In 2022,the Pakistan witnessed the hottest spring and wettest summer in *** devastating floods inundated a large portion of Pakistan and caused enormous ***,the primary water source and its contributions to these unprecedented floods remain *** on the reservoir inflow measurements,Multi-Source Weighted-Ensemble Precipitation(MSWEP),the fifth generation ECMWF atmospheric reanalysis(ERA5)products,this study quantified the contributions of monsoon precipitation,antecedent snow-melts,and orographic precipitation enhancement to floods in *** found that the Indus experienced at least four inflow up-rushes,which was mainly supplied by precipitation and snowmelt;In upper Indus,abnormally high temperature continued to influence the whole summer and lead to large amounts of snowmelts which not only was a key water supply to the flood but also provided favorable soil moisture conditions for the latter *** July,the snowmelt has higher contributions than the precipitation to the streamflow of Indus River,with contribution value of more than 60%.Moreover,the snowmelt could still supply 20%-40%water to the lower Indus in July and August;The leading driver of 2022 mega-floods over the southern Pakistan in July and August was dominated by the precipitation,where terrain disturbance induced precipitation account to approximately 3.%over the southern *** results help to understand the mechanisms of flood formation,and to better predict future flood risks over complex terrain regions.

Post-synthetic modifications(PSM)have drawn great attention as a vigoroso tool to tune or enhance the performance of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs).However,the current PSM method usually have to sacrifice the porosity of MOFs to enrich their functionality,such as pore space partition(PSP)and postsynthetic elimination and insertion(PSE&I),causing a trade-off in this *** address this issue,we herein propose a new PSM strategy of using the size-matching ligands as the bolts to lock MOFs'pores,which could be anchored onto open metal sites(OMSs)after guest loading through a stepwise *** a result,the loaded cargoes undergo a controlled releasing process with respect to different bolt *** proposed strategy provides a promising way to balance the functionality and porosity of MOFs.

Prostate cancer(PCa)is one of the most common malignancies in males worldwide,and its development and progression involve the regulation of multiple metabolic *** in lipid metabolism affect the proliferation and metastatic capabilities of PCa *** cells increase lipid synthesis and regulate fatty acid oxidation to meet their growth and energy ***,changes occur in amino acid metabolism in *** cells exhibit an increased demand for specific amino acids,and they regulate amino acid transport and metabolic pathways to fulfill their proliferation and survival *** changes are closely associated with disease progression and treatment response in PCa ***,a comprehensive investigation of the metabolic characteristics of PCa is expected to offer novel insights and approaches for the early diagnosis and treatment of this disease.

There are urgent needs of volatile amine gas sensors with high-performance in food quality control,disease monitoring and environmental ***-film fluorescent probe is suitable for amine vapour sensing due to its high sensitivity,high selectivity,and no polluting ***,a novel fluorescent probe based on indacenodithiophene structure withπconjugated system was designed and *** experimental results show that the films prepared by this material exhibit rapid and distinct fluorescence quenching after being exposed to saturated vapours of primary amine,secondary amine and tertiary amine represented by n-propylamine,diethylamine and trimethylamine,*** quenching of fluorescence is 84%,87%and 96%,respectively,within 10 *** detection mechanism of probe for primary amine is based on specific chemical reaction,while the detection mechanism for secondary amine and tertiary amine is intramolecular charge *** experiments show that the detection limit of the fluorescent probe for trimethylamine,an important marker of food spoilage,could reach 4.610 ***-site detection based on spoilage of small yellow croaker suggests the material possesses the potential for food freshness *** simple fluorogenic probe is an original approach to simplify real-time visual monitoring of volatile amine vapour.

The interfacial instability of the poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based electrolytes impedes the long-term cycling and further application of all-solid-state lithium metal *** this work,we have shown an effective additive 1-adaman-tanecarbonitrile,which con-tributes to the excellent per-formance of the poly(ethylene oxide)-based *** to the strong interaction of the 1-Adamantanecarboni-trile to the polymer matrix and anions,the coordination of the Li^(+)-EO is weakened,and the binding effect of anions is strengthened,thereby improving the Li^(+)conductivity and the electrochemical *** diamond building block on the surface of the lithium anode can sup-press the growth of lithium ***,the 1-Adamantanecarbonitrile also regulates the formation of LiF in the solid electrolyte interface and cathode electrolyte interface,which contributes to the interfacial stability(especially at high voltages)and protects the electrodes,enabling all-solid-state batteries to cycle at high voltages for long periods of ***,the Li/Li symmetric cell undergoes long-term lithium plating/stripping for more than 2000 h.1-Adamantanecarbonitrile-poly(ethylene oxide)-based LFP/Li and 4.3.V Ni_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)/Li all-solid-state batteries achieved stable cycles for 1000 times,with capacity retention rates reaching 85%and 80%,respectively.

The precise correction of atmospheric zenith tropospheric delay(ZTD)is significant for the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)performance regarding positioning accuracy and convergence *** the past decades,many empirical ZTD models based on whether the gridded or scattered ZTD products have been proposed and widely used in the GNSS positioning *** there is no comprehensive evaluation of these models for the whole China region,which features complicated topography and *** this study,we completely assess the typical empirical models,the IGGtropSH model(gridded,non-meteorology),the SHAtropE model(scattered,non-meteorology),and the GPT3.model(gridded,meteorology)using the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China(CMONOC)*** general,the results show that the three models share consistent performance with RMSE/bias of 3..45/1.63.3..13.2.20,and 3..27/1.3. mm for the GPT3.SHAtropE and IGGtropSH model,***,the models had a distinct performance regarding geographical distribution,elevation,seasonal variations,and daily *** the southeastern region of China,RMSE values are around 50 mm,which are much higher than that in the western region,approximately 20 *** SHAtropE model exhibits better performance for areas with large variations in *** GPT3.model and the IGGtropSH model are more stable across different months,and the SHAtropE model based on the GNSS data exhibits superior performance across various UTC epochs.

A series of model catalysts were obtained by treating commercial fresh and spent catalysts unloaded from the factory with different methods, including green oil dipping, extraction and high-temperature regeneration;finally, the deactivation behavior of the commercial catalyst for acetylene hydrogenation were studied. The influence of various possible deactivation factors on the catalytic performance was elucidated via detailed structural characterization, surface composition analysis, and activity *** results showed that green oil, carbon deposit and sintering of active metal were the main reasons for deactivation, among which green oil and carbon deposit led to rapid deactivation, while the activity could be recovered after regeneration by high-temperature calcination. The sintering of active metal components was attributed to the high-temperature regeneration in hydrothermal conditions, which was slow but irreversible and accounted for permanent deactivation. Thus, optimizing the regeneration is expected to extend the service life of the commercial catalyst.

Objective: To observe the protective effect and mechanism of hydroxyl safflower yellow A(HSYA)from myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury on human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs). Methods:HUVECs were treated with oxygen-glucose deprivation reperfusion(OGD/R) to simulate the ischemia reperfusion model, and cell counting kit-8 was used to detect the protective effect of different concentrations(1.25–160 μmol/L)of HSYA on HUVECs after OGD/R. HSYA 80 μmol/L was used for follow-up experiments. The contents of inflammatory cytokines interleukin(IL)-18, IL-1β, monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP-1), tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and IL-6 before and after administration were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The protein expressions of toll-like receptor, NOD-like receptor containing pyrin domain 3.NLRP3., gasdermin D(GSDMD) and GSDMD-N-terminal domain(GSDMD-N) before and after administration were detected by Western blot. NLRP3.inflammasome inhibitor cytokine release inhibitory drug 3.sodium salt(CRID3.sodium salt, also known as MCC950) and agonist were added, and the changes of NLRP3. cysteine-aspartic acid protease 1(Caspase-1), GSDMD and GSDMD-N protein expressions were detected by Western blot. Results: HSYA inhibited OGD/R-induced inflammation and significantly decreased the contents of inflammatory cytokines IL-18,IL-1β, MCP-1, TNF-α and IL-6(P3.Caspase-1/GSDMD pathway, HSYA can reduce the occurrence of pyroptosis after OGD/R and reduce the expression of NLRP3.Caspase-1, GSDMD and GSDMD-N proteins(P3.inflammasome and inhibiting pyroptosis.
