CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-Fex O slag occurs in the production process of Corex ironmaking technology. Most of its metallurgical properties, especially the phosphorus property, are different from the slag produced from blast furnace or converter. In order to explore the dephosphorization ability of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-Fex O slag, its phosphorus capacity was measured at 1673 K by gas-slag-metal equilibrium technique. An iron crucible was used as the reaction vessel, Ag alloy with 0.2 % P was used as the metal phase which equilibrated with CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-Fex O slag, and a constant flow of CO-CO2-N2 gas was used to provide oxygen partial pressure in the experi- ment. The effects of MgO, Fex O and basicity on slag phosphorus capacity were investigated by single factor test. The results show that the phosphorus capacity rises firstly and then decreases with increasing MgO content under the condition of basicity 1.3, Fe2 O content of 20% and A12 03 content of 12%. The phosphorus value reaches maximum as the MgO content is 8%. When the basicity of slag is 1.1, MgO content is 10%, and Al2O3 is 12%, the phos- phorus capacity increases with the increase of Fe, O content. The phosphorus capacity rises linearly when the basicity is increased from 1.1 to 1. 5.

目的:板材固体颗粒介质成形工艺作为一种新型的软模成形技术,是采用固体颗粒代替刚性凸模或凹模(或弹性体、液体)对板料进行成形加工的工艺。固体颗粒介质板材拉深成形工艺为拉深和胀形两种变形模式的复合成形,其变形过程与传统拉深成形工艺有很大的区别。以抛物线型零件为研究对象,对其成形过程进行研究,建立固体颗粒介质板材软凸模拉深成形的几何条件和应变计算公式。创新点:1.首次提出了描述固体颗粒介质板材拉深成形变形机理的拉深权和胀形权的概念,并建立了相应的计算公式;2.建立了固体颗粒介质抛物线型零件软凸模拉深成形的几何条件和应变计算公式。方法:1.通过对抛物线型零件固体颗粒介质拉深成形的变形过程分析(图1~3),将变形过程和成形工件的变形区进行划分;2.将数学中权函数的思想引入到对抛物线型零件固体颗粒介质拉深成形的分析中,提出拉深权和胀形权的定义及相应表达式(公式(1)和(2));3.通过理论推导,构建不同成形阶段抛物线型零件拉深成形过程中的应变计算式(公式(28)^(30)和公式(62a)^(62c))和壁厚计算公式(公式(31)和(63));4.利用MATLAB编制抛物线型零件拉深成形应变计算程序(图14);5.以某航空零件为目标零件,通过试验试制不同成形条件下不同阶段的抛物线型工件(表2和3),将理论计算壁厚与实测厚度进行对比(图19),将试验轮廓与理论计算轮廓进行对比(图21),验证分析过程中所提假设及理论计算的可行性和正确性;将试验获得成形工件的几何尺寸(表3)代入MATLAB计算程序中,对该航空零件的变形过程进行分析(图15、18、19、21和22)。结论:1.固体颗粒介质拉深成形过程是胀形和拉深的复合成形,通过对其变形过程分析,首次提出了拉深权和胀形权的概念,并且给出了其计算公式。成形过程中,拉深权越大,工件成形后的壁厚差越小;胀形权则正好相反。2.利用拉深权和胀形权,建立了固体颗粒介质软凸模拉深成形变形区应变计算公式,且可以计算出应变分界圆位置半径,为分析固体颗粒介质软凸模拉深成形工艺变形过程提供了新的理论依据。3.设置合理的成形条件、拉深权的提高和应变分界圆半径的缩小可以降低拉深成形过程中底部的过度减薄,进而提高极限成形高度。

Objective: To investigate the mid-and long-term clinical effects of tricuspid valvuloplasty with the implantation of an artificial plastic ***: Data of 677 patients who had functional tricuspid regurgitation and left cardiac valve disease and underwent tricuspid valvuloplasty and left cardiac valve surgery were *** these patients, 353 underwent simple suture annuloplasty(group A) while the rest 324 patients underwent artificial plastic ring annuloplasty(group B).The two-year and more-than-two-year clinical and ultrasonocardiograph(UCG) follow-up data of the two groups were obtained and ***: A total of 600 patients(88.6%) completed the long-term follow-up(more than two years).The two-year follow-up showed no significant difference in the incidence of mild tricuspid regurgitation between the two groups(82.2% vs.92.7%, P=0.37).However, there were significantly more cases that developed into moderate to severe tricuspid regurgitation in group A than in group B(17.8% vs.7.3%, P=0.031).The long-term follow-up revealed that the recurrence rate of tricuspid regurgitation in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(11.0% vs.25.0%, P=0.029), and the ratio of cases developing into moderate to severe tricuspid regurgitation in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(28.9% vs.9.9%, P=0.007).The comparison between the two intra-group time segments showed that the development of tricuspid regurgitation in group A was significantly increased(28.9% vs.17.8%, P=0.022), but in group B it was relatively stable(9.9% vs.7.3%, P=0.52).Conclusions: Artificial ring annuloplasty is associated with significantly less tricuspid regurgitation than simple suture annuloplasty.

The quest for efficient and durable catalysts using abundant resources has garnered significant interest in the field of bifunctional oxygen *** this contribution,we have designed a FeN4or CoN4embedded graphene-based bilayer as active layer and TMC3or TMN3doped graphene as supporting layer,named as FeN4/TMC3or FeN4/TMN3and CoN4/TMC3or CoN4/TMN3,wherein TM strands for transition *** on density functional theory calculations,our results demonstrate that the interaction formed between dual metal atoms in the bilayer interspace leads to the coordination environment altered from flat four-coordination to spatial five-coordination,further stabilizing the bilayer structure and impairing its affinity toward the O-containing *** to thermodynamic analysis,the bilayers of CoN4/CoN3,FeN4/FeC3,FeN4/CoC3,FeN4/NiC3,FeN4/ZnC3,FeN4/FeN3,FeN4/CrN3and FeN4/ZnN3are attractively promising for bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysis due to the small overpotential differenceΔη between oxygen reduction and oxygen evolution that are less than 1 *** functional theory calculations combined with machine learning analysis directly identify the key role played by the interbinding formed between bilayers,that boosts catalytic activity,which establishes a predictable framework for a fast screen for graphene-based bilayer vertical *** work opens up a new path for designing the efficient electrocatalysts via modification of coordination environment.

Gold-catalyzed amination reactions based on azides via α-imino gold carbene intermediates have attracted extensive attention in the past decades because this methodology leads to the facile and efficient construction of synthetically useful N-containing molecules, especially valuable N-heterocycles. However,successful examples of intermolecular generation of α-imino gold carbenes by using azides as amination reagents are rarely explored probably due to the weak nucleophilicity of azides. Herein, we disclose an efficient gold-catalyzed intermolecular aminative cyclopropanation of ynamides with the allyl azides, enabling flexible synthesis of a wide range of valuable 3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hex–2-ene derivatives in good to excellent yields with excellent diastereoselectivities. Importantly, this protocol represents the first use of allyl azide as an efficient amination reagent in gold-catalyzed alkyne amination reactions.
