海口医院胃肠外科2020年6月至2021年6月期间接受胃癌切除术治疗的43例胃癌患者标本,将标本分为43例胃癌组、43例配对的癌旁组(距癌2 cm)和43例配对的正常组(距癌5 cm以上),运用免疫印迹(Western blot)方法检测并比较三组组织中的KAI1/CD82、p27、p53蛋白表达水平,分析胃癌组织中KAI1/CD82、p27、p53的表达水平与临床病理参数的关系,采用Pearson相关分析法分析其与胃癌的临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组中的KAI1/CD82、p27、p53蛋白表达水平明显低于癌旁组和正常组,且癌旁组明显低于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);经Pearson相关分析结果显示,胃癌组织中KAI1/CD82与p27蛋白和p53蛋白的表达均呈正相关(r=0.586、0.426,P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中的KAI1/CD82、p27、p53蛋白表达水平明显降低,联合检测KAI1/CD82、p27、p53可能成为胃癌诊断及预后评估的新的分子标记物。

In the present work, ribbon and 2-mm rod samples of Mg-Zn-Ca-Mn alloys were prepared by meltspinning and copper mold injection methods, respectively. Effects of Mn doping on glass-forming ability and corrosion performance in simulated body fluid of Mg65Zn30Ca5 alloy were studied through X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimeter, and electrochemical and immersion tests. Results show that with the Mn addition increasing, all the ribbon samples are completely in amorphous state. However, the microstructure of 2-mm rod samples transfers from fully amorphous for the Mn-free alloy to almost polycrystalline state with precipitated Mg, Mn, and MgZn phases. Glass-forming ability of Mg65Zn30Ca5 alloy is decreased by Mn addition. Results of electrochemical and immersion tests demon- strate that the Mn-doped samples exhibit more negative corrosion potential and larger corrosion current density, suggesting that the corrosion resistance decreases with doping amount of Mn element increasing.

Superconductivity transition temperature（Tc） marks the inception of a macroscopic quantum phase-coherent paired state in fermionic systems. For 2D superconductivity, the paired electrons condense into a coherent superfluid state at Tc, which is usually lower than the pairing temperature, between which intrinsic physics including Berezinskii–Kosterlitz–Thouless transition and pseudogap state are hotly debated. In the case of monolayer FeSe superconducting films on SrTiO3（001）, although the pairing temperature（Tp） is revealed to be 65–83 K by using spectroscopy characterization, the measured zero-resistance temperature（Tc0） is limited to 20 K. Here, we report significantly enhanced superconductivity in monolayer FeSe films by δ-doping of Eu or Al on SrTiO3（001） surface, in which Tc0is enhanced by 12 K with a narrowed transition width ΔTc～8 K, compared with non-doped samples. Using scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy measurements, we demonstrate lowered work function of the δ-doped SrTiO3（001） surface and enlarged superconducting gaps in the monolayer FeSe with improved morphology/electronic homogeneity. Our work provides a practical route to enhance 2D superconductivity by using interface engineering.
