Composite ceramic phosphor(CCP)is a candidate light-conversion material to obtain the high-quality laser lighting *** based on the transmissive configuration model could not simultaneously meet the requirements of angular color uniformity and high thermal *** this study,a novel composite structure ceramic was designed,including Al_(2)O_(3)-YAG:Ce/YAG layered ceramic with a size of 1 mm×1 mm for lighting,and Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic(φ=16.0 mm)was used as the wrapping material due to its outstanding thermal *** prepared ceramics exhibited excellent thermal performance and no yellow ring *** this design,we achieved the match of the intensity distribution of the blue and yellow lights,resulting in a high angular color uniformity of 0.9 with a view angle of±80°.All ceramics showed no luminous saturation phenomenon,even the laser power density was increased up to 47.51 W/mm^(2).A high-brightness white-light source with a luminous flux of 618 lm,a luminous efficiency of 126 lm/W,a CCT of 6615 K,and a CRI of 69.9 was obtained in the transmissive *** particular,the surface temperature of the ceramic was as low as 74.1℃ under a high laser radiation(47.51 W/mm^(2)).These results indicate that Al_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)-YAG:Ce/YAG composite structure ceramic is a promising luminescent material in the high-power laser lighting applications.

In this study,underwater explosion tests with 2.5 g trinitrotoluene explosive under different fixed plates with prefabricated holes were *** experimental results showed that the air inflow from the prefabricated hole caused the bubble to collapse earlier with an increase in the hole *** addition,the deformation mode of the thin plate transitioned from“convex”to“concave”(up to down).Next,the coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian method was used to perform the corresponding numerical *** accuracy of the numerical simulation method was verified through a comparison with the experimental *** addition,a series of numerical simulations were conducted with different prefabricated-hole diameters,blast distances,and prefabricated-hole *** results showed that the bubble-pulsating water jet substantially influenced the deformation of the thin plate when the diameter of the prefabricated hole was within the theoretical maximum bubble *** the blast distance was within the theoretical maximum bubble radius,the thin plate was subjected to only a single bubble pulsation owing to the air inflow from the prefabricated hole.

Fresh wet noodles(FWN) are popular staple foods due to its unique chewy texture and favorable taste. However,the development of FWN is limited by its short shelf life and high browning rate. It has been found that the quantity of original microorganisms in wheat flour produced by traditional method is relatively high, which is detrimental to the processing quality and storage stability of FWN. Consequently, it becomes imperative to decrease microorganisms in wheat flour. Microwave treatment has been regarded as a promising method in the food industry due to its potential in inhibiting microbial growth and inactivating enzymes without causing adverse effect on the food quality. This study aims to investigate the effects of microwave treatment of wheat kernels under different powers(1, 2, 3, 4, 5 kW) on the physicochemical properties of wheat flour and the quality of FWN. The results revealed that microwave treatment had a significant effect on microbial inhibition and enzyme inactivation, wherein the total plate count(TPC) and yeast and mold counts(YMC) decreased by 0.87 lg(CFU/g) and 1.13 lg(CFU/g) respectively, and PPO activity decreased from 11.40 U to 6.31 U. The dough quality properties, such as stability, extensibility, and starch viscosity, improved significantly under different microwave conditions. Confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM) images indicated that starch and proteins aggregated gradually in treated flour, altering rheological properties of dough. From the results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), microwave treatment led to the appearance of disrupted structure in the gluten proteins, but the secondary structure of proteins altered slightly. Rheological properties of dough confirmed that the microwave treatment greatly affected processing characteristics of wheat flour products, with significant advantageous consequences on product quality, especially for textural properties of FWN. Basin-type insulator often has small cracks due to stress *** current method cannot accurately reflect the stress condition of the insulator to find the stress concentration *** solve these problems,a method for detecting two-dimensional plane stress(δ_(1) andδ_(2))within different depth ranges in a basin-type insulator is proposed based on critically refracted longitudinal(LCR)***,the acoustoelastic equation characterising the relationship between the variation of LCR wave propagation time and the plane stress was ***,the propagation characteristics of LCR wave in epoxy resin samples were ***,the stress distribution within different depth ranges of the insulator subjected to hydraulic load was measured using the proposed method,including direction(θ),δ_(1) andδ_(2).The results show that the magnitude of the stress alone cannot accurately characterise the stress *** with equal distances to the centre have similar stress magnitudes,but their directions are not the *** increasing depth,θremains essentially unchanged at the same location,whileδ1 andδ2 decrease,and the rate of decrease varies at different *** the measured and simulated data,the results showed that they were in good agreement,and the maximum errors of stress value andθwere 0.69 MPa and 2.97°,respectively,which confirmed the feasibility and accuracy of the stress detection in the proposed method.

Chlorotrifluoroethylene(CTFE)is a vital fluorinated olefinic monomer produced through the catalytic hydrodechlorination of trichlorotrifluoroethane(CFC-113),an eco-friendly ***,hydrodechlorination catalysts for olefin production often suffer from poor *** Pd/AC catalyst and Pd-Cu/AC catalyst prepared by co-impregnation method exhibited poor stability,Pd-Cu/AC catalyst with CFC-113 conversion dropping to around 37%after 50 h of hydrodechlorination ***-Emmett-Teller,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and X-ray diffraction of fresh and deactivated Pd/AC catalysts indicate that the deactivation of Pd/AC catalysts is due to high-temperature agglomeration of *** analysis of fresh and deactivated Pd-Cu/AC catalysts using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller,transmission electron microscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis techniques revealed decreased dispersion of active sites,reduced surface area,catalyst aggregation deactivation,and a significant decrease in Cu ***,the results of NH3-TPD revealed that the acid sites of the catalyst increased significantly.X-ray diffraction spectra indicated the formation of new species,basic copper chloride(Cu_(2)(OH)_(3)Cl),during the *** the reaction progressed,these new species agglomerated,leading to a gradual loss of catalyst ***,the deactivated catalyst was successfully reactivated using a simple alkaline washing method.

Effect of cooling method on TiN precipitation behavior of high-titanium high-strength steel during solidification

Metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and TiN growth thermodynamic and kinetic equations were used to investigate the morphology,quantity,and size of TiN in the center of high-titanium high-strength steels under different solidification cooling *** results showed that TiN in the center of the experimental steels mainly existed in three forms:single,composite(Al2O3-TiN),and multi-particle *** began precipitating at around 1497℃(solidification fraction of 0.74).From the end of melting to solidification for 180 s,the cooling rates in the center of the experimental steels for furnace cooling,air cooling,refractory mold cooling,and cast iron mold cooling tended to stabilize at 0.17,0.93,1.65,and 2.15℃/s,*** size of TiN in the center of the experimental steel cooled using furnace cooling was mainly concentrated in the 5-15 pm *** contrast,the size of TiN in the center of the experimental steels cooled using air cooling,refractory mold cooling,and cast iron mold cooling were mainly concentrated in the 1-5 pm *** addition,their density of TiN in the center of the experimental steels is signif-icantly higher than that of the furnace-cooled experimental *** and kinetic precipitation models of TiN established predicted the growth size of TiN in a high-titanium high-strength steel when the solidification cooling rates are not below 0.93℃/s.

To detect radioactive substances with low activity levels,an anticoincidence detector and a high-purity germanium(HPGe)detector are typically used simultaneously to suppress Compton scattering background,thereby resulting in an extremely low detection limit and improving the measurement ***,the complex and expensive hardware required does not facilitate the application or promotion of this ***,a method is proposed in this study to discriminate the digital waveform of pulse signals output using an HPGe detector,whereby Compton scattering background is suppressed and a low minimum detectable activity(MDA)is achieved without using an expensive and complex anticoincidence detector and *** electric-field-strength and energy-deposition distributions of the detector are simulated to determine the relationship between pulse shape and energy-deposition location,as well as the characteristics of energy-deposition distributions for fulland partial-energy deposition *** relationship is used to develop a pulse-shape-discrimination algorithm based on an artificial neural network for pulse-feature *** accurately determine the relationship between the deposited energy of gamma(γ)rays in the detector and the deposition location,we extract four shape parameters from the pulse signals output by the *** learning is used to input the four shape parameters into the ***,the pulse signals are identified and classified to discriminate between partial-and full-energy deposition *** partial-energy deposition events are removed to suppress Compton *** proposed method effectively decreases the MDA of an HPGeγ-energy dispersive *** results show that the Compton suppression factors for energy spectra obtained from measurements on ^(152)Eu,^(137)Cs,and ^(60)Co radioactive sources are 1.13(344 keV),1.11(662 keV),and 1.08(1332 keV),respectively,and that the corresponding MDAs are 1.4%,5.
