An explosion-welded technology was induced to manufacture the GH3535/316H bimetallic plates to provide a more cost-effective structural material for ultrahigh temperature,molten salt thermal storage *** microstructure of the bonding interfaces were extensively investigated by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometry,and an electron probe *** bonding interface possessed a periodic,wavy morphology and was adorned by peninsula-or island-like transition *** higher magnification,a matrix recrystallization region,fine grain region,columnar grain region,equiaxed grain region,and shrinkage porosity were observed in the transition zones and surrounding *** backscattered diffraction demonstrated that the strain in the recrystallization region of the GH3535 matrix and transition zone was less than the *** concentration occurred at the interface and the solidification defects in the transition *** dislocation substructure in 316H near the interface was characterized by electron channeling contrast imaging.A dislocation network was formed in the grains of *** microhardness decreased as the distance from the welding interface increased and the lowest hardness was inside the transition zone.

Ginkgo diterpene lactones meglumine injection(GDli)is a commercially available product used for ***,the pharmacokinetic properties of the prototypes and hydrolyzed carboxylic forms of the primary components in GDli,i.e.,ginkgolide A(GA),ginkgolide B(GB),and ginkgolide K(GK),have never been fully evaluated in beagle *** this work,a simple,sensitive,and reliable method based on ultra-fast liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UFLC-MS/MS)was developed,and the prototypes and total amounts of GA,GB,and GK were determined in beagle dog *** plasma concentrations of the hydrolyzed carboxylic forms were calculated by subtracting the prototype concentrations from the total lactone *** the first time,the pharmacokinetics of GA,GB,and GK were fully assessed in three forms,i.e.,the prototypes,the hydrolyzed carboxylic forms,and the total amounts,after intravenous administration of GDli in beagle *** was shown that ginkgolides primarily existed in the hydrolyzed form in plasma,and the ratio of hydrolysates to prototype forms of GA and GB decreased gradually to a homeostatic *** of the three forms of the three ginkgolides showed linear exposure of AUC to the ***,GB,and GK showed a constant half-life approximately 2.7,3.4,and 1.2 h,respectively,which were consistent for the forms at three dose levels(0.3,1.0,and 3.0 mg·kg^(-1))and after a consecutive injection of GDli for 7 days(1.0 mg·kg^(-1)).

A simple, precise and accurate method was developed and validated for the determination of allicin release from alliin/alliinase double-layer tablets. According to Appendix XC Ⅱ of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition Volume II, a small glass-method was adopted at the rotational speed of 100 r/min using 100 mL phosphate buffer （pH 6.8） as release medium. The release amount was determined by HPLC with a C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） using the mobile phase consisting of methanol -0.4% carboxylic acid （65：35） at a flow rate of 1 mL/min and UV detection at 242 nm. The current method demonstrates good linearity over the range 4.052- 405.2 μg/mL （r2=0.9999） with an average recovery of 105.5%（RSD= 1.25%）. The accumulative release of alliin/alliinase double-layer tablets had good homogeneity for withinand betweenbatches. The method established is simple, accurate and repeatable for the determination of allicin release from alliin/alliinase double-layer tablets.

High spin states of the odd-odd nucleus 92Nb are investigated using the S2Se （14N, 4n）92Nb reaction at a beam energy of 54MeV. The level scheme of the 92Nb was extended up to Jπ=（16＋） at about 7.3 MeV and Jπ=（21-） at about 9.7MeV. According to systematic analyses and a comparison with the neighboring nucleus, the higher spin states could be interpreted by the multi-particle excitations in the π（fs/2,P3/2,p1/2,gg/2）@v（p1/x,gg/2,d5/2, g7/2） configuration space.

We installed two sets of Astronomical Site Monitoring Systems(ASMSs)at lijiang Observatory(GMG),for the running of the 2.4-meter lijiang optical telescope(LJT)and the 1.6-meter Multi-channel Photometric Survey Telescope(Mephisto).The Mephisto is under *** ASMS has been running on robotic mode since *** core instruments:Cloud Sensor,All-Sky Camera and AutonomousDIMM that are developed by our group,together with the commercial Meteorological Station and Sky Quality Meter,are combined into the astronomical optical site monitoring *** new Cloud Sensor's Cloud-Clear Relationship is presented for the first time,which is used to calculate the All-Sky cloud *** designed the Autonomous-DIMM located on a tower,with the same height as *** seeing data have been observed for a full ***'s data for the year 2019 are also analysed in detail,which are valuable to observers.

Hypobaric hypoxia (HH) exposure can cause serious brain injury as well as life-threatening cerebral edema in severe cases. Previous studies on the mechanisms of HH-induced brain injury have been conducted primarily using non-primate animal models that are genetically distant to humans, thus hindering the development of disease treatment. Here, we report that cynomolgus monkeys (Macaca fascicularis) exposed to acute HH developed human-like HH syndrome involving severe brain injury and abnormal behavior. Transcriptome profiling of white blood cells and brain tissue from monkeys exposed to increasing altitude revealed the central role of the HIF-1 and other novel signaling pathways, such as the vitamin D receptor (VDR) signaling pathway, in co-regulating HH-induced inflammation processes. We also observed profound transcriptomic alterations in brains after exposure to acute HH, including the activation of angiogenesis and impairment of aerobic respiration and protein folding processes, which likely underlie the pathological effects of HH-induced brain injury. Administration of progesterone (PROG) and steroid neuroprotectant 5α-androst-3β,5,6β-triol (TRIOL) significantly attenuated brain injuries and rescued the transcriptomic changes induced by acute HH. Functional investigation of the affected genes suggested that these two neuroprotectants protect the brain by targeting different pathways, with PROG enhancing erythropoiesis and TRIOL suppressing glutamate-induced excitotoxicity. Thus, this study advances our understanding of the pathology induced by acute HH and provides potential compounds for the development of neuroprotectant drugs for therapeutic treatment.

We investigate high time resolution data obtained by the Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)during the flare event on 2022 April 21 at 01:52 *** subpeaks with durations of 4-6 s have been detected in the hard X-ray precursor phase,and the key feature is that they appear in pairs and seem like double-peak *** subpeaks are rarely observed in hard X-ray band and confirmed by the microwave obtained by Nobeyama Radio Polarimeters(NoRP)and Radio Solar Telescope Network(RSTN).While an exponential function can describe the continuum component of the time profile from the precursor to part of the impulsive *** periods of quasi-periodic pulsations(QPPs)are detected to be about 7.3 and 12.8 s for the precursor and impulsive phase,respectively,with at least 95%confidence *** paired QPPs are assumed to be double-peak QPPs and then the scenario of current loop coalescence model is found to be in good agreement with our *** precursor phase can be interpreted as the oscillating coalescence of two islands,while the impulsive phase can be interpreted as more islands to coalesce one by one to form larger islands.

There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.32.0%;P<0.001).Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

The lijiang 2.4-meter Telescope(LJT), the largest common-purpose optical telescope in China,has been available to the worldwide astronomical community since 2008. It is located at the Gaomeigu site,lijiang Observatory(LJO), in the southwest of China. The site has very good observational *** its 10-year operation, several instruments have been equipped on the LJT. Astronomers can perform both photometric and spectral observations. The main scientific goals of LJT include recording photometric and spectral evolution of supernovae, reverberation mapping of active galactic nuclei, investigating the physical properties of binary stars and near-earth objects(comets and asteroids), and identification of exoplanets and all kinds of transients. Until now, the masses of 41 high accretion rate black holes have been measured, and more than 168 supernovae have been identified by the LJT. More than 190 papers related to the LJT have been published. In this paper, the general observation conditions of the Gaomeigu site is introduced at first. Then, the structure of the LJT is described in detail, including the optical, mechanical, motion and control system. The specification of all the instruments and some detailed parameters of the YFOSC is also presented. Finally, some important scientific results and future expectations are summarized.
