用西葫芦作为罗汉果花叶病毒 (WMV 2 Luo)的繁殖寄主 ,通过差速离心和PEG二次沉淀法得到WMV 2 Luo的提纯液 ,用该病毒提纯液免疫日本大白兔 ,获得了WMV 2 Luo兔抗血清。经ELISA测定 ,其效价为 1/5 12 0 ,以 0 1mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH7 8,含 1 5 %NaDIECA)作为样品制备缓冲液 ,用间接ELISA法检测WMV 2 Luo的灵敏度为 1/32 0 0。用此方法检测罗汉果组培苗带毒情况和田间病株均获得成功。

We investigate the problem of robust matrix completion with a fraction of observation corrupted by sparsity outlier *** propose an algorithmic framework based on the ADMM algorithm for a non-convex optimization,whose objective function consists of an l1 norm data fidelity and a rank *** reduce the computational cost per iteration,two inexact schemes are developed to replace the most time-consuming step in the generic ADMM *** resulting algorithms remarkably outperform the existing solvers for robust matrix completion with outlier *** the noise is severe and the underlying matrix is ill-conditioned,the proposed algorithms are faster and give more accurate solutions than state-of-the-art robust matrix completion approaches.

Lagrangian statistics in isotropic turbulent flows with deterministic and stochastic forcing schemes

Artificial input of energy into the flow is neces sary to create and maintain a statistically stationary isotropic turbulence for sampling in studying the statistics. Due to the nonlinear coupling among different Fourier modes through the triadic interaction, whether or not various forc ing schemes affect the statistics in turbulence is an impor tant and open question. We present detailed comparison of Lagrangian statistics of fluids particles in forced isotropic turbulent flows in 1283, 2563, and 5123 simulations, with Taylorscale Reynolds numbers in the range of 64-171, us ing a deterministic and a stochastic forcing scheme, respec tively. Several Lagrangian statistics are compared, such as velocity and acceleration autocorrelations, and moments of Lagrangian velocity increments. The differences in the La grangian statistics obtained from the two forcing schemes are shown to be small, indicating that the isotropic forcing schemes used have little effects on the Lagrangian statistics in the isotropic turbulence.

Encoded by seven genes, angiopoietin-like （ANGPTL） family members structurally similar to the angiogenic regulating factor angiopoietin are known to possess biological activities in angiogenesis and metabolism. Here we reports for the first time the identification and expression analysis of all the seven members of bovine ANGPTL gene family, which were designated bANGPTL1 to bANGPTL7 in order. The seven bANGPTL genes consist of 4-9 exons, span 3800M-3000 bp and are located on different chromosomes. The deduced amino acid sequences of the members all possess an N-terminal coiled-coil domain and a C-terminal fibrinogen-like domain, both characteristics of angiopoietins. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the 32 identified ANGPTL homologs from 9 species could be classified into two major groups. Real-time quantitative PCR （Q-PCR） analysis revealed that the bANGPTL family members have different expression patterns. This study will be helpful for investigation on the biological role of the bANGPTL family in this economically important species. Furthermore, it provides an insight into the molecular evolution of the emerging ANGPTL family

The role of bonding agents on the aging characteristics is one of the important research *** program of the prepared propellant samples was conducting as follows:Five samples,two free of bonding agents,and three containing an aziridine based bonding agents(MAPO,HX-752,MAT4),four samples based on different bonding and curing agents all were aged at 70 ℃.The prepared bonding agent "MAT4" gave remarkable improvements and resulted in highly stable mechanical properties comparing with HX-752 or *** selected bonding agents family inhibited the rate of decomposition of the propellants during the aging periods and supported the propellant matrix against decomposition at the elevated temperatures.

Interactions of magnetic elements with graphene may lead to various electronic states that have potential *** report an in-situ experiment in which the quantum transport properties of graphene are measured with increasing cobalt coverage in continuous ultra-high vacuum environment. The results show that e-beam deposited cobalt forms clusters on the surface of graphene, even at low sample temperatures. Scattering of charge carriers by the absorbed cobalt clusters results in the disappearance of the Shubnikov–de Haas（Sd H） oscillations and the appearance of negative magnetoresistance（MR）which shows no sign of saturation up to an applied magnetic field of 9 T. We propose that these observations could originate from quantum interference driven by cobalt disorder and can be explained by the weak localization theory.

In this study, a method for preparing pure manganese sulfate from low-grade ores with a granule mean size of 0.47 mm by direct acid leaching was developed. The effects of the types of leaching agents, sulfitric acid concentration, reaction temperature, and agitation rate on the leaching efficiency of manganese were investigated. We observed that sulfuric acid used as a leaching agent provides a similar leach- ing efficiency of manganese and superior selectivity against calcium compared to hydrochloric acid. The optimal leaching conditions in sul- furic acid media were determined; under the optimal conditions, the leaching efficiencies of Mn and Ca were 92.42% and 9.61%, respec- tively. Moreover, the kinetics of manganese leaching indicated that the leaching follows the diffusion-controlled model with an apparent ac- tivation energy of 12.28 kJ·mol-l. The purification conditions of the leaching solution were also discussed. The results show that manganese dioxide is a suitable oxidant of ferrous ions and sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate is an effective precipitant of heavy metals. Finally, through chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis, the obtained product was determined to contain 98% of MnSOa4·H20.
