Silicone rubber(SR) composites are most widely used as thermal interface materials(TIMs) for electronics heat dissipation. Thermal impedance as the main bottleneck limiting the performance of TIMs is usually neglected. Herein, the thermal impedance of SR composites loaded with different levels of hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN) as TIMs was elaborated for the first time by the ASTM D 5470 standard test and finite element analysis. It was found that elastic modulus and surface roughness of SR composites increased with the increase of h-BN content, indicating that the conformity was reduced. When the assembly pressure was 0.69 MPa, there existed an optimal h-BN content at which the contact resistance was minimum(0.3. K·cm^(2)·W^(-1)). Although the decreased bond line thickness(BLT) by increasing the assembly pressure was beneficial to reduce the thermal impedance, the proper assembly pressure should be selected to prevent the warpage of the contact surfaces and the increase in contact resistance, according to the compression properties of the SR composites. This study provides valuable insights into fabrication of high-performance TIMs for modern electronic device applications.

Through and right-turn shared lanes are widely designed to increase the capacity of through traffic,but they can also cause delays for right-turn *** study presents a dynamic control method for a shared lane that prioritizes right-turn vehicles at the beginning of the cycle and subsequently allows through traffic to queue in the shared lane for saturated *** traffic wave model is employed to reveal the dynamics of the traffic flow under this control and to derive the relationships among major traffic *** by the major relationship,a linear programming approach to minimize the total queue length is developed to determine the proper values of control parameters,including the shared area length,subordinate signal time lag,and shared or exclusive duration.A sensitivity analysis of the control parameters for different arrival rates and flow ratios is *** are conducted among the dynamic shared lane,the fixed exclusive lane,and the fixed shared *** results show that the dynamic control method results in a lower delay for both through and total traffic.

In this paper,the interrupted and ruptured creep tests were carried out in a novel second generation single crystal superalloy named DD11 at 1100℃/13. *** alloy exhibited typical creep curve including primary,steady,and tertiary three creep *** microstructural evolution at different stages of the creep were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that theγ′phases transform into rafted structure at the early stage of the steady creep and keep stable during the steady creep *** the creep goes on,the rafted structure further coarsens and the topological inversion *** addition,at the primary creep,the dislocations mainly move in theγmatrix and pile up in theγ/γ′interface since the matrix channels widen *** formation of the regular interfacial dislocation networks occurs at the early stage of the steady *** the low stress,the dominated deformation mechanism during steady creep stage is the climbing of the〈010〉type edge ***,the effect of the deformation mechanism on creep property was discussed in detail.

Frozen ground(FG)plays an important role in global and regional climates and environments through changes in land freeze-thaw processes,which have been conducted mainly in different ***,the changes in land surface freeze-thaw processes under climate change on a global scale are still *** on ERA5-Land hourly land skin temperature data,this study evaluated changes in the global FG area,global land surface first freeze date(FFD),last freeze date(LFD)and frost-free period(FFP)from 1950 to *** results show that the current FG areas(1991-2020 mean)in the Northern Hemisphere(NH),Southern Hemisphere(SH),and globe are 68.50×10^(6),9.03.10^(6),and 77.53.10^(6)km^(2),which account for 72.4%,26.8%,and 60.4%of the exposed land(excluding glaciers,ice sheets,and water bodies)in the NH,SH and the globe,respectively;further,relative to 1951-1980,the FG area decreased by 1.9%,8.8%,and 2.8%,*** FG at lower latitudes degrades to intermittently FG,and intermittently FG degrades to non-frozen ground,which caused the global FG boundary to retreat to higher latitudes from 1950 to *** annual FG areas in the NH,SH,and globe all show significant decreasing trends(p3.×10^(6),-0.22×10^(6),and-0.54×10^(6)km^(2)per decade,*** FFP prolongation in the NH is mainly influenced by LFD advance,while in the SH it is mainly controlled by FFD *** prolongation trend of FFP in the NH(1.3. d per decade)is larger than that in the SH(1.15 d per decade).

This study investigated the effect of antioxidants on the grinding efficiency,magnetic powder characteristics,microstructure,and magnetic properties of 2:17 type SmCo permanent magnet *** results show that adding antioxidants helps improve the dispersion among magnetic powders,leading to a 3..3.decrease in jet milling time and a 15.8%increase in magnet powder production ***,adding antioxidants enhances the oxidation resistance of the magnetic *** being stored in a constant temperature air environment at 25C for 48 h,the O content in the powder decreased by 3.%compared to samples without *** in the magnet body,the O content decreased from 0.21 wt.%to 0.14 wt.%,which helps increase the effective Sm content and domain wall pinning uniformity in the *** magnetic properties were obtained in the magnet with added antioxidants:B_(r)=11.6 kGs,SF=79.6%,H_(cj)=16.8 kOe,and(BH)_(max)=3..5 MGOe.

Although green light(GL)is located in the middle of the visible light spectrum and regulates a series of plant developmental processes,the mechanism by which it regulates seedling development is largely *** this study,we demonstrated that GL promotes atypical photomorphogenesis in Arabidopsis thaliana via the dual regulations of phytochrome B(phyB)and *** the Pr-to-Pfr conversion rates of phyB and phyA under GL were lower than those under red light(RL)in a fluence rate-dependent and time-dependent manner,long-term treatment with GL induced high Pfr/Pr ratios of phyB and ***,GL induced the formation of numerous small phyB photobodies in the nucleus,resulting in atypical photomorphogenesis,with smaller cotyledon opening angles and longer hypocotyls in seedlings compared to *** abundance of phyA significantly decreased after short-and long-term GL *** determined that four major PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTORs(PIFs:PIF1,PIF3.PIF4,and PIF5)act downstream of phyB in GL-mediated cotyledon *** addition,GL plays opposite roles in regulating different *** example,under continuous GL,the protein levels of all PIFs decreased,whereas the transcript levels of PIF4 and PIF5 strongly increased compared with dark *** together,our work provides a detailed molecular framework for understanding the role of the antagonistic regulations of phyB and phyA in GL-mediated atypical photomorphogenesis.

Ultra-high nickel layered oxide cathode material with high energy density is the most promising material to improve the electrochemical performance of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,the poor structural stability and severe surface/interface side reactions of the material lead to poor rate performance and cyclic stability,which limits its application in *** this paper,the dual-modification strategy of Co doping and La_(2)O_(3. coating is used to meet the above *** doping can effectively widen layer spacing and reduce Li^(+)/Ni^(2+) mixing,and La_(2)O_(3. coating can effectively eliminate the residual alkali on the surface of active material,inhibit the thickening of cathode electrolyte interphase(CEI)film and reduce surface/interface side ***,the modified material(NM90-CL)with excellent electrochemical properties is achieved through the synergistic enhancement of Co doping and La_(2)O_(3. *** capacity retention rate can reach 77.9%after 200 cycles at 1.0℃ and 75.7%after 200 cycles at 5.0℃.Its reversible capacity can up to 153.5 mAh·g^(–1) at 10.0℃.This dual-modification strategy will provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the synthesis of other high-performance electrode materials.
