Malignant Cutaneous Adnexal Tumor in Posterior Occipital Region of a Child:A Case Report

Introduction:The most common cutaneous adnexal tumors in children were follicular,especially pilomatricoma,and a few were predominant glandular/ductal differentiation,malignant forms are occasionally *** presentation:A 10-year-old male child was presented with a nodular in posterior occipital for half a year with no *** showed there was acanthosis in epidermis,partially with local ulceration and crusting;and in the dermis,there was irregular scattered or agglomerated infiltration of diffused epithelial cells,partly presenting as basaloid,but no obvious peripheral palisading arrangement;and in the center there was extensive necrosis;cellular pleomorphism,scattered mitotic figures,focal clear cell areas,and adenoid differentiation can also be seen,there was scattered infiltration of mixed inflammatory cells in the *** showed cytokeratin(CK)5/6^(+),CK 8/18^(+),epithelial membrane antigen^(+),gata3 transcription factor 3^(+),cell adhesion15(focal^(+)),Ki67(^(+),30%),carcinoembryonic antigen(focal^(+)),CK 7(focal^(+)),gross cystic disease fluid protein-15-,P63^(+),S-100-.Final diagnosis was the malignant cutaneous adnexal tumor with eccrine differentiation,most likely the nodular clear cell *** patient has no special discomfort follow-up observation after extended resection and lymph node ***:The histopathology showed infiltrative growth pattern,deep extension,necrosis,nuclear pleomorphism,mitoses,desmoplastic stromal reaction and the clear cell area and adenoid *** was positive for CK8/18,EMA,CK5/6,P63,gata3 transcription factor 3 and negative for S-100 and GCDFP-15,some gland-derived markers such as CK7,CEA were focal positive,and we have not found the preexisting benign poroma and porocarcinoma in situ,so we preferred the diagnosis of *** differential diagnosis such as porocarcinoma,clear cell squamous cell carcinoma,and ba

Sparse Modal Decomposition Method Addressing Underdetermined Vortex-Induced Vibration Reconstruction Problem for Marine Risers

When investigating the vortex-induced vibration(VIV)of marine risers,extrapolating the dynamic response on the entire length based on limited sensor measurements is a crucial step in both laboratory experiments and fatigue monitoring of real *** problem is conventionally solved using the modal decomposition method,based on the principle that the response can be approximated by a weighted sum of limited vibration ***,the method is not valid when the problem is underdetermined,i.e.,the number of unknown mode weights is more than the number of known *** study proposed a sparse modal decomposition method based on the compressed sensing theory and the Compressive Sampling Matching Pursuit(Co Sa MP)algorithm,exploiting the sparsity of VIV in the modal *** the validation study based on high-order VIV experiment data,the proposed method successfully reconstructed the response using only seven acceleration measurements when the conventional methods failed.A primary advantage of the proposed method is that it offers a completely data-driven approach for the underdetermined VIV reconstruction problem,which is more favorable than existing model-dependent solutions for many practical applications such as riser structural health monitoring.

This paper develops a quadratic function convex approximation approach to deal with the negative definite problem of the quadratic function induced by stability analysis of linear systems with time-varying *** introducing two adjustable parameters and two free variables,a novel convex function greater than or equal to the quadratic function is constructed,regardless of the sign of the coefficient in the quadratic *** developed lemma can also be degenerated into the existing quadratic function negative-determination(QFND)lemma and relaxed QFND lemma respectively,by setting two adjustable parameters and two free variables as some particular ***,for a linear system with time-varying delays,a relaxed stability criterion is established via our developed lemma,together with the quivalent reciprocal combination technique and the Bessel-Legendre *** a result,the conservatism can be reduced via the proposed approach in the context of constructing Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals for the stability analysis of linear time-varying delay ***,the superiority of our results is illustrated through three numerical examples.

Secure k-Nearest Neighbor(k-NN)query aims to find k nearest data of a given query from an encrypted database in a cloud server without revealing privacy to the untrusted cloud and has wide applications in many areas,such as privacy-preservingmachine elearning gand secure biometric *** solutions have been put forward to solve this challenging ***,the existing schemes still suffer from various limitations in terms of efficiency and *** this paper,we propose a new encrypt-then-index strategy for the secure k-NN query,which can simultaneously achieve sub-linear search complexity(efficiency)and support dynamical update over the encrypted database(flexibility).Specifically,we propose a novel algorithm to transform the encrypted database and encrypted query points in the *** indexing the transformed database using spatial data structures such as the R-tree index,our strategy enables sub-linear complexity for secure k-NN queries and allows users to dynamically update the encrypted *** the best of our knowledge,the proposed strategy is the first to simultaneously provide these two *** theoretical analysis and extensive experiments,we formally prove the security and demonstrate the efficiency of our scheme.

Photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction provides a promising strategy for the alleviation of greenhouse effect and energy shortage *** single atom modification is an effective method to improve the CO_(2)reduction performance of covalent organic framework(COF)photocatalysts,while the intrinsic mechanism is not revealed in ***,a Pt-COF photocatalytic system was constructed by embedding Pt single atom in TFPT-TMT-COF(TFPT:1,3,5-tris(4-formylphenyl)-triazine,TMT:2,4,6-trimethyl-1,3,5-triazine).Based on density functional theory(DFT)calculation,the geometric structure and electronic property of Pt-COF were investigated,and the CO_(2)adsorption and reduction reaction process on Pt-COF were *** results show that the Pt atom can be steadily anchored in COF via the formation of Pt-N and Pt-C ***,there is strong electronic interaction between Pt and *** incorporation of Pt atom benefits the CO_(2)reduction activity of COF from multiple aspects:(ⅰ)reducing the band gap and improving light absorption;(ⅱ)enhancing CO_(2)adsorption and activating the CO_(2)molecule;(ⅲ)decreasing the energy barrier in the hydrogenation step of CO_(2)→COOH,thus facilitating CO_(2)conversion to CO;(ⅳ)inhibiting the hydrogenation of CO,thereby increasing the selectivity of *** work brings a novel insight into the excellent CO_(2)reduction performance of Pt modified COF,and provides useful references for the design of single atom photocatalysts.

Human-Machine Shared Lateral Control Strategy for Intelligent Vehicles Based on Human Driver Risk Perception Reliability

Intelligent vehicle(Ⅳ)technology has developed rapidly in recent ***,achieving fully unmanned driving still presents numerous challenges,which means that human drivers will continue to play a vital role in vehicle operation for the foreseeable ***-machine shared driving,involving cooperation between a human driver and an automated driving system(AVS),has been widely regarded as a necessary stage for the development of *** onⅣdriving safety,this study proposed a human-machine shared lateral control strategy(HSLCS)based on the reliability of driver risk *** HSLCS starts by identifying the effective areas of driver risk perception based on eye *** establishes an anisotropic driving risk field,which serves as the foundation for the AVS to assess risk *** upon the cumulative and diminishing effects of risk perception,the proposed approach leverages the driver's risk perception effective area and converts the risk field into a representation aligned with the driver's ***,it quantifies the reliability of the driver's risk perception by using area-matching ***,based on the driver’s risk perception reliability and dif-ferences in lateral driving operation between the human driver and the AVS,the dynamic distribution of driving authority is achieved through a fuzzy rule-based system,and the human-machine shared lateral control is completed by using model predictive *** HSLCS was tested across various scenarios on a driver-in-the-loop test *** results show that the HSLCS can realize the synergy and complementarity of human and machine intelligence,effectively ensuring the safety ofⅣoperation.

Efficacy of scraping therapy on blood pressure and sleep quality in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ essential hypertension: A systematic review and meta-analysis

NFXL1 functions as a transcriptional activator required for thermotolerance at reproductive stage in Arabidopsis
